Been ordering from Crystals for a while food is always spot on and tasty

Food is good quality however delivery is generally quite late. No sorry about the lateness when I called up, and just hung up on me.

the estimated delivery time was 1825-1845 but the delivery arrived at 1751 n I was in the loo. I rushed to the door front at 1753 n the delivery person seemed angry.

My new favourite Chinese. Food is always delicious, great quality. However I would personally recommend collecting as the delivery can take a while.

Can’t track where the driver is and all you get when you call the restaurant is that’s it’s coming , wait 5 minutes , get better delivery drivers

Great food and good service, loved thr special fried rice

This is the third time that the restaurant has been late in delivery

Sent someone else’s order I was told my order would be here in five minutes but it has been nearly 50 minutes

Tried Singapore chow mein. Tasted good. Good service and food. Affordable price. I will go back often.

Took about 2hours. When it arrived the food was good. They were very busy I was told.

Special fried rice is very good and not greasy with generous ingredients. Singapore rice noodles is great with plenty of chicken and vegetables.

Excellent food and service. The Sweet and sour chicken is always excellent. The place always meets my food needs and if something is not spicy they will make it happen. Salt and pepper BBQ ribs are delicious. Portions are big and food is always hot.

From "Your order is with the driver", to arriving was almost 30 minutes and the food was luke warm. Disappointed this time.

The app said . It has been delivered but it has not .

Ordered via just eat! Waited 2 hours food didnt get delivered. Restaurant refusing to take responsibility. Will not use them again.

Phoned the restaurant 2 times, placed the order 1 hr before expected delivery time. Delivery 1 hr late, Told another 5 minutes. Food was almost cold, and I had to reheat.

First time ordering and will return 👍 reasonably priced, hot and tasty

Despite the reviews, I always had no problems with this takeaway. The food is always good and nothing to complain about. Hopefully, it stays this way.

Delivery guy was so rude. I open the flats main door but he never came up and left because I didn't go down to collect the food. He claims he tried calling me which never happened. I called the restaurant an the food was delivered

Ordered before at 6:27pm delivered at 20:46pm, food is stone cold and service from the restaurant was poor, didn’t want to accept responsibility as we ordered through just eat

Food was cold ,not great either and driver wouldn't even come to front door had to get in Lift and go down will not use again

I placed my order at 17.35 and the app said I  would receive my order between 18.15 and 18.45. Then the app updated the time of delivery to be 19.50. I called the restaurant at 19.17 to find out what the delay was and they advised that they only have one driver which is why it was delayed. 19.50 came but the delivery still didn't arrive on time. I called the restaurant again at 19.55 and they advised I would receive my order in 10 mins. My order finally arrived at 20.18. This is shocking service and I don't see the point in doing deliveries when you only have one driver. Anyone in their right mind would know that is just a recipe for disaster.

Asked for chips to not be soggy and they arrived soggy - disappointing. Delivered late

The food quality was great. We love the food in this restaurant. But it was the driver who is very unprofessional! Left our food outside the house and spill the soup! I have photos of it showing how irresponsible the driver is.

Food was absolutely terrible the batter on the squid far to thick and under cooked. Such a shame I have wasted my money will stay clear and will not order again.

Food was terrible. Undercooekd pork and undercooked chips.

The driver was so brave ( trying to give me the Pepsi bottle he just opened outside and drank from it) called the restaurant to sort it out.. nothing happened. Apparently customers are good just to pay the bill. Hence my 1 star review.

The delivery arrived over half an hour after the website showed "Enjoy your meal!" Does it make sense to anyone? Why are you telling me that the food arrived when it simply didn't??? ???????????????????? If it's late, just let me know it's late!!!!!!!!!! What's the point of faking?????????????

They had sent me a wrong order and I informed them, they said they will change and deliver the item but they never did! Don't order from them, they don't care if you got the right items or not, you will be forced to eat whatever they sent you or just have to waste the food & money !

Ordered food at 8 30 pm and didnt turn up till after 10pm. Over hour wait . Bad time management.

My favourite Chinese takeaway! Always arrives early, well priced, just always perfect 10/10 and portions are huge! Always have enough for a really healthy breakfast the next day 😂🫶🏻

1 hr and 23 min to get the delivery, supposed to be fast food. Fried rice no taste, no salt, nothing. Primavera rolls not that good

Food is very good but the reason for the 3 star review is that for the last few weeks the portions have been getting smaller and smaller.

It’s nice to see well cooked authentic chinese food being cooked locally. Many good features to this meal including rice will seasoned a great selection of vegetables, cook fresh, large, haughty prawns in the rice and always greeted with the welcome smile from the driver, which makes this service turn out of 10.

I would like more food on the plate than a pepsi or a freebee . When i order from you i order your food so if you want to cut down do it on the free stuff not the food i order. This time the portions were small ,boxes half full but it was tasty as always. The food tastes great as always but this time the portions were really small.

I am not very sure why this place has bad reviews 🤨 maybe from previous management/staff. This place has been my regular Chinese place for the last 2 months since i moved to the area recently and I'm very happy with their food and service 👌🏾

Best chinese food in West london rice is nicely seasoned love small details like spring onion.

Never had late delivery. Food hot and ready to serve. Quantity and quality never been an issue.

This is my go to Chinese spot. My mum only eats Chinese if it’s from here and she’s a harsh critic. Love it. We’ve been coming to crystals for years! Try the prawn choi main

The driver was rude and said he couldn’t deliver the food upstairs because his bike would get stolen even though I’ve never had this issue with any other delivery person. He ended up coming upstairs but was very rude. This should be stated clearly when ordering. The food was great tho!

Tom Yam Soup was highly spicy. I would recommend putting fewer chillies into it. Otherwise, taste was very good.

First time customer 9/5/23 Food was good but received a large bottle of Coca Cola that has been opened and some had been taken as bottle only 3/4 full ! Would not use it as could.be contaminated! Not sure if I would order again!

Lovely food but very slow delivery, ok if you want to wait an hour.

Your driver owes me my change he promised to put through my door.

The chicken could not be cut it was fried too much and there fore too hard. The lemon sauce did not taste of lemons. We have eaten there before many times and never have we been served food like this before. Worse Chinese meal ever.

Took about 2 hrs to arrive; called the restaurant multiple times but never got a straight answer and they refused a partial refund. Not bad food but awful service.

Probably one of the worst Chinese I’ve had. The chicken is stringy and tough. The chips were way overdone. The chicken balls were full of grease. It’s not sitting well with my stomach…never again will I go here

All good but prawn crackers was not deliver and driver didn’t know about so ..

The food was very oily and didn’t taste fresh. The sweet and sour sauce tasted of pure vinegar, I won’t be ordering from here again

25 min late, the service normally is A1, but today the food arrived 25 min late, I called the restaurant and they kept saying 5 min, food arrived cold

60% of the sauce was in the bottom of the plastic bag and the paper bag holding the sauce had disintegrated. No free prawn crackers - my usual go to for Chinese is not my usual any more

The driver apologised for the delay. He’s kind.
