Visited yesterday with my sister. Didn’t know what to expect as never been before and was a last minute stop. The food was amazing! My sister is a meat eater and loved the burger and Mac and cheese. I am vegetarian and tried the meat free burger. Can without a doubt say the best veggie burger I have had. I even ordered veggie wings to take home when leaving. The team and lovely and friendly. Not sure of the gents name but I think he was the manager went above and beyond for me with being veggie. Outstanding! Already planning our next trip!

First time ordering from Wingers, ordered through app and collected. Meal for one did two of us, very filling and chicken was proper chicken. Ordered tender with chips and sweet Hoi sauce. Came with wooden knife, fork and spoon. Very satisfied

Food is really overpriced! 25 quid for 2 chicken burger meals is a rip off. Chicken tastes funny. I wouldn't go back again.

My 80p dip was forgotten however the food was beautiful, chicken was nice and tender and enough sauce was on the food itself it was still warm even though we live in Tamworth we all enjoyed and would eat from here again

Wingers virgin here and all I can say is wow I was blown away how nice our meal was. My daughter and I just happen to be staying in the hotel near your shop and thought we would give it a try. Well we was amazed not just how good the meal was but how clean the shop was too it was spotless and loved how the two (ladies) staff was cleaning up after themselves and how much effort they was putting into their job/meal to make sure it was on top form for the customers. You don’t see very much of this in the food industry so to see it last night it was a credit to them and they are a credit to you (Wingers)! Thank you 🙏

First time visit midday on a Monday. I was a little disappointed to find that a huge group had just ordered and I had to wait whilst the staff attended their huge order. However, despite clearly being under big pressure, the staff were very polite. Onto the food. We had wings with Frank's hot sauce, tenders with American BBQ sauce and a wingers burger with fries and a strawberry milkshake. Everything was cooked to order. The food was still hot when we got home in Brownhills West. All of the food and the shake was great.

Consistently good food and service. Wingers feast bowl with jerk BBQ is unreal. Generous portions and great flavours. Personally my favourite takeaway round here

The chicken at this place was fantastic, it was so nice to have good quality chicken from a fried chicken shop, it was not greasy, it didn't have the massive gross veins many places have, the chicken was white inside and the coating was nice and crispy. The flavours were good too, only area for improvement would be if the sauce tubs for take out were ever so slightly bigger. The staff were great too really helpful and well mannered. Visited here whilst staying at the hotel nearby, wish we had wingers in Manchester!

Took one look inside, saw the prices advertised and the lack of customers present against a pervasive smell of rancid cooking fat - and left! FIrst impressions count - and this won't get a second look! Received this response which is somewhat interesting, defensive, and does little to endear any further custom or consideration: 'Hi Andy, this review is ridiculous and completely unfair assumption of our business, we have one of the highest rated reviews on uber and google in lichfield. I am sorry there was not enough customers in at the time of your visit but this again another unfair assumption. You have have managed the to give a 1 out of 5 for the food without even trying this which is a joke and will be reported. also we are a fried chicken restaurant where chicken is deep fried in oil hence why you may have smelt some oil. Interesting Point: if you rate your business acumen and success based predominantly upon 'Uber'/online custom reviews, this is artificial data clearly indicative of absent footfall into the premises by the same customers blissfully unaware, or inexperienced in first-hand witnessing of the premises and its environment. What we experienced was sufficiently offputting by which to leave a negative rating, based upon the fact that having walked into the premises, the cloying stench of stale Cooking Oil left us both feeling sufficientlently nauseous by which to walk away. Could be wrong here, the place looked new or was kept that clean to feel that way! Chicken wings and tenders were to die for! The meal deal is super value and good quantity. Staff are hardworking and friendly

Beautiful food, great portion size and quality. Of course its a bit more expensive than mcdonalds but the quality is much better always tastes fresh. Tried the Jerk BBQ and American BBQ tenders with house fries and both are delicious would recccomend. Service was a little bit slow but i went during a busy time on a Saturday so thats to be expected.

Food was so flavourful and amazing staff were kind and helpful food came quickly and overall it was a really nice experience I love this place and would recommend it to others

Really good chicken, had wingers fries - good skin on fries. Tenders are good size-being a bit porky had 8 and struggled. Sriracha sauce is good. Good balanced fast food

The staff here are amazing and I hope they see this review. They were so busy yesterday. The food was late and they couldn't apologise enough. It was fine because I'm quite chill. Food and portion sizes were very good. It puts the Aldridge branch to shame to be honest. To me it looks like the lichfield branch aren't getting any help from the top and it's all a numbers game. I felt sorry for the staff because they looked very stressed out. They deserve the 5* rating, not the brand.

Had wrap meal. 10/10 restraunt was clean. Chicken wrap was banging garlic and parmesan sauce 👌

When we went on Sunday our food was cooked fresh and you could tell. The chips were nice and crispy. They were tasty aswell. The chicken tasted better than kfc. And there was a good selection of sauces aswell. We will happily choose to go here again

Clean, and staff polite. A bit expensive, although fair if the food is top notch. Unfortunately, the fries were so salty, none of us could eat many of them. And the chicken is quite spicy, even without any sauce, which wouldn't really work for spice lightweights. Overall, it's ok, but probably wouldn't choose to return.

Just had delivery of 8 piece meal deal via ubereats great food but unfortunately fries & tenders arrived cold.

Second time visiting wingers in the past two weeks and the food is fantastic chicken was succulent and the spring onion and corridor garnish is a nice touch will definitely be back again soon .

Highly recommended, I think that a sweet chilli sauce would go very well with the tenders.

