very nice staff, leva (the server at the time) was very helpful and quick with the food and drinks.

I brought chocolate covered strawberries which were overpriced and didn’t contain real chocolate only chocolate sauce, strawberries were warm and mushy and overall tasted cheap. Not impressed.

Ordered waffles, one in particular listed as having ‘black cherry’ so we were expecting fresh cherries but came with jam instead. Spoken to the staff who tried to argue it said jam on the menu which it doesn’t. Eventually offered to make me a new one but I was annoyed at this point.

I would 100% recommend this place We booked the bronze deal for my daughter birthday everyone staff and management was so nice and polite from the moment we entered till the moment we left all the kids really loved the desserts and mostly the arcades very lovely place and very lovely staff . Thank you so much for everything the kids really loved it 😊

Very bad attitude! Avoid this place ! One of the girls didn’t want to give only one scoop of ice cream in a slightly bigger cup,if that’s the policy she should say it in a nice way !

Came here in passing, welcomed by friendly staff, good atmosphere. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Had the hazelnut delight which was amazing, fresh strawberries and crispy waffle, generous amounts of nuts and chocolate sauce. I can't say one bad thing about waffle and more. Thank you for an wonderful time.

It was my first time coming here and I was served by Kelvin who was really nice and made me feel welcome, the food here is so good and there’s games too which people can enjoy. Overall a really nice atmosphere so I’ll definitely be coming here again

I order this nacho dish and ask for no topping beside cheese sauce, and was increible. Love Lithuanian owner and her child, both was very lovely kind to me and my son. Eastern European GO THIS SHOP! Is so tasty and understanding. Owner is bilingual also as I hear her speak Lithuanian! Very lovely nice place and is good happy feeling with kid when we eating here. Little girl working at front of till was exceptionally ooutstanding and good with my little boy, she was patient but had shaky hand and was very silence when speaking, still increible member of team! Will return to little hidden shop in Harlow town, is such gem to find on hot day, with cooling foods and waffles. Air blowing unit was nice cold for me too.

The waffles and milkshakes were excellent but not all the food was delivered. When called to rectify, there was just an apology and a refusal to redeliver due to being “too busy” and I was told to “take it up with deliveroo” for a refund. This is honestly quite unacceptable when it was their error completely (correct order on all receipts) and when you consider this was for a child at a party where everyone else was eating and only she couldn’t. Shame because I have been many times and enjoyed it, would not recommend for big orders.

The manager behaviour is disgusting never buy and never go there .

Had my sons 9th birthday her in the arcade. Loads of retro games to play as week as air hockey and table football. We'll organised and no too in your face.

Went in today 11th October, the public toilets in the bus garage were out of service so I thought I'll ask in there if I can use there facilities. The woman behind the counter was so rude saying 'the public toilets are down there' I said they was out of service, her reply was 'our toilets are locked ....' What about the patrons that were eating in there at the time? Never ever have I seen this sort of rudeness.

Had my boys 8th birthday party today, 22 loud and noisy class mates 😂. The team at Waffle and more were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us. Arcade was great, and all the kids enjoyed the games, hotdogs and ice creams. Thank you

I would rate this a 3 and a half due to the waffles properly being the only good things of the trip. This was pricey cost me £25 which I think is ridiculous knowing I could have gone somewhere else gotten a better price and had a great snack. Drinks wise I had a cookies and cream milkshake which didn't take of anything. Staff wise there just there and that's it you hardly know that they are there cus of how quiet they are.

First time coming here with the family by chance as we were walking around killing sometime. The place looks clean and deserts and coffee were on point. Staff were friendly and prompt. Will definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely brilliant party with you yesterday thank you for being absolutely fantastic you offer a fantastic service that Is above and beyond alot off the children that came including my own son had adhd and asd the care you took off us and to cater for them I'm absolutely speechless. Thank you just isn't enough will deffinatley be recommending you to everyone I no and will be booking again and again xxx

Cool place. Grab a coffee, dessert or shake, and for £4 the kids can play unlimited arcade games upstairs for 1 hour! Or £4.99 with a hot drink or slushie. For 2 hours was £2 more. You can watch upstairs on a big TV screen but they can't get out without passing you downstairs. Toilets up and down. It wasn't busy, even over half term holidays. Staff friendly and it's a nice place to relax while the kids have some fun.

