It's absolutely pointless to have a drive thru when every time I use it, I get asked to park up and they'll bring my food out. Every single time. I've also lost count of the amount of times I've had food missing. McDonald's is an absolute last resort and this restaurant is one to avoid at all costs.

Very small, service very slow waiting 12 minutes for x2 wrap of the day.

I ordered on the app and went into the restaurant to collect the food. I sat there for a least 15 minutes before it arrived. The food was okay, better than Bilston branch anyway.

Typical McDonalds, but since the renovation there seems to be a lack of efficiency and they take a long time to complete the orders (in store). Plus there is only one till amd no member of staff on it

Missing select meals from Uber eat and they refunded me £1.49??? So many times I've ordered from here and the fries are always cold, missing food items and sauces. Spent a stupid £54 of food from Uber Eats for a treat for the family for one of us to have no dinner. NOT ORDERING FROM UBER EATS OR THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN! I do not recommend!

Drive through crap waited 8 minutes before they took my order

McDonald's, because you're worth it. 😂 I swear they put the burger buns on the counter and throw the burger and fillings at it in the hope they actually land on the buns, then they probably chuck the result across the kitchen to be wrapped and hurled into a bag then you get to drive away with a fake smile ☺ for the purchase. The sniff of sauce on them is miniscule & not worth the effort. Severely overpriced for what they are: cheap and nasty, slap-dash poverty sized burgers. Rather pay a little more for BK or go to a local chippy for better quality.

What a joke! Order breakfast...order ACCEPTED! Then after waiting 40 minutes it's CANCELLED!Why give a time for it to be delivered!?Gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but this is ridiculous 😒

Absolutely shocking customer service. Fries were cold. Stood at counter for 10 mins to request new fries, completely ignored by 3 members of staff whilst standing waiting to be acknowledged. Will not be returning.

Had the MC rib meal drive through Imo really not worth having especially for price the bum was smaller than the rib there was so much sauce on more than the rib it's self There was know disabled parking as the delivery people had taken them up I really wouldn't recommend the rib meal although the service was very efficient polite staff

We ordered via the drive thru so never went into the store. We have a veggie deluxe meal and a spicy crispy meal. Service was fast. We were asked to park up which was fine and we were not waiting very long at all. Meal was hot. Staff and friendly. There was a lady litter picking the car park area which was great to see, as the store takes pride in the environment. Lots of parking available.

Ordered from here today off just eat...food came cold...fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday...burgers were rock hard....didn't even send all the order stuff missing....no way to contact the restaurant as the number provided on all websites is 'not recognised' coke is vile not fizzy really watered down tasted like water with the tiniest hint of coke....vile don't rate this place at all...had to report to just eat as half order missing

Most things have short date and not much difference on price to bother supermarkets. But not a bad roam differs from day to day.

Dear McDonald Manangment team, I am writing about an incident happened at the Coseley McDonald’s on 9th June 2024. It was around 12.30 to 1 am in the morning, there were around 5-7 delivery drivers waiting for the food for collection. One driver was asking for the food which supposed to be ready by 45 minutes before. When he asked the the shift manager(Clyan, not sure about the managers name, white guy with curly hair and beard) about the order, he was telling him to cancel the order where the delivery driver opposed to cancel it. Finally the manager asked him to go out of the McDonald’s, which was so rude and insulting. The manager was repeatedly saying that he has the right to drag the delivery driver out as per McDonald's rule. I request the McDonald’s management to educate and train the shift mangers . These type of behaviors will ruin the McDonald’s reputation and the branch name too. also the shift manager was saying the delivery driver to not come to the McDonald’s hereafter and he won’t give orders. I hope the management will look on this matter. Thank you

This Mac Donald must have some of the thickest workers I ordered chicken sandwich meal and 1/4 pounder with cheese meal and a cheese burger happy meal on getting home I have 2 cheese burgers 1 fries and 1/4 burger last time I go there

I went through this drive through on my way back home to Wales. When I reached the payment window I was given my drinks and told to reverse back as the payment hadn't gone through. When I got to the window I showed them my banking app to confirm that the payment was pending. The manager then came the window and was so rude! He tried telling me that the payment was going to bounce back on Monday! Never heard of this in my life. Refused to give the food which I had paid for and continued to be unreasonable. The Monday came and as expected I had paid for food which wasn't given to me. He ought to be sacked!

Ordered food on uber eats. Took over an hour to get here and when it finally arrived it was freezing cold. The staff were also incredibly rude to the delivery driver telling him "we have no time for the order, just cancel it". This completely unacceptable and should be tolerated.

Sorry to say but the shift manager cocked the order up. I ordered the following 1 Double sausage egg mc muffin meal with orange juice 1 sausage and egg mc muffin meal and cup of tea 1 extra hash brown. Received a Bacon and egg mc muffin instead no extra hash brown.

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a delivery from here and they completely missed a meal off the order. And to make matters worse. You cannot contact anyone to rectify this. No answer when you call the restaurant and the uber driver couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him. £7+ for the meal and it wasn't even delivered!! To add another blow. The food was so cold when it arrived, I had to heat it up.

Them Indian ladies very friendly. They treat Uber Eats drivers with respect. When we go there always food is ready to collect and deliver it to the customers. Those Indian ladies smile is awesome, I love going to this McDonald’s. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff, especially the older lady who was cleaning the eating area, but this is the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. I watched the chap putting our 4 person order together and it took him a full 5 minutes, with his hands seemingly moving in slow motion.

Sat twiddling my thumbs at the drive thru this morning, not even the decency to tell me that it wasn't manned.

Ladies that clean and greet customers were very helpful and asking if we needed help at kiosks buttttt duty manager serving food had all her long hair hanging down , swinging everywhere whilst serving food. This was brought to her attention and she hung it loosely in a net. Sent food back twice. Cold extremely DRY chips. Cold wrap. I gave up when it came to the frapé I just threw it in the bin. Watery and disgusting. I would give a one star but the two ladies that offered help gave it 2 stars.

My Mom and I popped in the drive thru for the first time not so long ago, I had a vegetarian meal so we had to park up and wait but it wasn't for very long. Food was hot and delicious, but I have to shout out the staff - they were SO friendly, both my Mom and I said how impressed we were with every staff member's attitude who dealt with us. We will happily return, especially after this experience!

Im a disabled user and normally park in the disabled bay but recently not been able to as delivery drivers think it's ok to park in them so it puts me of using the service I have informed them several times to the management but it falls on deaf ears over last six months the food is sub standered the staff are arogent and rude doubt I will be using it much any more till they change the attitude of all staff in general and stop uber eat drivers using disabled bays to park in

Ordered a mccrispy with no mayo as I am very allergic to it and it can make me very ill. Just for there to be mayo on my food. If staff are unable to follow simple instructions then there is no hope for the people to exceed further in life. It is not difficult to read something and check before sending the food off. Disgusting. Now I'm left with no food because of someone incompetence.

Food was tasty as always, was too busy and compare to the busy they had less employees to serve their customers. Their location was completely attractive.