Negative points - I walked out with the wrong meal. Entirely my fault as I gave the incorrect number. Didn’t realise it was wrong until my missus had scoffed a fair bit and we were on the M6. Plus points - it was fantastic. I wouldn’t have gone for Mac and Cheese Tenders but they were great. As was the Slaw. Charlotte if you’re reading, I’m really sorry but it was lush.

Bit disappointed. First time going, wings were very nice. I upgraded the feast meal from 3 to 5 tenders. Only 3 given and I live 20 miles away so was late. I think when you are paying premium prices you shouldn't expect to get ripped off. (Yes there weren't under the chips or anything)

Fantastic food easily on par than KFC if not better. The staff are really friendly and you can eat in or take out.

Dropped in on a Sunday evening for a meal. Had the 8 wings, Loaded Wingers fries meal. Worth the price, Crispy tasty wings and the fries were delicious. Will be back again to try more.

Staff was lovely and polite but I didnt like their burger. I ordered a classic wingers chicken burger with American BBQ sauce. That was too spicy for me. KFC food with 5 Guys prices. I can't see myself eating there ever again

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, this was our first trip to a wingers and ordered the Franks red hot buffalo its certainly not hot and tasted of nothing more than vinegar, Made the food almost inedible, the loaded fries which were separate and had escaped the horrors of Franks source were excellent. With we had been able to try a little of each source before ruining the meal. The actual quality of the chicken was pretty good though.

Bit cold to eat in, but not many customers in so fair enough. Chicken was amazing best I've tasted, skin on fries were cooked perfectly and the array of sauces available was great

Really friendly staff, discussed menu options, adhered to specific dietary requirements and suggested ways to possibly save money by linking meal options. Food looked amazing and tasted better! Fresh, crispy and delicious, It’s not cheap, but it’s definitely worth a try. Will return!

Food is absolutely brilliant. If it was closer to home I would visit every week. If I am ever passing I will be dropping in for more great food.

Amazing freshly cooked chicken that was really tasty

Best chicken I have had in ages. We had wings and tenders all coated in yummy crunchy type batter and delicious sauce. We had jerk and bbq. We also had loaded fries. Can’t wait to go back. Best chicken in Lichfield.

Well worth the visit, great food at a great price for the family. Chicken and the sauce was out of this world 👍 we will be back.

Newly opened wing restaurant. I had been tempted to order online but the delivery charge was ridiculous (3rd party) I had the Chipotle tenders. They were big and hefty. I ate two and took two home. I had plain fries and these were nice and crisp. My partner had jerk BBQ. These were amazing and very flavourful. My only gripe, is I think the menu is limited. Wings or tenders. I would like to see a mixture of maybe 3 each. Also maybe a pound or two excessive regarding price.

Food was fantastic. Had the chicken wrap. Was well filled and chicken was well coated. Guy on till looked bit bored. Its more of an eat out than dine in place. But did lack a bit of an atmosphere

Staff extremely slow & rude. It’s a shame as the food I think is brill, it’s not great for kids at all however luckily McDonald’s was over the road. I contacted the Instagram to complain about the time it took and the experience with the rude staff but because the time I had said was slightly longer than checked I was called a liar. Even though it still took very long 25-30 mins along with rude staff I was still to blame from the manager, I have looked into taking it further as being called a liar is just disgusting when your a paying genuine customer and I still do think their food is brill. I would never go again due to poor customer service and how their manager dealt with the situation. From looking on reviews on their Instagram page I’m not the only one to have had to of dealt with this nasty person, really should be trained more in customer service. A simple polite acknowledgment would of just been nice, not a nasty response.

On par with Wingstop, better than Slim Chickens. Some say pricey, but better quality and value for money than a lot of other places. Halal confirmed. Parking available.

Tried almost everything on the menu. I personally love the wrap, loaded Fries and the chicken tenders with Mac & Cheese. In terms of sauce, BBQ is their best in my opinion followed by Buffalo. The staff were very attentive and professional, even though we went in the first weeks of opening, they did great. A decent Wings restaurant was missing in Lichfield. No need to trek over to Cannock’s Slims Chicken for decent Wings anymore. Definitely worth a visit!

Oh wow, what a treat to have Wingers in Lichfield! Perfect for a weekend reward. These guys are fantastic, you can tell from the size and meatiness of the chicken that they only use high quality, high welfare birds and that comes across in the flavour too. There's a good variety of bone-in and boneless options, but without creating an overly confusing menu. The burgers are great (or so my wife tells me) and the selection of sauces available compliment the chicken. Fries are cooked to perfection, though we've not tried the house fries yet - they do look delicious! I had an issue ordering online, but I sent Wingers a message on Instagram and they replied immediately and sorted the problem so I was able to put our order in, which was delivered exactly on time.

Good parking and food cooked fresh to order. Chips are a meal in themselves but get some chicken too... Peng munch, as the kids say! We're off to drive past McDonald's and laugh at the people queuing in there cos they're going to be hungry again in a couple of hours...

Really good food! Ordered via the app, waited 2 minutes inside the store and picked my order up. Chicken wrap and loaded fries were excellent. Plenty of parking outside. Really impressed.

Really good chicken and food that dont break the bank, but been here twice now to order for takeout and each time have asked for a siracha mayo and each time i get home and its not there. Not the end of the world just anoying being charged the 70p for the dip and not getting it.

No childrens options so they have to pay adult prices and get adult portions. No meal options which means you have to buy fries, drink separately (see menu as it isn't cheap) Restaurant was freezing, chairs where rock hard. KFC clone but double the price. Food was good and fresh ( but so it should after a 25 minute wait)

Tried the new place out today, grabbed a takeaway Sriracha Feast Bowl and it was amazing. Full of flavour, tender chicken and a decent portion for the price
