Dropped in quality massively. Ordered and it took over an hour, freezing cold, and half my order was missing - including all the wings! Absolutely insane. AVOID

Spot the wings....closed when I rang... 3 tubs ov tots.... never again..plus reported..you even give me my uber receipt with what I should have ..

Amazing!! Went to Misfits to indulge myself in wingman’s wide variety of wings. Had lemon pepper, raspberry scotch bonnet wings and cheesy fries and both were amazing! Highly recommend <3

Amazing !!! Couldn’t rate high enough. The lemon pepper wings and Mac and cheese is to die for. I usually just order on Uber but since they’ve moved to Misfits I’ve started to eat in and couldn’t be happier with the service or the cheap pints :)

Wow just wow was a bit hungry and saw a offer through uber eats when the chicken wings come I though ok here we go somthing 2 eat a snack no joke the chicken wings were amazing and so tasty and hot and great value best chicken wings in cardiff well for me best I've ver tasted please try them 😋 well done keep up the hard tasty work shall b ordering again 😋

To be honest, probably the worst food purchase I’ve ever had. Chips stale and taste like cardboard. The quality of the meat on the wings was grim; I ate one wing of each flavour and just threw it in the bin. Chicken strips were pretty much deep fried styrofoam. At least the grape soda was nice and portion size was good, not that that matters. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review after going to a restaurant but this was worthy.

Today we had wings from Wingman in Cardiff and I was alsolutely blown away. So many amazing flavours and great portion size. The dirty fries are amazing too! I've had wings fr all over the world and these are some of the best I've ever had. Seriously can't recomend this place enough.

The photos on Uber eats do no justice to your food. Incredible food and omg sooooo fresh, with a real hot kick, actually amazing you are my now favorite take away and will absolutely be visiting the restaurant. The rest of my house has major food envy, i hardly write reviews and am writing this and I haven't even finished my food!

Waited all most an hour for food the wing was very small and the bbq was probably the worst I’ve ever had The teriyaki wings tasted very bad and unpleasant the chicken tenders where very dry the best part of my meal was probably the chips don’t recommend eating from there and will never order from there again

Love this place. Rustic, chilled, tasty and great value Louiza is awesome - you're lucky if she's working when you visit - super helpful and friendly. WM definitely has a "how can we make this work for you" attitude, and you can see it with their stuff.

Overcooked dry chicken with hardly any sauce. Inedible. Fries were heavily flavoured with msg flavouring.

I never leave reviews but wow. I got the garlic parmesan wings, 2 boxes of ten for £7 on wednesday’! Literally incredible. The ranch dip was beautiful and the flavour of the wings was amazing!

Don't use this company. Rip off merchants. Order took over an hour. When it arrived it was the wrong order. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody responds to messages. No complaints procedure. Charlatans. Avoid.

Decent price for what you get although the Wings came out luke warm and the wait for food was absolutely ages. Quiet Monday too. I'm going to put it down to staffing levels as I have a hunch the food was ready for ages but they had no one to run it to customers. Love Wings, had much better, what a shame.

I had a mixed experience at Wingman Cardiff. I wanted to eat some quality chicken wings and was attracted here by the fame of Mike from HangFire Smokehouse. Wingman doesn't have a restaurant but operates out of BoomBattleBar in Central Cardiff and without the help of a bouncer I would not have found the place. I am not a spring chicken and I found the high volume music oppressive and disorienting. This compounded my struggles to order food from the BBB app. I didn't find the offers shown on Wingmans website and ordered via Uber that was easier to navigate. Were it not for the help of a receptionist I wouldn't have achieved an order. I waited about 35 minutes for the order to arrive as I sat outside the bar. I couldn't endure the music anymore and left to eat the wings in my car, it being cherchou to eat in the street. For £19 I received 12 wings, some tater tots, 2 dips and 2 drinks. The fries were missing from the order. The food was ok in presentation and flavour but left me feeling disappointed. I think that the Wingman offer is probably good enough as an accomplement for millennials out on the lash, but the experience was difficult for me. I went to the Seray restaurant in City road and was fully satisfied by their offer and their charcoal grilled meats.

Edit... Wingman were actually very helpful regarding the below of an uber eats driver who stole my food. They helped report him and requested my refund when they didn't have to as ubers fault. NEVER EVER USE UBER EATS. Waited ages for food (around an hour delivery), and nothing arrives. Go on to the app to figure out what's going on and get an oh so helpful picture of blackness (below) to help me locate my order that presumably the driver left (at the wrong address perhaps) without even ringing the door bell? Who would even be daft enough to take a pic at night without a flash? 10 mins later I then get greeted with a voicemail but again nothing that will help me figure out where the hell the expensive food I just bought is (just some American answer machine girl saying I can't call because I'm not registered?), and a missed call from another which just cuts out when called. Absolutely 0 help because they have my money so why would they right? No text message, no door bell ring, no food outside the door or message in post box, no useful voicemail, no phone call (I don't think?) or any number of anyone to call, no loud knock (I'm on 2nd floor), no useful picture to show where they left it

The best chicken wings I've ever had, crispy and tasty. Fries were good too. Service and flat pepsi not so good.

Honestly, it's a joke how good this place is. Everything fresh. Very high quality.

Absolute dream this place amazing wings

This may sound weird for me to give five stars, but hear me out. I ordered on Uber eats, the solo meal for one and ended up getting the wrong one delivered. Phoned up and they immediately realized what happened, profusely apologized and agreed to send out the right order. Five stars because this process had no hassle, it was easy to speak to them and they were apologetic. Mistakes happen, especially at night; these guys handled it like champs. Massive respect.

Really disappointing. We had high hopes for this place given how popular it is with the foodie crowd in Cardiff, however our delivery was really bad. The strips were like styrofoam the breading was soft and they tasted of nothing. The Mac and cheese bizarrely has raw panko on top of it and was just a cold thick flavourless mess. Wings were edible but not great reminiscent of supermarket hot counter wings sat around all day, both soggy and dry somehow. Lemon pepper tasted nothing like lemon pepper just vaguely sweet, buffalo wings have no heat. Blue cheese sauce was like bad salad dressing, pickles were mush. Free sweet potato fries were oily mush - really appreciate the gesture however the food was awful, nothing more than student slop everything crying out for salt and flavour. The only redeeming feature was the tots they were actually tasty. Felt like the food was made with no love or respect.

Amazing food. My go to right now. The deal for one is just enough, food always piping hot on delivery, amazing dishes and flavours, just love this place!
