Staff are friendly and food is good

The colleagues are very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat their customers properly, and the lady was shouting and me as well as the man who was working and managing the business. Also, they used the same utensil for the meat and veggie options, and the man was swearing at their customer and raising their voice and would refuse to give their name as I wanted to place a complaint, this is unacceptable behaviour as this wouldn’t be tolerated especially those who are hygienic. And the man threatened the customer that he will call the security for no reason as it wasn’t the customers fault, they have troubling hearing the customer and their needs. Lastly, the lady didn’t make the sub as neatly as i expected, it was a huge mess and it wasn’t necessary, and the bread was cold and dry hardly any sauce was served. They would speak in their native language and didn’t know how to speak or pronouns words in English. I strongly DO NOT recommend getting your subway from this branch as they have 0% manners.

The conduct displayed by the staff members at this establishment is highly unprofessional and reflects a lack of respect towards customers. During my visit, I encountered a female employee who raised her voice at both myself and a male staff member who was responsible for managing the business. Furthermore, it was concerning to observe that the same utensils were utilized for both meat and vegetarian options, raising hygiene issues. The male employee exhibited inappropriate behavior by using profane language and refused to provide his name when I expressed my intention to file a complaint. This type of behavior is wholly unacceptable, particularly in a service environment that should prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, the staff members exhibited difficulties in understanding and responding to customer needs, as my requests were met with considerable confusion. The quality of the food was also below expectations; the sandwich was poorly assembled, resulting in a messy presentation, and the bread was cold and lacked sufficient sauce. Furthermore, it was apparent that the employees communicated in their native language rather than making an effort to engage with customers in English. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this subway branch, as the staff’s lack of professionalism and customer service skills are evident.

The staff have no manners how to talk to customers, all staff were found talking loudly in Indian Language, very rude staff, none of them had no names displayed on their name batch, one was found wearing EarPod while preparing the sub roll, other one was found chewing tobacco, serious concerns on food safety and hygiene practices.

Food was good and affordable! We were happy that there were some indoor seats, as the weather was cold. Dropped my wallet there, and an honest customer has returned it! The staff were kind and honest. They kept my wallet safely for me, till I came back to ask them. Thank you!

The steak warm sandwich had more pepper than was needed. The other two were just fine.

Bunch of scammers that keep telling that the scanner doesn’t work, I had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 and they absolutely denied it and never give any points. Dumb people who are scammers

Hi Guys today a date of 12/09/2024 I went there with my wife in an evening time I didn’t like a service from a staff from specific one person who belongs from same country ,had behaved literally not good with my wife. I didn’t know that what they had a conversation at that time ,but when my wife told me whole conversation what he spoken to my wife. I was be like what the hell. I didn’t wanted to make a big thing that time so it’s good! Also, it’s humble request to subway recruitment team that kindly give a proper training to your colleagues that how to behave well and give a good customer service. Also, if a person who had done this bad thing and reading this review so thank you for your mesmerising service on today’s evening and my wife and I didn’t eat that sub for a reason that you mentioned it’s just £10 take and leave so I tiped that money to a needy person! The food is good of course, however while preparing they did make a rush and made us panic. We bought 2 Subs along with meal deal and still all they wanted was just us to do the billing.. we couldn’t even make proper choices. Service is 04/10

Worst subway I ever had in London .staff is rude when customer are paying hard earn money for food . They are not fully trained they don’t know about customer service when someone ask for they are giving rude ans food they are not serving fresh even . Horrible experience…

Worst service ever. Didnt even change gloves after making non veg sub and touch the vegan patty with same. Not good for vegan or vegetarians. Dont behave in manner with old people. Didn't clean tables. Very untidy. If asked about allegen, they just make comments in their own language and didnt respond properly.

Come to this Subway if you want to try out the most expensive sub in the whole London!!! Ordered a chicken tikka footlong sub for £9.50 and my friend got veggie sub for £11. They increase price every month lol. I have been having subway for last 4 years and have tried various locations, even the ones in central london, no one could match these prices. Also you are a subway rewards member, you can’t scan and redeem your points or offers, because guess what their scanner never works (or as they say they have internet issues).

Chipotle cheesy bites were stale and soggy! The staff is rude and unruly, no minimum etiquette or communication skills. The subs were very badly made. Not at all recommended

Bunch of scammers, keep saying the sub card machine is not working or Internet is down so have never let me use my points which I lost this week. The bread is stale and dry and the hygiene is disgusting, they mix utensils from the vegetarian options with meat options. The fillings are getting less and less too! The manager is a coward who refuses to give his name when I tried to complain and instead he hid in the back. Avoid this branch, they are rubbish.

