I use to go regularly there with friends, but lately the service is going downhill, the staffs are rude and the quality of the food is not good at all. won’t go back with ridiculous price

The food was not consistent as either it was very dry like the noodles, too salty or burned. The price of £28 on weekends does not reflect the food or service. The staff looked all grumpy and the food left me very disappointed. I've been to many buffets, but this one is one I would not recommend .

This restaurant has terrible service for Brazilian food, I couldn't understand until that moment why the Brazilian meat staff didn't put the meat out for the customer to eat and let the meat dry out on the grill, I saw him being very rude to several customers, this guy he needs to be supervised, he must have a problem, he was very disrespectful to everyone, he was even harassing women at the counter.

went for my bday, I have to admit that we were last entry, but that can't be an excuse we payed the same price, the food was cold tasteless or too salty. pizza was off, dough rock hard and the tomato base acidic, we had to waste it! very disappointed. atmosphere was good also service but food... no more!

I've been there 4 times and the same thing happened every time. The person in charge of the Brazilian barbecue was super arrogant, aggressive with his answers and on none of the occasions were we able to eat meat because he never takes the meat out to be served. Very frustrating despite having eaten well at buffets in other countries. The service from the rest of the staff was always fantastic.

The place was not clean and food was not fresh and refilled. For the worth of money I wouldn't recommend it for vegetarian people

All you can eat in one location: Indian, English, Chinese, Brazilian, Thai, American under one roof. We had a delicious meal here all inclusive of drinks. The dessert and fruits were both tasty and crunchy. Although we got in late, Alex was able to make sure that we had a good time exploring all the food on display. Beers too are available for order too. It’s generally an all rounder.

We usually go here and end up happy but this time, we were disappointed. We came at 7:30pm, Sunday and we were told that they are not adding newly cooked food anymore so whatever is left, that's it. Not much left and those left overs are not appetising and not good. We were seated with noisy people beside our table. No ice cream nor chocolate fountain for dessert. Service is good.

Before l booked and read reviews, but l booked anyway, these guys deserve more than what the reviews are saying. They kept their promised of a birthday meal, the guy upstairs made sure everyone had a suitable place to seat. The dirty plates are quickly whisked away. They have different cuisines to choose from. It's impossible not to find items to like. Some things to improve on: the ribs taste was very weird, the icecream taste was not so good, the bathroom is dark, the light is not enough for a retouch of make up, the bathroom taps need to be touch free/automática/sensor tapes the other one wasn't working, it's a busy place therefore a playground for cross contamination. OTHERWISE, I WILL RETURN FOR MORE FOOD:)

It was a birthday event. We had a great time, and nobody was left out. The kids loved it just as much. I would highly recommend for large family functions due to space and child friendly atmosphere. The food was great we got there quite early so everything was fresh on arrival. I will be going back again & highly recommend trying to anyone who hasn't.

The food selection was a little disappointing, however the Indian dishes certainly made up for it. The staff are very lovely.

£64 before you see a scrap of food should have set alarm bells off buy we went it, sadly. The food here is cold and disgusting, I mean, really, really disgusting. The duck is blended to powder, the tarka dhal is water and the beef curry was lumps of fat in a sauce I spat out in disgust. Everything was stone cold and I'm astonished neither of us were ill. If you want to pay £32 a head for a diet coke and chips (the only edible thing) then go for it but the sensible diner will go elsewhere - any where!

A lot of choice, the place was great definitely will be back again, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Brazilian and a section full of desserts.

BUFFET- 3STARS. Was worried about what to eat because the staff was adding extras into the plates but not changing the bottom so the food was half hot and half cold which caused my friends to get a belly ake. Customer Service- poor. The Waitress OR Waiters have no schedule for the tables so instead of waiting for people to finish eating, the waiter watches and when she or he thinks the customer is finished the waiter or waitress will ask if you want your bowl to be taken but in some cases if you go toilet there could be a chance your bowl is gone when you get back. Which is also what happened to me when I went toilet so I had to go up and get more food. ATMOSPHERE- Morning nice not to busy can walk around and grab plates easy Afternoon- Packed you end up feeling like your in a school lunch line with customers so close that you can bump into them when picking up your food. Went on a Sunday evening. Clean restaurant with friendly staff and good food. Desserts and Japanese food corner was limited and less variety comparing to the other branches. Was great than expected. Will visit again.

What a delightful dining experience! The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. The service was good and food was fabulous each plate bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. Really enjoyed our food 🥘

Really dispointed. As a fan of JRC chain of buffet since 2016, this is the worst JRC I have ever went. There are very less options available compared to other world buffets. But the price is very high and it is similar to other JRC buffets. People who run this should visit other JRC branches and see what they offer for this price.

