Unwilling to pay for trade waste collections Constantly burning plastic and other trade waste in their garden adjacent to the takeaway Disgusting behavior… shut all our windows today due to their pollution… Also their food is well beyond par And I’ll report them to environmental health authorities tomorrow

Highly recommend this takeaway. The staff are really nice and the food is incredible. The mixed starter is the best I've had and the sweet and sour chicken is out of this world. All the food is full of flavour and tastes super fresh. Stands out from all the rest. Best chinese takeaway I have had in years.

Used to be the best what happened how do you burn prawn crackers and then serve two bags of them with my meal awful meal I was not happy

Wing Soon- I rang immediately ( childish I know). I'd an urge to try Chinese food as hadn't for a long time due to poor experiences. I 'googled' & found this one got a lot of good reviews. My opinion of these establishments wasn't improved after my visit. access difficult -- no parking close, shop front & reception area grim at best & food I received was bland & uninteresting to say the least. I can't understand all the 5☆ reviews. I'll not revisit. Cash only BTW.

Found hairs in my chicken curry downsized portions chicken was raw prawn crackers tasted very fishy and stale I prefer new moon on Birmingham Road you get what you pay for I've seen the staff in Iceland buying oven chips and Chicken. My son had terrible food poisoning anyone that wants a proper Chinese meal go to new moon on Birmingham Road sutton coldfield it's amazing new moon delivers food

Got my order wrong again !! Im missing a main, missing prawn toast, i have chips i didnt ask for and 18 chicken balls when i ordered 6 ? How do you get a simple order so wrong ? You are totally useless.

Amazing food. Probably the best Chinese in the area. Crispy Chill Beef actually had beef in it and was delicious.

Had a takeaway and really enjoyed it. Was worried about the size of the rice portion when I got home but it was plentiful. Lovely sauce, well cooked and served hot. Also given complementary prawn crackers, a nice touch. Very good value for money when you compare to other local places. Will definitely return

We have had 3 takeaways during the lockdown and one was okay 2 were very good, not usually one for take out but was pleasantly surprised and will 100% return.

Go here all the time , the service is always excellent! The two ladies behind the counter are always pleasant ; making you feel very welcome. The spare ribs here are the winning dish - never disappointed. If you are looking for great food and great service this is the place to go.

Went here after reading the good reviews..I should have paid more notice to the bad reviews. This was by far the poorest chinese meal I have had..the spare ribs were passable but with very little flavour...the sweet and sour chicken was tough with twice as much uncooked batter as chicken..the portion of chips were oven chips and had been 're warmed.. Please save yourselves the disappointment and go somewhere else

I love this place. I love the kind staff, I love the food. This place needs more recognition. I had no idea it existed until a year ago. I was missing out on so many lovely meals. I was given a free sample of a dish I was scared to order and I loved it.

Usually a lovely place to eat but however tonight the food overall was really salty to the point it's un eatable was looking forward to it to

A telephone call was promptly answered and the order taken without difficulty. The advised collection time was acceptably short. The food was nicely packaged and was plenty hot enough to sustain the journey home from the shop and still be at an acceptable temperature to eat without needing to be reheated. The menu has a very varied selection of dishes from which to choose. The staff at the shop are pleasant and helpful and the premises are very clean. If you like chinese food and dont want to cook for yourself: wing soon!

This is a hidden gem, we have ordered from here for years and it is always busy. The staff are lovely and take time to explain the menu or will make something not in the menu and the the food is veryeasonable priced. The Salt and Chilli chicken...and ribs are devine! The chips are fab. The children opt for sweet and sour chicken balls and they always get a huge portion. It is excellent value for money. The restaurant do not advertise or delivery the food....The fact they are busy says it all! If you're passing Rectory Road (Falcon Lodge side), this Chinese is worth a visit. You will definitely be back!

A friend, I was visiting, ordered take-away from this place. The food was gorgeous. We both had a really pleasant meal. This place is a bit of a hidden gem, not easily seen from the main road, but is worth getting some Chinese food from.

I get something from here 1 or 2 times a month. The food is always lovely and generous portions. The staff always have a smile and a warm welcome for you when you arrive.