I wouldn't recommend this Subway to anyone, particularly to people with allergies or vegetarians. I have been to this Subway twice and on my most recent visit when there was an event at Wembley Stadium. It got busy, and they had extra staff to keep up with the demand, but unfortunately, the staff they had clearly weren't trained to do the basics. One person requested for no cheese but they put cheese in their sub and once told they didn't want it they took it off the chicken they put it on and then put it back in the cheese pile. Not good if you are a vegetarian or have got allergic to something because who knows what else they may do. This Subway is small and doesn't have enough room inside when it is busy. Unfortunately some customers don't put their rubbish in the bin but the staff fail to keep it tidy and clean as well.

Refusing to come to this subway again, there were a number of flies around the cookies. When I told the worker I didn’t want any for obvious hygiene and health reasons the worker took huge offensive to make decision. They got to work on the places hygiene! this isn’t the first time customers have complained about how dirty it is there and still no change.

I didn't enjoy the new garlic steak at all. No taste of garlic, the ingredients were falling apart in my hands, is was not warm even if they supposedly heated it. 7.4 for a small one not worth it

The staff here do not know how to speak in English I am surprised they got jobs. They failed to understand simple instructions it’s a shame Subway isn’t doing thorough checks when employing their staff. It also seemed as though the staff here were all relatives as they seemed to be more interested in talking to one another in their mother tongue instead of assisting customers. Never visiting this branch again.

Nice food, useless staff 8 customers were waiting ,but one staff member hiding in the back laughing on phone,and other worker only focusing on online order's, telling customers to wait, after 15 minutes he served me, I repeated my order 3 times and still got the wrong food

Not worth that kind of money at all. The price is very high. Paying 9.90 for half a loaf of bread is very ridiculous. For that kind of money I could have eaten much better and tasty in a restaurant. The first time I was there and this is the last time. Never ever)))

Prices have gone so high it’s no longer worth it to go to Subway. £6 for a small spicy Italian sub 😵‍💫 I also got a caramel muffin which was very stale definitely not fresh. I can’t justify to spend so much on a simple sandwich, just for a little more money I could have gotten some restaurant hot food

Would've added the 3 extra stars if the staff were a bit more helpful as it was my first time in years going to a subway. And if the food was cooked a bit more the egg used the Breakwich was undercooked for my liking. The 2 stars were for the staff patience with me TBH but even then they don't feel deserved as I didn't feel welcomed and rushed to order and another reason that'll I'll explain below. And the inside was really meh to the point that I didn't know if I should've went to the Wenzel's that's literally next door and does sandwiches like Subway for much cheaper as well might I add. Also I believe the staff overcharged me as I was taking away but they charged me an eat in price which is more expensive than advertised so I don't feel too comfy with going back again. But least it was filling so was worth it a bit but the taste doesn't feel that fresh as I expected from subway so was a very weird experience in total that I sadly can't recommend to any of my friends/ people who've read this review.

He kept knocking on my door, despite hearing me say I'm disabled but the taste of the food was worth it.

It's sad to hear that their scanner doesn't work. I have been visiting a lot of Subways across cities and never heard this. I wouldn't recommend and avoid visiting as max as I can. Staff could be more helpful. Will review ratings if I feel different next time.

The staff and manager over there was very rude. I didn’t expect this service from subway. I had very rude conversation with manager it self and instead of helping me he was blaming me when the staff was clearly in fault. There was this lady in store she started talking rudely and then she said that we came first time in subway we didn’t know how it works when they are the one who taking rudely. and she was swearing in gujrati language. Horrible experience. Me and my friends met after almost one and half year and we wanted to spend good day and have good meal. Not even subway ruined our day but out time money. I would suggest never go there.

The garlic bread with cheese used to have a delicious garlic spread but this time they just used a small amount of garlic oil instead. Don’t know if the recipe has changed or if they didn’t have any?! Not worth it for £2.50!

Overpriced subs. Subs in central london are way cheaper than this restaurant. Their Subway Rewards card reader never works and they never want to put the card manually as they don’t want anyone to pay through points.

