Great place for a quick bite to eat, kfc is a little expensive compared to McDonalds but I’d choose here any day of the week, aiden was very polite and friendly the manger on shift was great too offering to help me and my wife find a suitable table as she is disabled, food was hot and the service was quick and friendly, best kfc I have been to in a long time

This was by far the best KFC I’ve ever visited! Only one reason for that and it was the superstar Jake! He was absolutely amazing with customers around and with myself! Other members of staff was amazing also! Food was fresh and hot! Will be going again!

I would just like to say that I was in the store on Wednesday evening with my family and I’ve not seen a kfc so clean and friendly. Everyone was working like clock work, you could the manager working behind the scenes communicating with all the staff. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Well done

I had an extremely pleasant experience today at this Lichfield kfc as the food was very warm and fresh tasting and not to mention the kindness and patience of the staff. The place was kept clean and very tidy all the way through a very busy lunch period . Highly reccomend!!

delivery driver delivered order to the wrong address, despite my neighbour telling him it wasn't her food he told her "you need to deal with it" and drove off! when I eventually got the food from my neighbour 30 minutes late it was stone cold and we weren't able to eat it!

Food was freezing cold. I had a box meal and some sides and all were cold. Waste of money

Popped in with the hubby & kids for abit of scram, we was served by the wonderful Kailey! She was great, has full knowledge of the menu, very easy to talk to & was always smiling which made us feel welcome! Food was spot on like always, kids love the popcorn chicken & the gravy is to die for🤤

Some woman harassed me while I was eating my mash which i got without a spoon. I had to use a bone. Also the buns were half baked and i was scammed by a woman. She said if i left a great review id get 2 hot wings.

Smiling face, met all expectations and polite too. Refreshing change from the usual glum, she went Above and beyond what I'm used to experiencing. So thank you wherever you are. Well done.

Far too salty, the second time we have ordered our KFC from Lichfield and it was the same last time, unfortunately it will be our last order from there. No reflection on the delivery itself the driver was cheerful and polite.

the order was great once it arrived, although it did get Pushed back an hour, as the estimated delivery kept changing from estimated delivery time from originally 20:25 to eventually when it finally stopped moving back to 21:25, again to be clear the food was great when it arrived, but it was frustrating waiting for it to finally come

The staff here are amazing and friendly it quickly became my main KFC and go to place for some thing quick as its always fresh and hot and tasty the staff always willing to help you too.

4th time that the fries have been missing! Does no one check before you send the order out!

Ordered a family meal with a child's pop corn chicken wroth £6.99 which was missing in our order called the lichfield branch and the attitude was totally way out of order and he claimed to be the manager himself. I was quite shocked as to how he spoke to me over the phone when I explained my grandson's popcorn chicken was missing and asked very politely if they can please send someone out with it as my little grandson was really looking forward to it and at the same time was very hungry but the manager insisted that there was no way they can deliver the food and will have to be reimburset insisted so I naturally got a bit annoyed and insisted that my grandson wants his meal at that point I asked the manager for his name and he said he's not obliged to give me his name. Long story cut short he agreed to come out himself with the food as I stayed very adamant about it and insisted on it. Very very disappointed with the delivery service. I am also pretty sure that the very young lad that came with the food was not the actual manager as the voice didn't sound the of the same person on the phone. It's a disgusting attitude from the branch unfortunately.

First time trying food at this branch and was not disappointed!! The workers and the manager were super friendly and accommodating to me and my family. Service was very fast and the place itself was spotless for a fast food restaurant! We ordered the new boneless bucket and it came piping hot - we will definitely be revisiting!! A lot better than previous Kfc’s i’ve visited.

Absolutely shocking. My order arrived and was completely different to what I had actually ordered. photo evidence submitted and will expect a full refund as I've thrown it all out and gone to fetch some lunch elsewhere instead