Had a horrible experience unfortunately of a guy at the brasilian grill being so incredibly rude and he actually shouted at us for no reason. Clearly he was stressed out, management was super helpful afterwards and apologised profusely but I don't think we will be coming back to a place where customer facing staff is so incredibly rude and just outright horrible

Lively place ...food good hot stays hot and cold stays cold which is good for a buffet. Lovely variety of foods from your typical roast to all sort of world foods ....yummy

We didn’t have a good experience, the pizza tasted awful and the kids hated, we usually go to JRC Watford branch and they do a lovely pizza there. We have decided to try Wembley branch as it was all halal but we were disappointed as there isn’t much choice as we thought it would be. No options for the kids except the pizza which wasn’t nice and chicken nuggets that they were so dry and hard.

It was fantastic and all my guests had a very good time. Only issue is the small plastic cups although I managed to get big ones.

I would honestly give this place a 1 star. We travelled 2 hours to come here for the place to be closed but online it states that it was still open. We got there at 9pm and online it stated it closes at 10pm. The place was completely pitch black. Not a staff memeber in sight. Avoid this place at every cost. Please. You will be disappointed.

Went before the England game food was decent all was fresh and plenty of options even tho it was very busy. kids loved trying different foods. They also enjoyed the desserts Even though there wasn't a chocolate fountain😢 Whole family enjoy it and would definitely go back

My experience here was so bad ... the food was cold and presentation was poor... the meat was dry. I told this staff who basically smiled and didn't speak English.... bad service ... poor atmosphere not welcoming ! Really bad place ... I didn't even ask for a refund becuase I wanted to leave as fast as I could... I've been to 3 JRCs and the one in Wembley was soooo bad it should be criminal for them to charge that much for such a bad restaurant. The fresh cooked steames prawns were so tasteless and the man cooking needs a job he enjoys. The pasta was cold and tasteless and the waffles were frozen. Poor quality of food and service. I will make a formal complaint to JRC... avoid this JRC in Wembley at all costs!

We found the food was bland with limited options. Some foods were cold, even though they were on a hot plate. We've visited watford and Ilford restaurants before, which are way better.

Im only giving it 1 star because of the nice helpful staff. The food is so dry and full of sugar, very cold and just taste bad. Deserts and Costco cakes. Please dont go. My stomach hurts while writing this.

Very bad service, I can’t speak for everyone. Today is the first day I came. I wanted to enjoy the food. And he yelled at me. Who made the barbecue? He shouted very rudely and I had a little fight with him because I didn’t like the way he was shouting. And I advise you better not to go. It's very bad to cook there. To be honest, I didn't like it and the service is very bad.

After visiting this place for the 1st time it was okay, nothing special, food quality could have been better with more of a selection. The nicest hottesr thing was the prawns that were cooked on the hot plate. The sushi was also good. The other food wasn't hot just slightly warm and the cakes had that horrible artificial plastic cream and the cakes were very dry. Visited on a Monday and felt as though I was eating yesterday's leftovers. Interesting experience, however I wouldn't go back.

18/05 Lunch: Compared to Jimmy's in O2 this does not have a wide spread of dishes. Deserts were also limited. Not worth the £70 we spent for 2 Adults and 1 2.5 years kid without drinks. Also the place is difficult to find for first timers there are no clear sign posts.

Very very expensive low quality food

I like the JRC Global Buffet because they offer a wide variety of food items. Among them is a carvery. I enjoyed a good roast dinner.

Now I know why they charge you £62 before you go in. It’s because they serve you cold food. At best some was warm but that’s being generous. I’ve never had cold Bombay Aloo potatoes. The chicken in many of the dishes was dry. The beef in the curry was mostly fat and don’t get me going on the duck. It had been in a blended and was luck a course powder, awful with a disgusting taste. The only positives were the free drinks refills, being able to swap glasses into coffee mugs and the Eton mess. Plenty of other places to eat, just don’t eat here.

This has to be one of the worst places I have ever eaten. Not much choice and when we looked online it was a lot cheaper then what we paid. The chips were cold, I could not even cut the steak with a knife, the meatballs and pasta reminded me of a school dinner and the sauce was like a watery tomato sauce. The penne pasta was so watery and tasteless. Onion rings did not taste like onion rings and the broccoli was hard. I saw a couple with some prawns so went up to get myself some only for my other half and grandson to tell me they had just seen a cockroach run across the floor and a member of staff tread on it. Don’t think I have ever been to a place of food and seen a cockroach, took one bite of a very dry prawn and left them. I could not get out of my mind that cockroaches were probably crawling over the food. Never ever again !

Went to JRC Wembley today 04/05/25 For dinner, and I have to say we had a lovely time, the food choice and quality amazing staff very helpful and friendly, the G manager was at the reception when we arrived and he made us feel welcome saying to let him know if we needed anything, I have to say it’s the best buffet in London by far.

