Fantastic service. I had an issue with collecting an order, needed to change to a delivered order. These guys made sure I got my food within 10 minutes of me calling them to explain! Eat here most times I find myself in Harlow! Brilliant.

Best wings I’ve ever had ! Jerk wings ! Are so good , burgers are full of flavours to , lovely staff , very friendly, will definitely go back , well tbh I’ve just got back in after visiting again 👏👌🏻

I don't know how hard it is to read an order and add the food requested. This establishment feel its find to ignore your order requests and replace what you actually wanted with random things you didn't order or want. I ordered wings, and instead they delivered me a burger, a burger I didn't want or order. So if you do order food from this establishment, be aware that they may substitute anything you order with anything else they happen to have lying around the place, you want chips? NOPE here's some onion rings, you want wings, NOPE here's a burger. Its a niche I give them that, its like a mystery box of maybe chicken based items that you may or may not get, pot luck. I suggest if you actually want what you order avoid these clowns like the plague

Quality food. The superfood salad with a chicken skewer is such a tasty and healthy option. And Korean wings are especially incredible!

Been waiting over two hours called once they answered and said it will take 15 mins that was 45 mins ago. Now they aren't answering the phone. Never ordering from them again. Food arrived cold, chicken horrible and hard and the chips were soggy.

Original burger, Korean wings and furious fries a must

The food here is good 90% of the time and im really pleased with the service. They sent me the wrong thing but got my replacement to me in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this place.

Pleasantly surprised!! Someone recommended this place to me and the food is soo lovely! The hot wings are exactly like TGI boneless bites with blue cheese sauce. It was so nice and will order again!!

I have always been a fan of Wings and Thingz however lately (the last three times we have ordered) their chicken has gone downhill. We called to find out what they had changed and was informed that instead of cooking their chicken to order as they used to, they now cook ALL their chicken and then keep it in a warm/heated cabinet. Once an order is taken they then pour the sauce over. Unfortunately this tactic has caused the chicken to be dry and extremely salty. Of course they have decided this to be the best course of action because they wish to cut down on their delivery time but if you ask me, I would rather wait 40mins for freshly cooked food instead of food that has been sitting in a heating drawer for hours. We are still being charged the same price but for less than mediocre standards. I do hope they revert to their old procedures because their wings were very good!

Had a mixed wrap at the new shop at Slackbury hatch. Wife had the chicken wrap Very very good an very filling. Had the wings another night. Wife not as impressed but I thought they were not bad. Seems a good menu. Good luck hope you do well...lovely clean shop.

Friendly atmosphere and speedy service.

5* for customer service as we were greeting simply amazingly and only 1* for food. Wings were nothing but salty and chicken strips were so overcooked, that I could hardly cut it with knife. Disappointing experience.

Had some of their Tasters delivered a couple of days ago, OMG Harlow is going to love their wings, great work guys!
