The worst matcha latte I have ever tasted - I had to throw it away. I am not sure it was even matcha, a dark green/grey colour and terrible taste.

Amazing Service at Benugo, St Pancras! Huge thanks to Nayem for making our visit special before heading to Paris! His warm hospitality and attention to detail stood out. The hot chocolate was rich and delicious, and the masala tea was perfectly spiced. It’s rare to find such exceptional service—more people like him are needed! Highly recommend stopping by. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great coffee and food. Less great grumpy attitude from the people behind the counter on a Monday mid morning. Both the duty manager who took my order and the person who made my coffee seemed to have got out of bed the wrong side. I don’t need fake niceness, but having someone looking daggers at me when I take too long to respond to their question ‘anything else?’ - it’s not a good look.

I want to say a huge thank you to the staff at Benugo St Pancras, near the Thameslink entrance. My three year old daughter was sick on the concourse near the cafe yesterday morning. A wonderful lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) from Benugo came over to help us. She was so kind and got my daughter cleaned up and found a bag for her wet clothes. All the staff in the cafe were really friendly and supportive. We have told all our friends and family to visit Benugo whenever they come through St Pancras. Thank you so much you really saved our day.

Hi there, May I just say Benugo is the best coffee shop that has the best service ever, there is this worker called Naym and he is the best barista who made my coffee JIT for my meeting. i am so happy with his service!!

Charged £4 for the worst coffee imaginable. I ordered an oat flat white - the barista frothed old milk and then took a peak in the jug, poured more cold milk into it, and then swirled it and put it in my coffee. The result of which is seen in the photo. Highway robbery. Better to go to McDonald’s- at least it’s cheaper for absolute rubbish.

Good service but have to be honest, the chai latte and salmon bagel were very average. The bagel didn’t have the chewy texture, don’t get it toasted, staff would toast the whole bagel with salmon filling…salty and disappointing. Good thing is the schedule board is right at top of the shop, you can sit on table and stare at the board.

Latte's cream was really well prepared. Not common to find a skilled barista in a coffee placed in a mall. I also ordered a slice of cake that was nice, but the cream on the top doesn't really have a taste of strawberries.

Had 20 minutes before my train, called in to get a coffee and takeaway food. Being second in the queue I didn’t give the time a second thought as I assumed it would be quick. I stood waiting a while before my order was taken and then a further wait for food to be warmed up. In the end I ended up making my train with 1 minute to spare, the service is so slow and poor. Despite waiting for food to be warmed up, it arrived stone cold. Given two stars as the guy making the coffee was at least quick. The ordering system causes confusion for customers and staff, odd. Avoid if you’ve got a train within the half hour.

I had a £30 Benugo gift card which I first used on 19th March at this branch and made a purchase of £11.03. I went back again the following day and tried paying for a wrap that was £6.70. I was told I only had balance of £5.77 left on the gift card. I asked them to double check for me, they took my details and told me their IT team will check this and let me know. I still haven't heard anything regarding this yet.

This cafe is a nice warm place to have a drink while waiting for your departure time. They are generous with the heater, and thank you! We enjoyed some hot chocolate and cake. No complain about that. However, I do believe that the location pinned on Google Maps is not accurate. If you (Benugo) can fix that it would be great. The location for this branch is supposed to be on the ground floor, in the same building as and opposite to Starbucks and Oliver Bonas. It’s open until 9pm though, not 6pm.

Laughable beer prices. GBP5 for 330ml Their response below: .... Thanks for your feedback! We do regular benchmarking with our competitors to evaluate our pricing. Sorry to hear the prices are not right for you, however, we are situated in an international station surrounded by competitors. .... You can buy the same volume of better beer from M&S, less than 100m away for half the price. Benchmark that. Followup question for management: how do you account for such a low overall rating?

They do a great coffee and sausage or bacon bap for breakfast. As others have said the ordering system is a bit weird. Essentially at St Pancras you've got Greggs which is £3 for bacon bap and coffee or this place for £7.35. Greggs always has a massive long queue but great breakfast & coffee. This place has no queue but double the price. If you're in a hurry come here, if you're not go to Greggs. I wouldn't recommend Pret or Starbucks for a good bacon bap. Not in same league as these two. I just wish staff were a bit friendlier in both places. Misery seems to be the norm. I get it must be hard with so many customers coming but a smile costs nothing.

We’ve been coming for light lunches from before they moved to the old Source place. Still can’t get over how and why the ordering system is still complicated and confusing. It’s not straightforward. And then there’s this other counter on the other side, can we order there too? We’re never sure so we just go to the big one. It’s just lucky I guess it’s not that busy whenever we go. We persevere because we do like the flat breads, the ciabattas and the new wraps. Lots of choices with interesting fillings and tasty.

Benugo is one of those places which has great looking food. But is it nice? Well the beef goulash is not beef goulash. It is some form of grains but no beef, I got two lumps of gristle and two smaller lumps of beef. I've searched the Web for goulash which typically looks like a beef stew. The cost of production of what I received vs what I paid must be many thousands of percent profit

This chain has taken over the Sourced Market bar at St Pancras station. Can no longer be considered ‘craft’. Real drop in the quality of the offering. Particularly the draught lager which is now Mahou 😞. Stiegl Goldbrau available in cans though, so there is at least one very decent option. People running it before clearly had more of an idea.

Stopped here to grab a cup of tea and sit down for a little while. The staff were really rude, we ordered tea with oat milk, and had to request oat milk multiple times because they weren't writing it on the cups (we have allergies to dairy). Then whilst waiting a lady came and simply asked for some boiling water to do a baby bottle (in the bottle) the staff did it but were very rude about doing it and tried to do the smallest amount of water possible. Then when we finally got our cups of tea they were absolutely boiling hot and took forever to cool down enough to drink without burning ourselves. Also £8 for 2 cups of tea is really expensive, even for London.
