It's my new usual go-to place for a Chinese takeaway. Always been happy with the food. Always found the staff to be welcoming. would recommend

The food quality was excellent, the order was correct and the food arrived very hot and fresh.

Lovely food. The pork was a little tough but all round everyone enjoyed their meal. About one of the best Chinese’s left around in the area. Delivered in stated time. Recommended.

Wow. Great from start to finish. helpful and friendly delivery driver lifted the box up the step for me so I didn't have to struggle. Everyone really enjoyed their food and we are all absolutely stuffed! We have had a few meals from here now and never had anything but perfection. thanks for a lovely meal. :)

The rice wasn’t within the order. Also no seasoning on salt and chilli/pepper chips and chicken etc. shame cause it’s always perfect

Ordered on the strength of their just eat rating and god we were wrong, didn’t get half our order and they have done nothing to rectify that. I’ve literally paid for two dishes I didn’t get! Cold, terrible chow mein, chewy meat. Worst Chinese ever. £30 for two people and only got two dishes and chips. Do not go here

Lovely food but we didn’t receive what we ordered we ordered a large special curry with mushrooms but received a chicken curry with mushrooms

Very disappointed with this Chinese unfortunately, when I first started going to this takeaway back in 2021 it was my favourite and no.1 but started going down hill after a year or 2 went by. It’s way over priced for the quality of the food, I’ve not ordered from their for a long time now because the food isn’t good anymore and it’s definitely not worth those prices, delivery wait time is shocking! I live 10min walk up the road from there and still charged for delivery?. They hardly ever answer the phone and they make you wait way too long… an hour is too much for something so close.

I have been a devoted loyal customer over 7 years with this restaurant having spent thousands of money on orders and on the one tonight because I had questioned why long delivery times? ( this was two hours now) they suddenly don’t care shouted and called me nasty which made me cry! What a crock if there was one? That is terrible argumentative tactics from them appalling behaviour…if they said we are a bit busy it could be a long night that’s acceptable and understandable…but to berate me and dismiss any future business from me is downright sickening! What happened to loyalty and kindness? Food bog standard service appalling attitude stinks said I don't know good Chinese food , don’t go there with me boyo! …it’s not all it’s made out to be just feel repulsive and deplorable at this point plus worst of all my toilet became blocked! Guess you can work that little chestnut out?.. believe me …their goes £60-£70 a month loss from me … absolutely atrocious putting it lightly !

Ordered via Just Eat and when the food arrived admittedly on time it looked bland and once I started eating it tasted bland. Later that night to say it went through me would be an understatement, won't be returning

Food was pretty much cold, chicken was chewy and very salty, not the usual standard

I had chicken chow mein and the noodles were dry, where I’ve had noodles before and they had a bit of sauce mixed in with them to make them juicy. The prawn toast was a bit hard on the ends

Waited 2hours from ordering. Rang several times to be told its almost there. Finally turned up 25mins after the last phone call. Will not use again

We had the munchy box when we open the bag the box was dripping of Greece and nearly soaked though, curry sauce was tiny and food quality just there.

Not sure what post here as no complaint with the food tbh......just the time we had to wait for food! Ok it was a Saturday evening 7.15pm when we placed the order but didn't expect it to be 9.30 when order arrived. Phoned twice to be told on its way but couldn't update any more than that. Will likely order again at some point & hopefully this won't happen again.

Really disappointed with these. Order from there regularly.. the food is actually really good, but the service we have received after being regular customers is hideous. Was meant to be an hour, after waiting nearly two hours still hadn’t arrived, rang and can only guess the order had not even been started. Was told it would be another 20 mins, waited half hour rang back and was told that it was on its way. The women on the phone was rude, said the order was on its way. I asked why it had took so long and why they were saying it would take x amount of time but took longer?! All she did was apologise, said we would get a free bottle of coke and hung up on me, so it was just a false apology and if anything made me feel more annoyed with what has already happened. Recommend they sort their customer service out and if they are busy learn to give better estimated times of arrival on food. Extra:- Order arrived, but no free bottle of coke. Just a lame apology from the e driver who didn’t have a clue why at the order was late. Basically 3 hours waited.

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery. When it arrived it was the wrong stuff. Just eat did refund but I wouldn't use again. Shame as the food is nice.

It said due at 8pm, called at 8.20, was told "15 minutes" called again after 15mins, to be told 15 mins yet again. Finally arrived about 9.10pm.

Have ordered several times before and not been disappointed, but tonight’s meal was not good. Several bones in crispy aromatic duck (but tasted ok). Chicken chop suey was tasteless and the chicken was definitely undercooked. Yung chow fried rice was very oily and char siu pork in it was really tough and there was very little chicken or shrimp in it.

Food was good quality but took forever to arrive. From the point of ordering to receiving, it took exactly 2 hours

The food took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive, after two hours it was marked as delivered when it wasn’t it continued to take an extra 45 mins. One the food average it was lukewarm warm and very low standards the curry sauce was always setting in the tub from being cool and the salt and pepper crust shredded chicken is so bland no flavour at all and not crispy it was more just plain chewy chicken

great delivery driver, identified the car make and model which helped us not to approach strange cars in the hotel car park.

The food was terrible, chips had gone soggy from sitting so long in the container. The chicken balls were soft and not crispy at all. Salt and pepper chicken was very greasy. Beef curry was only thing that could be eaten.

Here's a thing! They missed an item off the delivery. I phoned to tell them. They asked if I wanted them to redeliver or refund. I asked for a refund. 15 minutes later someone turned up with the refund in cash. Food is always great and delivery person is always friendly.

Leaving a good review because the quality of the food was absolutely superb! only thing that was wrong was in the salt and pepper box, it's advertised it comes with a fried rice which we didn't receive unfortunately so 16.90 seemed a bit excessive without the rice we expected! Everything else was perfect!

In order at 19:30 and was told my order would arrive around 20:35-20:55 but didn’t arrive until 21:23 almost 2 hours after I ordered. I then found that I only had 4 bits of salt and pepper chicken and my chicken burger quality was horrendous and my rice was full of hard bits! I won’t be using them again!