Amazing food. Very good for who has a big appetite. Hehehe. The place is amazing. Good decoration. The toilets are clean. The presentation of the food is really good. The downside, in my opinion, is the stuff. Getting from the receptionist. There don't great you with a smile. Go direct to the point. Food and drink. Water, fizzy drink, or alchool. It was my first time. I didn't know I had to pay in advance. I don't mind. But if she could explain how it works there. It will be amazing. Up stairs to have the drink. I had to show a ticket with the bar code. The other guy took it from me when I got upstairs . I try to explain. Show her the ticket where it's included 1 meal and 1 fizzy drink. Took I while for her to give me a glass She acts like I will steal something 😏 the other waitress, the one that removes the plates from your table. They were very polite . A part from that. It's an excellent place to go with family and friends

Really could do with more vegetarian main course options. When we went the ice cream station was not in use and we were a little disappointed. We would recommend to come early as things definitely start to run out on some counters as the evening goes on and don't seem to be fully replenished.

The variety of food is minimum, besides their curry, sea food and noodles, there isn’t much variety. The food is bland, not as hype as it looks in the pictures. The food is not fresh at all the meat is dry and not tasty at all the chicken taste was also not tasty at all. The grilled chicken was raw. I got stomach pain the whole night .I had to pay for my 3 year old daughter half price i told the women at reception my daughter is fussy and doesn't eat anything and she really didn't eat one thing but I had to pay which is not fair at all

I went to the Wembley brunch today and was the worst experience i had in a restaurant so far. The staff was not polite the food was not tasty at all, there was a big group of people eating standing in front of the food, most of them with the hands, making really hard for other people to reach the variety of dishes. I even spot a few ones taking food with the hands to put on their plates, not using the tongues. It was disgusting and no one from staff made something about it. Worst experience ever.

Have not been to JRC Global Buffet for a number of years. Giving my recent experience I don't think I'll ever visit again. Having spent over £130 getting in I was hoping my family would have been wowed, alas, this was not the case. The choice of food was poor, most food was barely room temperature. All you could taste was vegetable oil on the food cooked on the Tepenyaki grill. Desert options were awful. Low quality cakes that were dry and tasteless. They didn't even have ice cream. At a push, it was only worth half of the money we paid.

We booked for 1pm for 9 persons, we arrived on time and we are very disappointed as the grill food was not at all ready. The lady who is serving the salmon is shouting at the customer when the customer is getting the food. Seems that they don’t want to serve the salmon. We keep on coming and asking for the grill food when it is going to very ready but staff they don’t give us a roofer answer , so we decided to stay back until 2:30 because we really wanted to taste the food as the rest we can’t eat. It is really bad because I brought my family to celebrate our Mom’s birthday. The service is bad and what a waste of money. They should not open if they know that the food is not ready .

The food is good, not outstanding, but good. There's a huge choice of dishes and it's good value if you're hungry. Would recommend for families or large groups with diverse preferences. There's something for everyone.

The worst place I have ever been to! There is mold on the pancakes but my family have already eaten one and it is disgusting and terrible hygiene! But I told the manager about this but he just told me he can't do anything about it and told the staff to throw it away. Definitely will never come back again!

I am genuinely disappointed here. ☹️ The restaurant offers multiple cuisines, but none of the food tasted good. I believe that the core of a successful restaurant lies in its taste. 🤔 It was a waste of money, so please don't go there. It is not worth the price.

Absolutely terrible. You will hardly like couple items. Most of the food was stale either burnt. When informed they say thats how it is. It seems no one cares. Don’t recommend this place.

Very disappointed!!! Me and my family came for lunch in Wembley and the food was a disaster!!! Everything dry and cold! Not too many choices in regards of dishes. First time when we tried the buffet was that one located in Ilford and I can say that there is like a different company! I will not recommend and for sure I will never come back here!

Avoid this place at all costs. So I was here with my family, and let's be fair, it is not a cheap buffet, so you would expect the quality of food to be on point. It was not the case. As a matter of fact, it seemed like it was prepared without soul. Quite boring and the different dishes were not utterly delicious in general. Thought the biggest issue we had was with the guy that manages the meat at the "Brazilian barbecue." I went over to get some meat, as there was a line of people he was handing meat to. When I got to the front, he just gave me one little piece of chicken. I asked for more, but he hushed me off, saying that he would come to the table. Though I had been there for an hour and I had not seen him at our table yet. As I was walking down, he also denied other people some meat as well. A person from our table went up to ask him to come down with some meat, and when he came down, he started arguing with us, saying that he had been here earlier, but it had been over an hour ago apparently, and then he turned around and walked to the table behind us to offer them food instead. I called him out, not in the nicest way I'll admit, and then I told him to just do his job, which he says he does every day. That would be true if it was to be rude with clients and denying them food, though I am not sure that is what he was hired for. Anyway, he went off. Some time after, a manager came down and apologized to us for the incident, as he should. We decided to leave shortly after. As we were walking towards the exit, I noticed that the guy was eyeballing me from a distance, I turned towards him. He now starts threatening me, which I reply to him to just come here if he has a problem. After a few moments, I just turned around and left. I could not even see his face, as for all of the time we were in the restaurant, he was wearing a scarf covering all of his face, just his eyes were visible. I advise, don't waste your money, or time at this place. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever witnessed at any restaurant I have been to in my life.

