Terrible food quality, some dishes were very dry which looks likes been put out for hours. Just a waste of money, avoid this JRC at all costs. Staff were very friendly but the food is just a disgrace, fewer options, not fresh for a Friday dinner time.

I recommend it. £25 delicious buffet including dessert, you have to be really hungry. £4 for soft drinks and unlimited juices too.

We went for a lunch at the JRC buffet in Wembley, we are so disappointed with the food quality! I went to bring food for my little as she likes seafood, the mussels smelled really really bad, we called the manager, i asked him to smell it! He said, i will go have a word with the chef, came back with a non sense answer saying because the sauce was less! Save you money and time for another good quality food! If only i had the option to put ABSOLUTELY NO STAR, i would have done it, Never ever again!

Don't ignore the reviews! Bland, horrible food. Not sure how rice can be both over and undercooked at the same time! The icing on the cake was when the waiter grabbed the unused napkins from a table that had just finished, and put them back on the napkin pile for customers to use... disgusting anytime, but more so after the COVID years. Left straight after that

Horrible, boring and bland food... Luke warm, almost raw pumpkin that the knife wouldn't go through. Rice that was both under and over cooked. Main issue-wait staff took napkins from the table they were clearing, deemed them to be unused and put them back in the pile of napkins for people to use... hygiene = -10!

Good place, lots of selection, some stuff had run out or cold but you get that at these places. Friendly staff and nice set up. My son loved the experience.

I went here with my friend today, and the food was cold and incredibly plain. For the price of £25, I expected at least warm food. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the sushi was amazing—otherwise, it would’ve been 1 star.

Absolutely loved our visit to JRC Global Buffet in Wembley! The variety of cuisines was impressive and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively but comfortable. Great value for money too. Will definitely be coming back!

Terrible place. Unattentive staff. No clean plates for ages, Thai green curry tasting of washing-up liquid, grilled chicken was super dry, mang mousse with a consistency like chewing gum. Don't bother - what a waste of money. Will never go back to this place nor any of their branches.

The absolute worst all you can eat buffet I've ever been to. There is no co-ordination so despite booking we still had to wait around 40 mins beside being seated. Massive queue of people outside but loads of empty tables Food is awful - no word of a lie - everything is tasteless and even salt and pepper can't help it. Even the jelly was awful - how can strawberry jelly be bad! The duck wasn't properly cooked - bloody in the middle. They even had chicken feet and tripe dishes- I don't think offal or the bits that people throw away should be served to paying customers- much prefer to eat a chicken thigh or leg as opposed to it's crusty feet!! Argued with the staff because there was just one set of tongs to pick up 8 different desserts. Many dishes were cold- all types of rice, potatoes, pasta all lukewarm. Refills of food dishes took a long time to come and plates and glasses were barely clean.

Wish there was more variety and not just Indian food. Dinner is good, Lunch is bellow average. Chocolate fountain is just a decoration. I've never seen it working. I wouldn't go unless it's your birthday so you only have to pay 10 pounds.

I used to go there when it was Jimmy's world grill. Overall I think the food quality is better and presentation wise it's very nice and simple. You get 1.5 hours to eat as much as you want. I went on a Saturday for lunch as I didn't want to get in when it would be ready busy and it was really enjoyable. They have a great selection and the dessert stations are amazing for kids. They even turned on the fountain which was filled with strawberry mousse. Overall a great experience for me and my kids.

Came on Sat 8pm. First time in Wembley. Usually go to JRC Global in Watford. Considering the same price, expected same quality. But not even close. After paying £100 for a family of 4 and additional £16 for soft drinks, we found that food was cold, steak tasted like rubber. Closed pasta&noodle bar, tandoori was empty too. To top it off quite a few dishes weren't topped up, even after mentioning to staff. To name a few: red daal, Indian rice, pizzas, pineapple crumble and more. Toilets were disgusting. Smelly and dirty with tissues all around. Overall a very disappointing visit. Never will I ever come here again.

The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the food was sub par and I didn't think it was worth the £28 (Drinks not included) charge. Most of the food was poorly cooked. Some dishes swimming in oil and the ingerdients tasted cheap. The deserts were awful.

Food is not bad for an 'all you can eat' but the seafood was dry. Update: I’ve been back, and would not recommend. The only thing that I liked was that, if you’re going with a group, it’s useful because everyone pays for their own food on entrance. A good selection of dishes, but the quality is poor. It tastes like yesterday’s food. I’d rather spend £30 in a restaurant and order what I want. You may find a dish that you like, but how much of that 1 dish can you ear?! It’s good for work functions as you pay on entrance and you don’t have to wait, as the food is already cooked. I hope I don’t have to go back there for a work do.

