Went in with my son, staff were friendly and efficient.

From the moment I walked in there the customer service was outstanding everyone was so welcoming and looked like they wanted to be there, my food came out fast and warm. Definitely one of the best kfc’s I’ve been to. Definitely will be revisiting!

I ordered a veggie rice bowl and there was no rice or corn cob. I rang and they refused to send out the correct meal. They offered to refund me but only if i go into branch which is 6 miles away and not an area i visit regularly. Very disappointed

This is one of the best KFC restaurants in the Midland's/Staffordshire area. I've been a few times and had no problems each time. On this occasion I was served by Josh who took my order and listened very well to my specific dietary requirements as I have allergies. The order was made spot on, nothing was missing and the food was decently fresh. Josh even took the time to ask me to leave a google review which I am more than happy to do. Good visit.
