The delivery time advertised was 15-30 minutes which was why we chose to order from here and then the confirmation advised an hour which was frustrating and then when called said it would be another 20 minutes and was then 40 minutes past the time of expected delivery and also gave the wrong drink. If it was 60-90 mins that’s what it should say. First and last order from there.

Delicious food but we had to reheat it as it was luke warm. Very unusual for Harlow Spice so perhaps it was out of their control. We thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless.

Ordered my food at 7:30 and it arrived just after 8:45! As soon as i opened both bags half of my curry had spilt at the bottom of the bag! Normally always order from here but tonight has really let me down and will definitely be getting a refund

I just ordered some food and they forgot my chicken madras. My dinner ended up being just potatoes, rice and nan bread. It's a shame because I like there food but I'm disappointed they forgot the main part of my meal.

This is still our favourite Indian but today no salad was included in the tikka main course. Please guys check your orders when they go out.

it was late coming but not sure if that was my fault as I accidentally put the wrong letter in my postcode so don't know if they went to a different address first. I rang the restaurant and assured me that it's going to my address.

Food has always been bang on...never had a bad takeaway from Harlow Spice. Lovely restaurant for people who prefer a nice quiet and more relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend going and giving it a try for yourself!

Genuinely one of the worst takeouts I’ve ever had. We ordered the Keema Naan and the Butter Chicken on Deliveroo and were more than disappointed. The Keema Naan had barely any filling, with no flavour at all. The naan itself was dry, and the filling wasn’t good at all. The Butter Chicken was inedible, we had to throw out both containers that were completely full. There was only a few small pieces of chicken in it, and the sauce had a terrible flavour that literally made me gag. I’m not one to leave bad reviews for restaurants, but I wouldn’t recommend this food to anyone.

Food quantity is good but all items (rice and curries) are tested sweet.

Food is well priced and tasty, lamb was cooked lovely abit fatty. But really nice. The mint sauce is the best I’ve had in along time and the overall of food was really good will order again.

Reported to local council as this place is disgusting. It needs cleaning, it’s shocking they are serving food out of there. Freezing cold in there and no music. Never again! Hygiene is horrendous, please don’t eat here.

Piping hot, great quality tasty food!

Came here for a family meal not only did the chicken tikka have a thick dark hair in it so did the peshwari Naan, when shown to the waiter he didn't apologise he just took it away and gave us another, the hygiene standards are clearly very poor and I will never order or eat from there again.

Driver has updated the status to Delivered and I have waited for another 20minutes to actually receive this order. When I asked him why did he do that instead of doing it after giving me the food he replied „I don’t’ know”.

5 star best Indian food in Harlow great staff have eaten her for 15 years . Before it was call Randa but are now doing 5 courses for £15.99 well worth a visit Had a takeaway last night and the food was excellent I think it is the best food in the area Enough for four of us for £40 that is a great price unfortunately the restaurant is empty with no sit down customers but the takeaway orders do not stop It’s a shame as we use to eat for sit down a lot in the past we have had music and entertainment But the food is still the same if you have not tried it you must you will not be disappointed

We had a lovely meal here on Sunday. Really tasty food, and the starter+main+side+rice/naan meal deal is excellent value (much more food than we could eat in fact, but they were happy to give us some takeaway containers to take the leftovers away).

The food wasn't good. The korma and masala has little taste and the Jalfrezi tasted awful. Really disappointing, sadly.

.......Disappointing Experiene.... I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant and I feel compelled to share it to save others from a similar ordeal. From start to finish, the service was abysmal, and the food quality was far below expectations. Firstly, the customer service is shockingly rude. When I called to inquire about my order, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. It's clear that they have no understanding of how to communicate respectfully with customers. The delivery time is misleading. Although the UberEats app indicated a wait time of 10 to 25 minutes, my order took over an hour to arrive. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. The food itself was another letdown. The biryani was tasteless, overwhelmed by an excessive amount of spices that did nothing to enhance the flavor. The Peshwari naan was another disappointment, barely containing any of the signature Peshwari filling. Additionally, I paid £4 extra for king prawns, only to receive a few very small pieces that were certainly not worth the additional cost. This felt like a complete rip-off. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Between the poor customer service, inaccurate delivery times, and subpar food quality, it was an all-around negative experience. Save your time and money and choose a different restaurant.

This place is a disgrace spent a fortune no driver turned up then they started ignoring my calls I drove down there then they refused to give me my money back be careful with this lot

definitely not worth the money, taste is missing and small portion with bigg price trying to make up for all that by giving free item i had a lot better for similar price.