Went there around 7pm on Sunday for 2 adults all you can eat (£28x2). Most of the food were not refilled, asked the staff whether the duck shes preparing can be refilled and she said its for tomorrow only! Birthday celebrants usually get to eat for free, but I didn't as we were walk-ins, but 2 of my party got to pay half-price each, so it looks like we got the same deal. Selection is great, but the steak chewed like rubber, so I focused on the other lunch buffet specials instead. Great place to chill as well (we weren't chased out after over two hours), but we were mostly just chatting over coffee and dessert. Should try dinner here some time!

I would say not too bad for the price. The service and atmosphere are so nice. Reason why I give 3 stars are because the food carter for all preferences (really bland). I totally understand it is buffet quality. So £28 on Weekends are not too bad at all!

The buffet had a good selection of vegetarian dishes at an affordable price with a mix of cuisines like pasta, noodles, rice and curries. It was nice to try different flavors in one meal. However most of the food wasn’t warm which made it less enjoyable. The desserts were decent, though the cakes and cheesecakes were a bit dry. The staff were friendly and the buffet was well organized. Overall it was a decent experience but the food quality could be improved and a few more healthy options would be a nice addition.

If your lover for indian food amazing place to eat. Almost every dish was from india. My first thoughts when looking around what they got was ''Em i in india.'' As almost every dish was from india. I remember how this place was sooooo amazing how you could get a bit of everything. And how good the food was. Now i dont wanna come back ever. The food is bland. There are no options. The food seems old and has been standing there so long it has become dry and hard. (If you love crunchy rice or crunchy cakes a good place to come.) Im actually shocked what happened to this place i used to eat here all the time and would have given 5 stars now i dont wanna even give 1 star. I have read the comment from other people and how the restaurant says they will improve well no improvement are done. Also, when leaving, there were no staff showing the way out. So we went through the way we remember from the last visit. But it seems they either changed it or didn't remove the fire alarm. As soon as we opened the door, the alarm went off. And as soon as the alarm went, the staff came and said, "Keep going'' like it alright and normal, so we did as we just wanted to leave. The staff were so unorganised. One staff member was cleaning clean tables (as it wasn't that busy, around 4 tables were taken). Some staff were just standing around like there was nothing to do. Im looking around their empty tray of food that need be filling, but staff are just standing around. We ended up waiting for 15 min for a chef to make more sushi as almost every tray was empty. Advice for the staff is to stop pretending and standing around and actually do something useful like re filling trays and removing stale food. If it's not busy, just dont put too much out.

I was with my family to celebrate a birthday, the food was stale, looked like they were serving leftovers, desserts were dry, staff not happy to serve or prepare meals as per your choice. I would recommend people not to visit this place if you are looking for a buffet experience you will leave with disappointment. They are getting worst day after day. Not much was available, more than a few empty trays, and the rest of the food was dry and tasteless. Definitely fills like leftovers from the day before. No roast meat, just a small portion was there left that looked as biff but was bloody pink in the middle, the rest was pizzas. Huge disappointment 😞. Deserts was good but limited. Will never visit this buffet again. The Watford one is 100% better food and service!

Firstly, very poor signage to find the entrance from the outside area we walked past it twice. Then all very average, limited choice, most luke warm. Kids were very disappointed the chocolate fountain wasn’t working but surely on a Saturday when there is a huge children’s show on at the arena it would be?! In fact, really not much for children at all. The marshmallows were rock hard, cheap tasting ice cream, no meringue in the eton mess. Really not value for money, wont return.

I recently dined at JRC Buffet and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the variety of food offered, many dishes were poorly prepared and some were even raw. This led to food poisoning, which was an awful experience. I expected better quality and safety from a buffet. I would not recommend this place unless significant changes are made.

Poor quality food, everything cold, staff take long time to attend to us. For drinks u have to choose between hot or cold bottomless drinks, ur bottomless drink doesn’t include both and they charge £4 for tap water!

