La comida era muy buena. Las gambas estaban muy buenas. Desafortunadamente, el servicio fue terrible. El personal estaba desinteresado en los clientes hasta el borde de la grosería. Además, no estaban prestando atención a la limpieza. Había un hueso de pollo en el suelo debajo de mi asiento. Encontré la música alta, pero éramos una generación mayor que los otros clientes, todos estudiantes. Volvería si cambiaran la dirección.

Usted es recibido con una irritación. El quiosco de autoservicio (solo dos de ellos, así que prepárese para esperar) no tomará su pedido a menos que envíe su número de celular. Afortunadamente, el tipo detrás del mostrador lo hará sin que tengas que compartir datos personales. El pollo está seco, pero no crujiente. Y definitivamente es sobreprecio. Los baños son lo mejor de este lugar, elegante y limpio.

Came here to enjoy a quick meal. Food was quite nice but i needs to have more interaction with its staff and colleagues. If the customer service had been a little better then i would have gave it 4 stars

Waited over half an hour to find they had given my order to someone else. Eventually I got a new order home to find it wasn’t what I had asked for. Useless.

wing wing is an amazing place the food is insanely good enjoyed the meal and I highly recommend this place during a day-trip to London.

I had the calamari and prawns in soy and garlic, the prawns were very good but the calamari was chewy. The fries were fine. My partner was disappointed with the katsu bao - not much chicken, loads of slaw and no sauce. Fine for a bite to eat but I’m not convinced by people’s 5 star reviews , maybe we should have gone for the wings or drumsticks

Tavistock Square Branch This is the 1st time we booked the Karaoke room for our class. I didnt know that it is very affordable. Before, I just used to eat there and go home. I really loved their chicken with soy garlic and their salad. I used to bring my family there whenever we wanted to dine out. If I am craving for their food I only go there. The new manager and staff are very accommodating with their smiles on their faces and a helping hand too. It is an Ace! Highly recommended! Try booking the Karaoke, it is fun and again very affordable! My friends had fun and they kept on telling me the place is clean and the food was excellent!

Desde el primer momento que llegamos al sitio nos trataron estupendamente estábamos un poco agobiados por el idioma pero un chico majisimo que trabaja allí hablaba español, nos dieron alitas a probar antes de pedir estaba muy bueno todo. Be aware of the weird people taking your order suggesting how much sauce if any they should put on your chicken, few time got the order as they served just to see they own way and it was sickening stay away from this place at all cost, staff at the counter are misbehaving what they think they save the company the sauce or they just have fun see clients taking wrong order any reason they do that they look like loser that haven’t anything better to do.

Had the chicken burger which was quite good. However feel the place needs a clean and there are no serviettes anywhere and all dispensers empty. The front desk chap a little grumpy and the drinks from the fridge were warm.

The food is really delicious. The soy and garlic flavour is amazing! I had the prawn and calamari mix. The best fast food I’ve had in a while.

I ordered food to eat-in and was given completely the wrong order. The manager called Christian (instead of apologising or giving me the correct order like a normal person) he abruptly starts shouting at me very aggressively and said extremely rude comments to me such as ‘I don’t care’ and ‘go away’! Please bear in mind I raised the mistake with my order very politely, so you could imagine my utter surprise when he started abruptly shouting at me. I was genuinely scared by the managers disproportionate response especially as I’m a young girl and I was alone. He made me cry and whilst crying he continued to hurl abuse at me. It gets worse, he even tried to force me to hang up my phone as I was speaking to my parents. He refused to give me his name as he knew he was in the wrong- however his own colleagues gave me his name (Christian) & urged me to raise a complaint regarding his behaviour - which speaks volumes!

Travelled from Kent to london just to try the food. Ordered in store and collected the food, ask the guy is everything in there. Went back home to find the box of chicken missing. £14.50 gone down the drain. Called the store and sent emails and still no response. Very disappointing and terrible service. The 2 boxes of beans were nice howver 3 pieces of chicken and 2 boxes of beans for just under £30 not a great outcome.

best chicken in London. This has now become my go to place for lunch at work. If you want to impress your friends (or anyone else) bring them here! Truly amazing food, staff and the general vibe. ❤️

When I got the calamari and prawn mix, I thought it did look anemic but tried it anyway. It was soggy and the coating was not sticking to it. The wings were not soggy but totally without flavour..

We returned with a group of friends a few years since our last visit, and the hot wings and fries were still as good.
