Loved it, would recommend to buy from here everything perfect, even left a comment which they answered to!

Customer service is shocking. Spoke to a lady on the phone and asked where my order was I had been waiting an hour with no update. Had no answers and she kept cutting me off when I was asking her why I had no updates. Poor customer service she needs to work on her people service!!

Food was cold, food took ages to be delivered

The sub had jalapenos which I didn't order, two churros came with no caramel sauce and my order wasn't being updated.

I can’t say I am too impressed to be honest. The nachos were burnt and had barely any toppings on at all. They were thrown away. The subs were lovely just disappointed in the nachos.

Food late, cold. No apology. Ordered again today and exactly the same thing has happened. I fail to understand why this is accepted as the way this store operates. would recommend ordering from anywhere else.

waited over an hour tried to call restraunt multiple times, no answer food didn't turn up at all. shocking, this was after ordering from lye brank earlier and waiting an hour for the order to be canceled. subway, not just one all of them are shocking.

After some confusion, communication direct with Subway, they sent the order back out and delivered the order. Having a chat to the delivery driver we isolated the issue and both parties involved learnt a lesson

Wouldn't even give it 1 star. First of all, they will keep telling you your order is delayed when, in fact, they won't be delivering it. Then, if you try to contact the store directly, they will just let the phone ring out. Customer service is none existent.

Rang multiple times . Man on phone was rude. He said he would call me back once he had spoke to delivery guy to let me know time of arrival and hasn’t called back. Ordered over 2 hours ago now. They are now not answering the phone . I want a refund . Nearly 30 pound I spent there and they can’t even return a phone call . If you going to provide food, give proper portions instead if scrimping. Just becuase we have had food delivered, doesn't mean we are a different clientel

Over 45 minutes late, food did arrive in the end after several phone calls, mostly unanswered, finally got a person told it had been delivered, No it hadn't, oh it's on the way,. what arrived was sad and cold, the food doesn't come in insulated bags, or transported in a large insulated bag, everything was cold, the submelts at the bottom of the bag were smooshed up, The dogs liked it. First and last order from here, waste of time and money, There's much better elsewhere.

I ordered 1 footlong and 2 6" sub deals. received 3x 6" subs. contacted just eat for account credit for the £2 difference of what each deal costs. Supplied photos of the 3x 6" boxes and apparently I'm not entitled to the £2 credit I was overcharged by due to the order error because the food was still consumable..... Make it make sense.

My estimated delivery time increased by 20 minutes after already waiting an hour for my order. When I rang the store I explained the issue and was met with excuses and to be told that they're too busy, they've got orders to do and THEY DELIBERATELY HUNG UP ON ME! Never have I been presented with such disrespectful service. Maybe this is the reason 3.3 stars is an appropriate scoring. I wonder whether the companies values align with that particular employee?

I've just phoned subway 2 twice l to see where my order is as it told me the my food was delivered only to be told that they didn't know that I order they should make sure that the machines are in working order

Driver set order as delivered when food hadn’t arrived. Tried to call restaurant numerous times no answer. Gave up and requested refund. Driver turned up 25 minutes later with the food. Rejected it.

Couldn’t even select how late the meal was. Food arrived cold. Cheese was unmelted so obviously hadn’t even gone to be toasted. No apology on delivery. Driver left it in front of my door. Luckily I have a ring doorbell. No knock. I tried to phone the subway after an hour and there was no answer. 4 times no answer in 30 minutes. Disgusting service. Disgusting sandwich. Staff should be ashamed.

Absolutely disgusting experience and attitudes. First and last time I will place an order here. I placed my order at 12:38 to which the estimated delivery time was 13:05-13:20. Just eat told me it had been delivered and to ‘enjoy’ there was no sign. I requested a text response to see what time it would be delayed until and they said 13:40. Come 13:45 still nothing I request money back for the time I waited. They denied this requested due to ‘bad weather’ it is bone dry outside. Come 13:55 when t