I returned to the JRC Global Buffet in Wembley with high expectations based on previous experiences, but unfortunately I was disappointed by the changes to the menu and the quality of the food. In the past, this restaurant stood out for its generous selection of seafood – seafood salads, a wide variety of pizzas and diverse dishes. Now, although the food is still varied, the feeling is that you are always eating the same thing, without that element of surprise and freshness that made the difference. A big minus is the area where fish, shrimp and mini-octopus are prepared on the spot. Unfortunately, they have no taste, and the chef cooks them too hard, ending up burning them. This affects the dining experience considerably, especially for those who come specifically for the seafood dishes. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant and the buffet concept remains attractive, but if the quality of the dishes and their diversity are not improved, the restaurant risks losing its charm. I hope they return to the old standards.

best buffet I've been so far with very accommodating staff.

I didn't believe others' comments and gave a try last Saturday. The food was fine, but the speed refilling the food was s***. After sitting in about 15 minutes, a reservation for about 100 people (children in non-UK school uniform and their teachers) arrived. The restaurant seemed not have an intention to refill the empty pots and trays of foods- the foods choices were very limited. I asked the manager and the refill was a little bit improved. Still, many of the foods on the menu were not seen. If this is the marketing stragety, I won't have the second chance dining here. Maybe other JRC would be better. Some other buffet restaurants charge more than £70 per head plus service charge, but for me options of foods are far more important. Overall, service good, staff are nice; but the food options are terrible, and this place is definitely not suitable for party or celebration.

Been a few times before and always found it lovely, however last night was a totally different experience. Food was cold, waited for ages for things to be replaced (the salad bar stuff never did ) the jelly pots in the desert were not set so they were runny liquid, the set up had changed and they didn’t have as much fresh fish choice, the duck pancakes were already made up but not everyone likes the sauce inside and the amount of duck was insane, you needed a magnifying glass to find it. We sat in a different area than normal and it was so noisy and not helped by the 2 waiting staff that were cleaning plates into their trolley right beside us, they were throwing the cutlery into a bowl which was very loud and quite off putting when your trying to eat, along with the bowl of food slop it doesn’t make you feel hungry at all. Toilets were dirty, it had just lost its appeal so won’t be heading back there again.

A real letdown. Not as good as our last visit. What food was there was cold or warm rather than hot. No Chicken Shish only chicken wings. Only tiny ribs rather than the usual larger meaty ribs. No Chocolate fountain. No Eton mess. Yet, they expect to charge the same as usual.

Came here on a weekday around 4pm and it was very quiet, the restaurant temperature was cold which then meant the food turned cold almost immediately. Started off in the Japanese section, the sushi did not taste fresh and the options were basic, the fried food looked so good but all were cold and thus unenjoyable as the crispiness was gone - as an aside why would you have a buffet with a small light for heat? Other places have the closed heated facility to cover the food and keep it hot, which is clearly what this place needs. Moved to the European section, as shown in the photos all food is laid out with minimal heat to keep it warm, so no surprise that the food was so cold. Also the European section faces the entry to the buffet from the downstairs section which was very cold and so all the cold was directed to the European section and so all the food was stone cold here too, did not enjoy any of the offerings I got from here. Moved to the Chinese section, thought there’d be some hope in the food being hot since it appeared to be on heating stations. Tried the red Thai beef curry with the rice, by the time I got to my seat my food was not hot. Same with the steamed dumplings which were steaming when placing in my place but not hot either. The noodles on offer was also lacking and not very flavoursome. We ordered the pasta on demand which was freshly made and the only hot item due to this, it was more of a ramen and tasted very basic. Shouldn’t have been surprised since it did say it was from chicken stock and that was all I could taste. Dessert was mediocre too, the pineapple crumble was the only dish which was stored in a heated and covered container thus was very hot when eating. The chocolate fountain was not running but I assume it runs in the evening. All in all, the worst buffet I’ve ever had, shocking that all food is left in the open and this place does not have the facilities for the closed lid heated buffet containers like most buffet places do. Everything was unenjoyable and cold just like the restaurant and so my experience was not a pleasant one. I would never recommend nor would I return, the price paid is expected for this type of buffet but the food on offer is a disgrace. If you like your food cold and lacking in flavour, and want to sit in a restaurant that is equally cold, then this place is for you.

Majority of the food was freezing cold, even though we got there at 1pm as they just opened. Nowhere near as much choice as the Watford restaurant. Very disappointed. Who wants cold orange beef or cold custard?!

I came here with friends and we spent £32 each. We were met with raw steak, undercooked chicken, tasteless, gruely food. Around 30 mins into the restaurant, one of my friends went to the bathroom and disappeared for 15 mins. I went to check on him and he was non-stop throwing up. The entire 15 minutes. Moment he was relieved we packed up our stuff and left. A week later, I’m currently dealing with constipation or indigestion or whatever it is. The restaurant was good in the past but after what we had happen, we’re never coming back.