Horrible, read until the end😭😡😡😡We were very poorly served by the man who was supposed to serve the Brazilian barbecue. When we got there, we went straight to the barbecue and the barbecue chef pointed to the sign saying: Read the sign! (The notice said that the barbecue would be served on the tables). So I asked him if he wanted to know which table we were at and he, in a very bad mood, repeated that we would be served at the table. He didn't ask for the table, or the type of meat I would like, or even look at us. Very rude and arrogant. Well, it came to the table later, with horrible meat, tough and poorly seasoned, I couldn't even eat it. As we had 1:45 minutes to stay there, almost at the end of our time, my husband went there to talk to the barbecue chef who once again treated him badly. Well, the barbecue chef was super angry, he came to our table shouting, (can you imagine the horror?) asking if we were saying that he didn't know how to do his job, etc., saying profanity, things like VTF... Shouting people, total unpreparedness!!!! We will never return to JCR Global Buffet. Finally, we didn't eat barbecue, because they didn't serve it to us. The meat is there just to fill people's eyes. They don't fit!!! We had to satisfy ourselves by eating Chinese food and it did! We went with 5 people, paid 30.80 each. It was really expensive guys. If you go, get ready to fight over food. 😡😡😡

The worst buffet we have ever been to. Like a cattle market. People everywhere. Very loud, too loud to even talk to the person I was with. No order at all. Poor selection of food. Most of the food that was there was cold. Duck, rank. Pancakes cold, salad dried to bowl. Some desserts ok but cakes all still frozen. Waiting staff were quick to clear tables. £55 wasted. NEVER AGAIN.

I had such a bad experience with JRC at Wembley, the food was not nothing special and I had my wallet stolen there. It was strange that the reception staff did not show much support and there money withdrawn cash from my account. Avoid at any cost!!!

Very bad service ...the person who makes wings at the barbecue spoke to me very badly... he had a frightening behavior... he also had a mask on his face. This person should not work in a restaurant.

Very cold food. Expensive for the type of food they serve. Hot skewers are served on table after a long wait.

Love this place, One of our regulars. It's best to go around 5-6pm as when it gets later, there's not much food choice left. Popular restaurant, nice atmosphere, some friendly staff. Lots of food choice. A bit pricey though & price has gone up quite a bit.

jrc watford is better. the staff are welcoming, however you don’t even get knife and forks, there is way less food options than watford and the food was no where near the watford branch.

Friendly staff, lots of selection, but food not hot! For the price as little disappointment, visited on a lunch time, maybe better in the evening.

The restaurant is fairly good if you consider the price of buffet. Some dishes are attractive where some are not (cold, tasteless). Teppanyaki chef is polite and willing to serve you even there's always a long queue. Now here's the problem - The Brazilian BBQ chef. He's focusing at cooking his BBQ meat and anyone asking him for meat will get rejected immediately as we are being told that Brazilian BBQ will be serving on table directly! Alright we are back to the table and wait for 1.5 hours and finally HE IS NOT coming for whole night, YA NOT EVEN A SINGLE MEAT. So that's why a 2 stars rating here .

Very poor Costumer service , only one staff among the ? ten staff on site is helpful and approachable , the one in the barbecue section intentionally skipped our table to offer some kebab and the one in the tepanyaki is looking quite unhappy when we asked him. Most of the food are not freshly cooked obviously they're just left overs , looking very dry, cold and not appetising at all. Won't recommend it at all🙄 definitely not worth dining in here 😕

WARNING!! the atmosphere in the room reflects the food - DEPRESSING. the food was so disgusting i have nothing nice to say about this place. modern day scam. none of the food we had was hot. it was all cold, dry and tasteless. especially the salt and pepper wings. it was so dry. don’t believe me? check the cucumber sticks they have. they look past their expiry date. even the selection of drinks was so unappealing. the only decent thing was profiteroles. would NEVER go again.

Poor quality food, overpriced. Lamb bone Rogan josh is a good example. If you come in too late you will left with leftovers. Never again. Save your money and go elsewhere.
