I’ve used this cafe quite a few times but was really disappointed with the “summer bagel” I purchased today. It was really small (no side salad on the side), the seasoned fries dish was only three quarters full. The kids meal portion size I ordered was terrible and not as good as it normally is. If this is the normal now, I’ll be eating elsewhere from now on

Good for breakfast and lunch choices or just teas, coffee and cake. You order at the counter, food is brought out to your table. Staff are friendly and everywhere is clean. Nice airy space with decent seating. Use the free parking for 2 hours and do some shopping at Tesco while your there!

I haven't had any other food here so I can only judge the seasoned fries. They were very flavourful and delicious. Nice refreshing drinks on offer too. The crushed ice mango drink was very nice. There's not much of an atmosphere as it is in the middle of a shopping centre. It feels more suited for someone that is there to work on their laptop as there is also free wifi offered. In fact it is ideal for that. The staff I have interacted with have been nice and friendly All in all a decent little cafe

Reasonably priced, kids eat free during the holidays and had to wait less than 10 mins for our food despite the café being rammed to the rafters so credit to the cooking team and staff 👏👏👏

Awful. Always looks shut, and short staffed. Has 1 person taking orders but they are also making drinks so it builds queues. The food is awful and most cooked in the microwave. I have even heard staff say to do food such as eggs in the microwave. I know it is only a Tesco café but it should still have better standards. The staff should care, cook properly and actually keep things clean. And I do not know why they are charging the same as Costa for some stuff when it is so bad.

I gave this store a wide birth for quite some time as not happy with a number of things here, I thought I would give it a go Monday after work 6th Feb & yet again they have failed, not sure how old the veg is that they sell but again I have just gone to use some onions out of a bag & had to throw half away, gone to cut the savoy cabbage in half & it's all mouldy, potatoes aren't the best either, apples all bruised, on entering this place it's very rare there are any baskets you have to go looking for them, I'm done with this store so down & out will never return, Aldi have better veg another customer they have lost...

Very poor options for vegans. All day menu apparently ended at 11:30 and when asked what vegan options were available, offered the halloumi burger! When I highted this wasn't vegan, the service shrugged and handed me the allergy folder, which wasn't helpful at all. Better staff training and more vegan options please Tesco.

Improving! This place is convenient so having had hostile service and undrinkable coffee, I tried again. Twice since I have received pleasant service, good drinks and scones. Scrambled eggs were plentiful but very dry. Good value though.

The staff member Sam really ruined my experience. She has no idea of customer service, no please or thank you, no friendliness at all. Then when I asked her to clear the table for me she said she was busy and going to deal with some other task first. So I was waiting at the till with my drinks and food getting cold for a good while. When she returned from the back she asked if I was okay... I was still waiting for the table to be cleaned. She then made me wait another few minutes before finally cleaning my table silently as if she was doing me a favour. Brill customer service Tesco, I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else next time thanks.

Setting aside the drab setting in the Crown Centre, the food was surprisingly delicious, to be served a tasty smoke salmon and scrambled egg bagel in Stourbridge was quite a find!

I do go here for coffee, teacake or cake. I find now during covid their measures are really good. Queue up and wait for table which is sprayed, cleaned by facevisor staff. Hand gel before you go in and a different exit to vacate. Food ok for a lunch snack not too badly priced. They cook everything fresh hence the wait.

Mason, the young chap with the broom was extremerly rude whilst sweeping up some spent chips! My elderly grandad had to sit down in the cafe and was told abruptly that he had to move unless buying something to eat. Little did Mason know that we were in fact going to eat in the cafe. I find it disgusting that staff can be so inconsiderate towards the elderly especially when the cafe is completely empty!! Whats happened to respect towards our elders???

A functional meal, but I felt that certain improvements could of been made. Firstly, it can take a short while to be served, as it can become busy at times. They give you a table number display stand, after you have placed your order, and paid for your meal/items. The food can take up to 30 minutes to arrive most times, that we have been here. I had sausage, mash garden peas and gravy, was was ok, although I felt that it maybe was a bit minimalist. I felt that maybe it needed something more along with it, to make it a bit more exciting. It was presented and cooked ok, but it felt a bit basic and it felt like I was just eating it only for nutrition. Some places, in which I eat, you can taste the different aspects but have gone into it, but it did seem very basic, and this didn't come accross to us, during our meal. It did seem functional however. The whole meal, which I bought along with a small bottle of pepsi, cost been £5-7 for everything included, that I bought. I felt that is was reasonably priced, and I also feel that I suppose that what you get is value for what you have paid, or expect to get or receive. Although maybe, the soft drink prices could be slightly lowered, as I thought maybe they were a bit pricy. The mash potato seemed somewhat tasty when combined with the provided gravy. And I did fairly enjoy the pork sausages that were on offer. I personally would choose to eat here again, and although I felt that some effort had at least gone into to everything, and that I enjoyed myself, I will ultimately leave the decision to others to decide whether or not to choose to eat or drink here, and to make their own assessment, as I am stuck on the fence so to say >> This review was written by Edward Powell.

We went for a breakfast; what a mistake! Prices are similar to Wetherspoons breakfasts so we weren't expecting it to be fantastic anyway but at least at Wetherspoons the the drink is included not 50% more on top. A cafe should have decent coffee, not here; it's really bitter and the worst cappucino I have ever had. It then took half an hour for the food to arrive...wtf? Looked like it had been thrown on the plate not arranged and the tinyest egg, sausage and bit of fatty bacon you've ever seen. I didn't even know you could get eggs and sausages that small. The hash brown was a cheap frozen affair that had been dipped in warm fat for a few seconds as that was all it tasted of and it oozed out when you cut it. One would have expected reasonable ingredients at a supermarket but they obviously use the cheapest they can find; probably whatever Value range product is going out of date in the store. Absolutely terrible and we will never return.

We went in in the afternoon for tea and cake. But was very dissappointed as the only piece of cake on display was 1 slice of Victoria Sandwich. Which we could not eat due to allergies. Not at all happy.

This morning I have visited Tesco cafe and witnessed what I have witnessed many times before here.... a female manager treating the staff terribly. Barking orders and running them ragged.... especially a young male member of staff where it was obviously she was trying to show him up in front of young female staff. I felt very uncomfortable witnessing this and have done in the past which is the reason I very rarely visit. The manager needs training in management and humanity. Well done to the staff who work very hard despite the terrible management.

worst service and food I've had for a long time. I left my unfinished plate of food upside down, to show I could present the food better if hidden.
