Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Customer Service Placed an online delivery order and was shocked by the experience. Ordered nachos from the menu, which clearly says it comes with salsa sauce. What I got? Just nachos and cheese – no salsa in sight. When I called to complain, there wasn’t even a hint of an apology. The person on the phone casually told me that they only include salsa if you request it. Seriously? How is a customer supposed to know that when the menu clearly states it comes with salsa? Worse, his tone made it sound like he was doing me a favor just by listening. All he said was “complain to head office” – no ownership, no respect, just dismissive and rude. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but after this joke of a response, never again. They clearly don’t value their customers at all. Total disappointment.

We had travelled here for the kunafa pistachio crêpes, after seeing them being praised on social media. However, when I ordered I got muddled up and order the pistachio kunafa instead, forgetting to mention the crêpe part. Although initially the member of staff said it was too late to change the order. He did come over to say that they'll rectify it. It was a pleasant surprise and those kind of moments are something I really appreciate. I must say that the crêpes were very indulgent and delicious! I would highly recommend them and will be returning!

1 star would be a compliment. I’ve tried this place on two separate occasions. It’s obvious they’re trying to be cheaper than other places. The wings are tiny, which is why you think you’re getting a good deal. The quality of the chicken and food is beyond poor. Crispy dry mess. I ordered a burger and wrap yesterday. Fillet burger was dry and the strips used in the wrap must have been sitting there for over 5 hours. The crunch and dryness of those strips was shocking. Please don’t get excited by the low prices, spend a few more quid or a lot more money elsewhere. Don’t feed this crap to your kids or yourself you’re better than that. I will never go here again even if I’m starving. Places like this deserve to be shut down. What made it worse is when I was leaving I’m pretty sure I saw an employee powdering raw chicken without gloves. It’s my own fault for going in. Never again.