Asked for a meal deal. They asked "what drink", whilst gesturing to their drinks fridge. Apparently those drinks have a supplementary cost, which then meant the packet of crisps was also not included. When complained, they were disinterested. When gave feedback through the app, reply was an incredulous "There's a supplement charge. I hope that clarifies it." Things go wrong - but it's how you put it right that counts. Not even the word "sorry" used. Awful service.

Service was good.but they don't accept any subway offers or coupons. Even they r very reluctant for the customer to redeem the subway points. They say on manu occasions that their system is not working which is not true.once I placed an order and wanted to pay with points, the person on the counter said there is a problem with the system.i said I don't have anyother means of paying and they didn't display that their subway points system was down he reluctantly had to redeem my points for payment.

Staff is very rude and they spread wrong information. If you call them at 9pm they will say they are open for more 1 hour, then then if you visit the outlet in next 5mins they will laugh at you and will comments badly and says they were playing prank. I walked all the way over there and they closed the door on my face. Very poor service

I don't know what's wrong with the guys who work at afternoon in LDO subway. The subwich is always wrapped with least efforts and they make the whole thing so inconvenient for customers a 12 inch sub which is suppose to be cut half is not seperated completely. The filling is stuffed in such a way that the whole thing becomes a mess on the table. The staff is always having conversations within them selves and don't even bother to pay attention to the instructions. I live in a students accomodation near the outlet and we all students have just started avoiding the LDO subway for the same reason. Someone please do something our money feels wasted at this shop.

The food, it’s delicious just like any other subway! The staff is very friendly. Atmosphere, almost empty very few people eat inside and I came to understand why!…. I mean I have been to VARIOUS subways but this one has to be the dirtiest of all that I have seen! From the time I arrived to the time I have left! I didn’t see nobody cleaning the tables or even sweeping the floors. The tables are full of food leftover by the costumers the floor is dirty with crumbs! I mean doesn’t take long to clean every so often! Every table dirty, I sad down on a dirty table nobody came around to wipe it. The floors remain dirty while people kept sitting on the dirty tables and stepping on the leftovers that fall on the floor. 🤷🏽‍♂️ And could even attract mice into the restaurant! I’m not saying it has! But so dirty all the time ‘could indeed attract some’. But come on! Every time it’s the same thing 🤷🏽‍♂️. And believe me it’s not the first time I come here to subway in wembley and it’s always the same situation, until now I decided to post the review. I’m downgrading the wembley subway to a 2 star only because it’s not very healthy to see this subway so dirty! I have done lots of reviews for various restaurants all over London, So you the reader, and even my blog followers it’s a shame I have to make this review. But 🤷🏽‍♂️. Hope you can fix this so when I come around next time. I could change the rating of my review.

Very good food, however the size of the cooky shrank incredibly! It's literally half the size it used to be.

I specifically ordered the untoasted sandwich and put "NOT TOASTED" in the notes, but this Subway always toasts them. What should I do to make them stop?

Worse customer service, so rude they don’t care about customer, while I went to the store I told them I’m going to wait to confirm order with someone. He said rude things in his own language. Then ask for tap water , he said £1.80 you should pay , charged extra , even mentioned meal is 9.50 charged me £10.10and even more nonsense things , so dissatisfaction.

Smaller then usual 6 inches sub, more price, this outlet charges extra for sauces, and the meal that i eat for 5 is 7.50 here. Like what the hell. Unbelievable and expensive for no reason for same stuff, its not a remote area that you have a difficulty in getting your groceries that you are charging a pound and a half extra for this, plus the staff was abusing each other while all the customers were there. *hindi slangs/cuss words* very inapropriate. There was no name tag on the staff member so I really don’t know the name. But the service that we received from the girl was very very rude and inappropriate.

Had a lovely meal here, last time I was in the neighbourhood to see a concert. All the main restaurants surrounding Wembley stadium where full or needed a booking. Street vendors had big lines for people waiting. This was slightly easier to access the shops but having to seat down so close to other people wanting to get there food was hard work. They are trying to be a restaurant and street food vendors but it’s a bit hectic. Food was nice but just having big number of people in a small area, can easily put someone off

Didn’t know that you can order a salad, will definitely be ordering again. Delicious although hubby still enjoyed his foot long sub meal

Missing cheese and was not warm to eat

the bread was extremely hard also only wanted olives in one order due to allergies but instead they put it in both. majority of food went waste, this is ridiculous i have had issues with this subway before. i’ve just wasted money and i am not satisfied one bit

Came out of the oven luke warm thats how you like it all good,and wasn't steaming hot as some places,Toppings and all the sauces were alright to be fair.
