Excellent food and the customer service was sublime . Have to give extra credit to Stan who was very jubilant on the phone and also made me feel right at home when inside to collect . Nice one 👍

Ordered £65 worthif food from here on Christmas eve, rang at 5pm when they opened, asked for delivery and they said 45minute wait which was fine, and hour and a half later the food arrived and it was cold.so I ended up not eating it, £65 on food that I didn't eat doesn't make sense to me if anything this chinese takeaway owes me £65 as I didn't ask for cold food you expect the food to be hot at least. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you like cold food of course!

Usually a good chinese but closed on a Saturday night for no reason, why?

I have been a regular at Wing Fu House since they opened in Leverstock Green and I've never heard a problem. Food is covered to order, fresh ingredients and so tasty, I highly recommend their Singapore Noodles, Salt and Pepper Chicken, chicken or beef in oyster sauce, crispy packing duck and my absolute favourite crispy fried shredded beef! I've never had anything that I haven't liked,!

Food was very poor. The egg fried rice was best described as al dente with a nice crunch. The crispy beef was dry as anything as well. Singapore noodles average. Normally a lot better…

What a shame, a Chinese takeaways take on Karen’s diner. The staff here are usually rude when I call, but the sausage who answered the phone today was the last straw. Didn’t say anything when he picked the phone up, had a “what do you want attitude” so asked to speak to his manager. He put the phone down on me, then when I called back, the delivery girl (who must of been doing something under the counter) lied and said she heard the conversation then hung up the phone on me again. Will never use this place again, the food is average at best, and expensive. The shop is conveniently close to me, so have been a regular customer for 4 years but draw the line at arguing with rude children for the privilege.

I've previously travelled further to get my takeaway, but decided to try local. I wasn't disappointed. The order was correct, easy to place and prepared in a reasonable time. The food was tasty, as expected, and I certainly had no stomach upset. I will use again. I can't give 5 stars for the atmosphere; it is basic rather than cosy.

This was my first order at Wing Fu House and it was truly exceptional . The special fried rice and the roast pork chow mein were so tasty. Trust me, I have eaten many Chinese dishes, but this has tp be one of my top dishes 😋 This is definitely the beginning of many orders, I shall be back on Saturday. Food was perfect and service was great. Thank you

The food is very nice, the place itself is well designed and the people are very nice there. I like the fried rice, shrimp curry and beef.

Food portion size was good. Was also quite tasty, unlike most Chinese food available in Hemel Hempstead. Low prices and good quality. Only issue: no prawn crackers.

Says it’s open today until 10.30pm (Tuesday) online and on their leaflet yet they don’t answer their phones all evening. How hard is it to answer a phone or at least leave a message.won’t use again

Wow, thankyou for a lovely meal. First order since lock down, delivery arrived as promised and piping hot. Every dish was beautiful, full of flavour, quality ingredients 10 out of 10. Delicious! Wont be leaving it so long next time.

My 17yr old son has just been discharged from hospital after eating from here last weekend. Severe food poisoning. Avoid! Has been reported.

Terrible place. Food bland and reheated. Food hygiene appalling. Scruffy looking place too. Have some pride in your shop front appearance.

Called in last night with a friend I had the beef chow main very bland meal didn't eat it all my friend had spare ribs which were vert chewy so all in all not that good. ☹

The beef in black bean sauce was red hot and ruined the meal, shame as it used to be so good. They score only 1 on the Councils Hygeine rating.

I was very let down as they will not deliver to me with no reason and the week before the deliver to my addresses .

always get my chinese from here, its usually the best, but today unfortunatly the curry sauce tasted like water , was so looking forward to my chips and curry sauce but alas was inedible , the prawn crackers were stale. the rest however was its usual standard , kung po chicken and pork in yellow bean sauce plus rice was great. I dont know what has happened to the curry sauce and stale prawn crackers is a let down. will still recommend this take away but will avoid the latter two items.
