McDonald's in Dudley

Had the MC rib meal drive through Imo really not worth having especially for price the bum was smaller than the rib there was so much sauce on more than the rib it's self There was know disabled parking as the delivery people had taken them up I really wouldn't recommend the rib meal although the service was very efficient polite staff

We ordered via the drive thru so never went into the store. We have a veggie deluxe meal and a spicy crispy meal. Service was fast. We were asked to park up which was fine and we were not waiting very long at all. Meal was hot. Staff and friendly. There was a lady litter picking the car park area which was great to see, as the store takes pride in the environment. Lots of parking available.

Ordered from here today off just eat...food came cold...fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday...burgers were rock hard....didn't even send all the order stuff missing....no way to contact the restaurant as the number provided on all websites is 'not recognised' coke is vile not fizzy really watered down tasted like water with the tiniest hint of coke....vile don't rate this place at all...had to report to just eat as half order missing

Most things have short date and not much difference on price to bother supermarkets. But not a bad roam differs from day to day.

Never get order right when go through drive through absolute joke

I don’t understand how they can mess a milkshake up. Asked for a large strawberry and ended up with chocolate and strawberry mixed together so it went straight into the bin £3 wasted

Never really had to wait for food here when using the drive thru. Impressed!

Ordered online as I can't get there. Half of the order is missing. Been advised that if I can't come pick the rest up all they can do is give me a voucher for the "next time". The rest of the food tasted like 2 days old left overs. Never use this location again. Completely disrespectful staff, food is terrible.

Dear McDonald Manangment team, I am writing about an incident happened at the Coseley McDonald’s on 9th June 2024. It was around 12.30 to 1 am in the morning, there were around 5-7 delivery drivers waiting for the food for collection. One driver was asking for the food which supposed to be ready by 45 minutes before. When he asked the the shift manager(Clyan, not sure about the managers name, white guy with curly hair and beard) about the order, he was telling him to cancel the order where the delivery driver opposed to cancel it. Finally the manager asked him to go out of the McDonald’s, which was so rude and insulting. The manager was repeatedly saying that he has the right to drag the delivery driver out as per McDonald's rule. I request the McDonald’s management to educate and train the shift mangers . These type of behaviors will ruin the McDonald’s reputation and the branch name too. also the shift manager was saying the delivery driver to not come to the McDonald’s hereafter and he won’t give orders. I hope the management will look on this matter. Thank you

This Mac Donald must have some of the thickest workers I ordered chicken sandwich meal and 1/4 pounder with cheese meal and a cheese burger happy meal on getting home I have 2 cheese burgers 1 fries and 1/4 burger last time I go there

I went through this drive through on my way back home to Wales. When I reached the payment window I was given my drinks and told to reverse back as the payment hadn't gone through. When I got to the window I showed them my banking app to confirm that the payment was pending. The manager then came the window and was so rude! He tried telling me that the payment was going to bounce back on Monday! Never heard of this in my life. Refused to give the food which I had paid for and continued to be unreasonable. The Monday came and as expected I had paid for food which wasn't given to me. He ought to be sacked!

Ordered food on uber eats. Took over an hour to get here and when it finally arrived it was freezing cold. The staff were also incredibly rude to the delivery driver telling him "we have no time for the order, just cancel it". This completely unacceptable and should be tolerated.

Sorry to say but the shift manager cocked the order up. I ordered the following 1 Double sausage egg mc muffin meal with orange juice 1 sausage and egg mc muffin meal and cup of tea 1 extra hash brown. Received a Bacon and egg mc muffin instead no extra hash brown.

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a delivery from here and they completely missed a meal off the order. And to make matters worse. You cannot contact anyone to rectify this. No answer when you call the restaurant and the uber driver couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him. £7+ for the meal and it wasn't even delivered!! To add another blow. The food was so cold when it arrived, I had to heat it up.

Them Indian ladies very friendly. They treat Uber Eats drivers with respect. When we go there always food is ready to collect and deliver it to the customers. Those Indian ladies smile is awesome, I love going to this McDonald’s. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff, especially the older lady who was cleaning the eating area, but this is the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. I watched the chap putting our 4 person order together and it took him a full 5 minutes, with his hands seemingly moving in slow motion.

Why does the designates smoking area have to be on a public staircase. So customers are faced with going through smoke, i dont want to inhale this all the time. They need to change this asap

Sat twiddling my thumbs at the drive thru this morning, not even the decency to tell me that it wasn't manned.

Ladies that clean and greet customers were very helpful and asking if we needed help at kiosks buttttt duty manager serving food had all her long hair hanging down , swinging everywhere whilst serving food. This was brought to her attention and she hung it loosely in a net. Sent food back twice. Cold extremely DRY chips. Cold wrap. I gave up when it came to the frapé I just threw it in the bin. Watery and disgusting. I would give a one star but the two ladies that offered help gave it 2 stars.

