Store was clean and staff are very friendly. Even when there were other customers being a disturbance, staff quietly asked them to leave as to not cause issues for other people eating.

Always a pleasure coming into this branch and seeing the team in good spirits! Jack especially is always very welcoming and makes the entire experience a very pleasant one. No matter what time of day it is the team always put in maximum effort to ensure service is top notch and “service with a smile” fits this team first hand.

Purchased a boneless bucket for one. The gravy was thin and watery. Didn't eat the popcorn chicken as my dogs ate them. Portions quite small for the price. First one I've bought in a year and a half. Haven't missed anything.

From the moment I walked in there the customer service was outstanding everyone was so welcoming and looked like they wanted to be there, my food came out fast and warm. Definitely one of the best kfc’s I’ve been to. Definitely will be revisiting!

I ordered a veggie rice bowl and there was no rice or corn cob. I rang and they refused to send out the correct meal. They offered to refund me but only if i go into branch which is 6 miles away and not an area i visit regularly. Very disappointed
