Wing Lok Chinese Takeaway in Dudley

Been looking for a good chinese and I've finally found one! Food was really good and all polished off. My new regular takeaway place.

Chow mien was poor quality, tasteless and mushy. Delivery was quick and driver friendly

Missing item, chips were average

We have ordered from here before and it’s now a family favourite! The food is always so tasty, fresh and hot on arrival.

Have ordered several times before and not been disappointed, but tonight’s meal was not good. Several bones in crispy aromatic duck (but tasted ok). Chicken chop suey was tasteless and the chicken was definitely undercooked. Yung chow fried rice was very oily and char siu pork in it was really tough and there was very little chicken or shrimp in it.

Horrible food was disgusting and was over 45 minutes late

The food took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive, after two hours it was marked as delivered when it wasn’t it continued to take an extra 45 mins. One the food average it was lukewarm warm and very low standards the curry sauce was always setting in the tub from being cool and the salt and pepper crust shredded chicken is so bland no flavour at all and not crispy it was more just plain chewy chicken

great delivery driver, identified the car make and model which helped us not to approach strange cars in the hotel car park.

The food was terrible, chips had gone soggy from sitting so long in the container. The chicken balls were soft and not crispy at all. Salt and pepper chicken was very greasy. Beef curry was only thing that could be eaten.

usually order from here and is ok. however the last time only half was edible unless we wanted to pay for it later. chicken chow mein and salt and pepper chicken smelt absolutely awful and tasted even worse. won't be ordering again I'm afraid

Food was delivered in a reasonable time however chicken in special chow mein was undercooked and the beef was stone cold, not impressed

Here's a thing! They missed an item off the delivery. I phoned to tell them. They asked if I wanted them to redeliver or refund. I asked for a refund. 15 minutes later someone turned up with the refund in cash. Food is always great and delivery person is always friendly.

Leaving a good review because the quality of the food was absolutely superb! only thing that was wrong was in the salt and pepper box, it's advertised it comes with a fried rice which we didn't receive unfortunately so 16.90 seemed a bit excessive without the rice we expected! Everything else was perfect!

In order at 19:30 and was told my order would arrive around 20:35-20:55 but didn’t arrive until 21:23 almost 2 hours after I ordered. I then found that I only had 4 bits of salt and pepper chicken and my chicken burger quality was horrendous and my rice was full of hard bits! I won’t be using them again!

I've been looking for a decent Chinese take away for a while now . This is the first time I have used this Chinese take away and the food is excellent ,5 Star food hygiene rating and 5 Star food . This will be my go-to take away from now on . I can't rate it highly enough , The best one in the area .

Ordered at 5.45 - still no sign at 7.02 . Can’t comment on quality as we’ve not eaten

I regularly use this takeaway. the food is good and hot. I have tried different meals here and each one has been tasty. The crispy beef was crispy and had a nice hit of heat, barbecue spare ribs are meaty and tasty. The delivery is always on time and lovely drivers who are nice and friendly.

Mostly inedible over cooked ribs so hard couldn’t bite them . Over salted Singapore chow main oddest chow main I ever seen. Breaded prawn were hard and dry. The hot and sour soup is so sour I think a bottle of vinegar went in. For 0ver£30 never again

Justeat will probably give me a stupid amount for it being cold but Singapore Chow mein you can't re heat

Been having food from here for years. Everything is always fresh and hot. Never a bad experience. Highly recommend their salt and pepper chips and their Singapore chow mein. Best Chinese around!!

Really like the food . However it gives you an estimated time for delivery then when you think food is only 10 mins away , another 45 mins is added onto the delivery time leaving you quite hungry..

Food was very dry and bland, the chow mein had hardly any sauce on the noodles, they stuck together they was that dry, the chicken balls were just grease. Very sad as was really looking forward to the food :( however it did come on time

Positive first... the young guy on the counter is really lovely and polite, the waiting area is very nice too. Negative... if I could give the food no stars, I would. We had food from here last year a d I remember is was really lovely, tonight... it's awful. Horrible massive pieces of rubbery tasteless chicken in the chicken chow mien, absolute no sauce in it, dry, no greens, no spring onions no peppers, no nothing, its horrible. My Vermicilli Singapore Noodes - seriously 3 miniature prawns... ZERO GREENS!!!!! Dry abd undercooked, nasty huge boat long shapes of chicken, it is horrible. If we didn't live so far away we'd take it back. The chicken satay was the only nice thing and the bag of free prawn crackers is miniature.... DO NOT GO HERE !

Ordered food 02.12.2023, came within 40 mins, the only positive. Food was awful. Husband had duck and the duck was tough. Both of us commented that we could taste detergent in the chicken balls which then put us off the rest of the meal. Won't use again and will probably suffer for eating what we did.

waited more than 3 hours for food then got told it would be there soon then proceeded to wait another 40 min terrible this place should be closed down as soon as possible

Delivery took nearly two hours on a Monday. Rang to see where it was and was told order "sent out ok goodbye" rude no care that it's late. When food did arrive luke warm the meet in one of the dishes I ordered resembled cardboard 😮‍💨 so disappointed.

First time here! I ordered a Chicken curry... It was just chicken, onions and a base curry sauce. Extremely plain, I'm sure i could do better in 20 mins. Worst Chinese chicken curry I've ever had. I took a menu for future potential orders... It's in the bin now!

ive been going to wing lok on and off in fact ive been tonight , and it was the best ive had from there for a long time , i did ask why dont you do Duck balls . as you do chicken and pork? it went over her head she didnt know what i was asking .having said that we all loved our food tonight hence the review .

Waited 2 hours, rang to be told it was on the way, rang again to be told it had been delivered an hour ago. Wasn’t delivered to us refused to refund, came round our house to take pictures to say they had delivered!! Went in finally got a refund but told we are liars and are blacklisted!! Don’t like that they have been round taking pictures of our house!! Awful service
