Shame this place has lost its standards. Price has gone up which I understand but the quality has gone down. Can’t believe the way I was spoken to. Used to be a regular and was always friendly. It’s a violation considering I have been going a long time. Started going somewhere else local now where service is bang on. Disappointed, shame on you.

I ordered 2 kebabs and chips the meat was dry the pitta bread was hard a small portion of chips for £27 I had to chuck it away very disappointed 😞

Ordered two kebabs after the 4.8 star rating on here. The meat wasn’t even cooked/grilled properl and the quality of the meat was so poor lacking flavour. Very disappointed.

Food was good, arrived at a decent temp although at the later end of its eta. Couldn’t see any way of ordering more than one of any flavoured sauces which were packaged separately. Would order again

They don’t have a set price I always order the same thing and it’s never the same price always different

No forks no napkins… more salad in separate order than in a set …. No cucumbers in salad over all poor and make me think why it has so high recommendation

super tasty keebabs , deliverd hot and fresh , you can tell the meat used is super quality and really fresh! the Lamb shish especially is fantastically tender and flavoursome the chicken is great too tasty ,tender and all is well cooked! salad is fresh and chips are hot and crispy , not overcooked like some can be from keebab outlets .This is deffo one of the best in Harlow for price point and the superb quality of the meat and food in general. Would love to see them do a 6 or 8 Lamb rib dish

This is not only our local kebabery but our go to for a really nice kebab. Succulent meat and fresh salad, the chips are crispy and flavoursome and the food is always hot.

Delivered on time and hot. Cheesy chips worth every penny, fresh salad with kebabs . Never had an issue here.

Probably the best chicken shish wrap I’ve ever had. Not only was it delicious, but it was so hot that I couldn’t even touch it or eat it for 5 minutes. Not once have I had that experience before, always had a tepid, lukewarm temperature at other places. Highly recommended

Delivery was 1 hr and 30 but for a Saturday night we didn’t mind. Food all fresh and plentiful as always but tried the cod and chips and for £10 it wasn’t worth it. The cod wasn’t real batter and fish was dry. It’s the first item ordered from here that didn’t like. Will stick to the kebabs. The kids meals are good value for money though.

11/10 as always! the best kebab in harlow amd always has been!! portion size massive and came red hot and delivered with a smile and a joke even thonot was 1 in the morning!

Found our new favourite place, well worth the money for what you get.

I have not used Dial a Kebab for many years. It was very good back in 2016-2017 our local kebab place village was good but however has a gobby mare who can’t get orders right. We ordered tonight from Dial and it was excellent arrived hot, salad was crisp and fresh glad to say after so many years away we will be ordering again well done Dial and thank you

Been using dial a kebab absolutely years now, three house moves later they are still delivering to us. The food is always so fresh and chips crispy, definitely the best kebab shop we’ve ever ate from.

Never lets me down. Good size portions. Freshly cooked and very fast delivery.

The doner kebab was rather greasy. Unfortunately I couldn't finish the meal. Shame!

Food was all hot and tasty, good quality kebab shop food. The mozzarella sticks are good, chunky, crunchy and filled with soft mozzarella that doesn’t taste like a freezer like you get with most places. The driver was a true gent too, efficient, polite and friendly.