Can't fault the staff, all very good. However we were told we could just arrive anytime for the kids to use the arcade, when we turned up we were told it was closed until 5pm. The food was good, but my youngest has a milk allergy and by the time her vegan one was done the rest of the food had already been finished. I don't think I will return here

Went today for the first time with the kids (who have been a lot with grandad). Lovely little Place, great menu selection and arcade room upstairs. One of the male staff who I believe to be manager was ever so lovely/ helpful and even pointed out to me a deal they do to get drinks and arcades together on offer! Must of known I was a newbee 😂. Kids loved it, smoothies were lovely. Arcade room to ourselves! Loved it. X

The young ladys serving was so lovely and kind, they were polite and very helpful, but the manager was so rude when talking to the young girls it made me and my god daughter feel uncomfortable, also the manager dismissed me when I asked if any one was sitting at a table.

Went here after school with the kids was lovely waffles and the kids got to go upstairs and play the arcades. The lady who works in there is really lovely we had a great time x

We visited here on Friday with our children’s holiday club for a private rental in the arcade games room, it was amazing! The staff were fantastic, there were lots of games in the room, the food was incredible and the place was lovely and clean! We could not recommend them enough! Thanks so much for a great experience for the children, they really loved every minute of it!

Very fast and efficient service though their kinder waffle seemed a little dry even with the chocolate sauce. May have just been a little over done. Their bubblegum milkshake was delicious!

First visit, was in Harlow town and fancied a milkshake which did not disappoint, I went for the Borne one so can recommend that one. We will return for a waffle as well to use the arcade games room that's upstairs! The staff were very polite and friendly so look forward to going retuning soon.

We arrived, placed our order and the food was brought to us within minutes! Staff were really kind and welcoming. Me and my friend shared a kinder bueno waffle along with a strawberry and flake waffle. Both absolutely delicious. So today I can say that I was disgusted! For the first time at this place but it will be for the last time! Unwashed cutlery, actually disgusting, not to mention fruit, I ordered a waffle with bananas, berries and strawberries, I can say that ,the bananas were black, none of the slices were ok, some berries were rotten and cherry from the cake was the hair from the chocolate sauce!

Every time very friendly and helpful. I love the offer between 14.00- 17.00 a coffee with a cake for 5 pounds. Very tasteful the waffles, ice creams, cakes and cappuccino!

would be nice not to seat you at the table then 20mins later to be told to go at front door to order yourself

Great waffles with lots of customising options. Not too pricey. Staff had great energy and the decor of the place including chairs and tables look very nice. Only small complaint is that I think they need to mop/clean the floors more frequently as they were quite sticky. Other than that I will definitely return with the kids Edit- March 2022. Just had my daughters birthday party here in their party room upstairs. Very good!!! Kids loved it

We came as a group of 5 and ordered separately (group of 2 and group of 3). The 1st thing they ask for is your table number which is pointless because none of the staff seem to know where any of the tables are and walk around holding orders not knowing where they go. The group of 2 waffles arrived and the 3 other waffles still hadn't arrived 5 minutes later. We called the waiter over to ask where they were and he went to check... They'd lost the ticket so had to take the order again... Then they found the ticket! Waitresses brought other items to the table which weren't ours, it was a bit of a hullabaloo to be honest. The glasses and cutlery could do with a better clean as well, especially during current times.

VERY DISAPPOINTED NO GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS!! Also, girl at counter was wearing false eyelashes and nails (not generally accepted in catering).

We took our children there to meet santa. Such a lovely place. The staff are very polite, nothing was to much. The waffles are amazing. Such a lovely palce. We will be returning very soon. Well worth a visit.

Sat here waiting for 20 minutes with the shop empty and they still have a 20 minutes waiting while all the girls behind the counter talk and do nothing. Never mind the waiting but looking at this girl prepping the sundays, using her bare hands instead of the scooping utensils to prep the food is absolutely disgusting. She didn’t think twice and kept doing it for all the orders she prepared the one with headscarf.🤮🤮🤮

Wafles are crispy and really tasty, place nice and cosy. Service quite slow, orders to one table delivered at diferent times, some orders forgotten untill we got to request for them. And stay away from milkshakes. Both of my children got sick after having them. Some of beries in my waffle portion were rotten too.. Hope improvements will be implemented so trust will be earned in return and we will be able to enjoy our time out there.