My Mom and I popped in the drive thru for the first time not so long ago, I had a vegetarian meal so we had to park up and wait but it wasn't for very long. Food was hot and delicious, but I have to shout out the staff - they were SO friendly, both my Mom and I said how impressed we were with every staff member's attitude who dealt with us. We will happily return, especially after this experience!

Food and service are great. However, as always, no parking if you're disabled as just eat delivery drivers sit and wait for orders in the spaces.. something really needs doing about this issue as it is getting beyond a joke

Im a disabled user and normally park in the disabled bay but recently not been able to as delivery drivers think it's ok to park in them so it puts me of using the service I have informed them several times to the management but it falls on deaf ears over last six months the food is sub standered the staff are arogent and rude doubt I will be using it much any more till they change the attitude of all staff in general and stop uber eat drivers using disabled bays to park in

Ordered a mccrispy with no mayo as I am very allergic to it and it can make me very ill. Just for there to be mayo on my food. If staff are unable to follow simple instructions then there is no hope for the people to exceed further in life. It is not difficult to read something and check before sending the food off. Disgusting. Now I'm left with no food because of someone incompetence.

Ordered a few times over the last couple of months, and everytime there is something missing, they can't give a refund so you have to call uber eats, which are just as useless. Avoid this mcdonalds at all costs, staff seem incapable of reading an order receipt.

McDonald's, because you're worth it. 😂 I swear they put the burger buns on the counter and throw the burger and fillings at it in the hope they actually land on the buns, then they chuck the result across the kitchen to be wrapped and dumped in a bag then drive with a fake smile ☺. The sniff of sauce on them is miniscule & not worth the effort. Severely overpriced for what they are: cheap and nasty, slap-dash poverty sized burgers. Rather pay a little more for BK or go to a local chippy for better quality.

Great food, friendly staff, car park a bit on the small side same as dining in but it's a good McDonald's to visit if in the area. Onsite toilets. Usually a slight delay when waiting for order whether it be inside or drive thru

Food was tasty as always, was too busy and compare to the busy they had less employees to serve their customers. Their location was completely attractive.

Drive through is too small,had to repeat my order three times intercom sound is scratchy. The cashier's handheld would not accept neither mine or my wife's contact less and had to fiddle around using chip and pin. Think I'll start going elsewhere.

Item missing from my order. Not the first time.

They always get the order wrong, doesn't matter how you order whether it's app, drive through and even in person. Literally the worst McDonald's branch around.. Oh and the manager phones you back to swear at you when you call to complain and tells you to go back to the store to fight! Don't waste your time!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service food order of £32 delivered stone cold on all food no straws for drinks no ketchup for the 2 lots of nuggets when complained was refunded £7 ,an absolute disgrace all food was thrown away and also 2 coke zero that was flat no fizz at all complete and utter waste of money will never order from there again nor use just eat again

Food is never correct. Always have to get something changed, especially if you put in a no sauce or lettuce request. They are always to busy on the delivery orders, if you go in it takes forever. Staff was friendly, but some were not happy with the running of the place.

They kept me purposely waiting! They overcharged me aswell as I only buyed a double burger!

Never put the dips in wen ordering delivery yes they are only 5p a dip but I'm sure they must owe me about a fiver by now

My Partner ordered us a Maccies on just eat. Order two large meals... when it was delivered. We opened up the bag to find there was no fries?? Did you run out? Surly so you should substitute it for another product. As we have paid! Thankfully Just eat will refund our money.. i hope its cause of low stock and not the fact staff cannot read a order properly. Very disappointing

Poor service. Looked like non of the staff wanted to be there. Burger wrapping loose so my burger ended up in the bag.

Always leave items off my order, they don’t give you the drinks first they don’t put notices on machines that are broke. Shut it down and sell the plot to KFC or Big Johns ! The worst outlet McDonald’s own. Not only that it’s a royal rumble in the car park between delivery drivers !

Only had coffee from drive through. Slow on taking order and once in queue you are stuck there. Great price and nicest take out coffee around.

I popped in on my way to Birmingham with my family. Their food was nice and tasty. Their staff were friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating. Mild waiting delay was noted post orders. There is clean onsite toilet, small portable dining, but their food was hot and fresh. The price was not bad compared with the quality of service and food. The car park is not on a big size but it due service appropriately at the moment. Highly recommended.

Complete and utter useless never get the order right always cold when you get it and then mcflurrys are always melted . They make you wait ten mins for a mcflurry while it's been done on the side . They cannot cope with just eat orders. And then you have a weirdo of staff who works there staring at your 12 year old son then going up to him and saying I just wanted to know what hair product you use making him very uncomfortable and standing behind his dad because he feels that uncomfortable.not happy at all.

This place is very calm and quiet which I loved it. I love to eat in a very calm place. This is the main reason for me to like this place.