Today was a brilliant day thanks to JRC Wembley, they did everything and more for us. An excellent day to remember for my mum who celebrated her birthday. A MASSIVE thanks to the staff and management 🥳

I paid £27 for the buffet. It was definitely not worth it. The food was cold and some of the dishes did not have food. The choice of food was not great. The only good thing is the grilled fish and prawns. I was not impressed with having to pay £4 for soft drinks. The seating and the environment is very nice.

The food and service was ok but the atmosphere was quite good.They could improve on the dessert section by preparing all the different dishes more frequently and not keeping them there all day(probably) (I forgot to take pictures of my main plates)

Omg what happen to this place. I used to love going here. When I had a celebration I always bought many friends and family here, as the food was amazing. Went there for my birthday, man tried to charge me for entry, which normally free if it's your birthday. Got a 25 pound refund from the boss man. Went in. It was empty. Ok fine Started to look for food. Sushi was great. Went to the English part. Food was terrible, allot of it was cold. Chicken was over cooked and dry. Indian food was good, lamb was cooked too fast, not tender what so ever, like eating chewing gum. And allot of the time I was getting dagger looks from the manager and some Japanese guy working there. Won't return Mangerment have ruined the place. Shame

I'll always be grateful to how the staff set a different area for us when we held our wedding reception there. It felt like a private and intimate experience despite it being a buffet. 10/10

I visited JRC Wembley today 17th January 2025 and what a brilliant way to start the New Year. Although it was around 4 pm , the place was well prepaired and food was ready to enjoy. Large selection of food was amazing also so many vareties including shelled scalop , freshly made bread, Sushi , King Prawns , roasted lamb , large slection of fresh fruits and lots more. Wow, JRC Global Buffet on Wembley Park Boulevard is an absolute gem! I recently visited and was blown away by the entire experience. The selection of food was impressive, with cuisines from all over the world. From Japanese sushi to Indian curries, there was something for everyone. I also brought my ten year old son and there is a special offer until Chinese New Year thameans kids eat completely free! What stood out the most was the quality of the food. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The live cooking stations added a fun and interactive element to the dining experience. Watching chefs prepare dishes right in front of us was a delight! The ambiance was vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a family outing or a casual meal with friends. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Overall, JRC Global Buffet exceeded my expectations. It's not just a meal, but an experience. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a wide variety of delicious food in a lively atmosphere, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Food OK, some items too cold to eat, some bland, some clearly old. Nice atmosphere. Staff range from over zealous in clearing plates that aren't even finished to indifferent when actually trying to get attention. Process not clearly explained at all, and quite drastically overpriced for self service sub standard food, especially when not even soft drinks included! All stations which promise fresh dishes are unmanned and look like they have been decommissioned permanently. Disappointed and not in a rush to return unfortunately.

I have visited this place before and the food was fresh and tasted good. However, I went yesterday and the food was all dry, no flavour, the fruits were few days old and to make things worse there was a fly on the food. For £30 it was not worth it at all.

We had two tall children with us, an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old, and we ended up paying £25 each for them. We had to go to the bar to purchase our drinks because no one came to our table to take our orders. Overall, the buffet has a good variety of food and desserts. When factoring in the cost of drinks, it ends up being £30 per person, but the food was tasty, so I think it was worth it. I'm not a fan of the policy of charging full price for children just because they're tall. Children who are taller than 150 cm will be charged the adult price. We visited this place twice while staying in the Wembley area. We would come back if we are ever around again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, with a clean and well-organized setting that made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food selection was nothing short of amazing. The variety catered to all tastes, offering a range of delicious dishes that were not only flavorful but also beautifully presented. Each bite was a delight, and it was clear that great care and attention had been put into preparing everything. We were truly impressed with the exceptional service and the quality of the food. 10 of us dined here and although the food was tasty and of good quality it was let down badly by most hot dishes being cold. The food cooked from the grill was good but rice chips noodles curries and some meats very cold. Duck was so tough because it was cold. A great shame because I would of given a higher rating.

I am sorry but this place is not anymore what was once... They used to have chocolate fountain bit not anymore, they used to have refill drinks included in price, not aymore. Sorry but i was disappointed.

They got the chicken korma and chicken tikka masala mixed up and the chicken korma contained nuts which triggered my nut allergy. After confronting the manager he laughed it off with an apology. Do not reccomend this to anyone at all
