Food was fine but nothing to write about - mixed starter came with no sauces

I chose this place because of the good reviews. Not sure if other reviewers had no taste buds or had low standards but this was easily the worst Chinese I’d eaten. I ordered ‘spicy’ Singapore vermicelli that was so mild my child could eat. I had to add actual chilli to taste it. It was wet and miserable. The chicken satay was binned after a mouthful. Got a notification it was in its way (a 5 min drive), 15 mins later I called up only to be told it’d just been collected. Avoid like the plague.

Would normally give you 5 stars but the order notes were not followed, there was shrimp in my rice, and 2 or my chicken dumplings were meat, i can only put it down to you having a busy night.

Please refund me now because your driver did not deliver the food to me .. this is not nice guys I

We have ordered many times from this place and usually it’s pretty good but this order was horrible, the duck, which cost £22.00 was mostly fat, burnt and inedible, the chicken balls were undercooked and soggy inside, the vermicelli was soggy and overcooked, this all mostly went in the bin, the only redeeming dish was the fried rice which still lacked flavour. So all in all a complete waste of £77.00, we won’t be using this place again.

Wasn't a fan of the Tom Yum soup and the chicken skewers arrived without the peanut sauce which was very disappointing but good quality and good wasn't too oily( Singapore noodles are sometimes drained in oil, those weren't)

We ordered curry dishes and they were really good. Quality and quantity was brilliant. We are not far away from them distance wise but it arrived in 10/15 minutes - genuinely impressed. Will be ordering again for sure.

This is my first order from this restaurant and it wouldn’t be the last because their food was delicious and fresh unlike my previous experience from other Chinese restaurants. I have finally found my go to Chinese restaurant now. The rice was delicious and you get to choose the colour and taste of your rice for people who don’t like dark soy sauce. Every food ordered was still hot and tasted great and not greasy, even the ribs were delicious. And to add to the great experience, the order came with a free prawn crackers. I recommend this restaurant.

Piping hot and very delicious…just what I fancied. King prawn balls, egg fried rice and crispy chilli beef…

The rice was enough for two. The squid and pork dumplings was very nice

Best Chinese takeaway I've had in London. Couldn't stop saying how nice it was. Delivered boiling hot too. Can't wait to order again, only Chinese I will be ordering from now

I would have given you 5 stars for the food because everything was beautiful....but I found prawns in my meat spring rolls with is a big no no, we have never had a Chinese meat spring roll with seafood inside that was not listed.

The mixed appetiser was awful, ribs were burnt and fatty and the chicken was dry and very clearly not freshly cooked.

Still waiting on my order. No contact from the restaurant to inform about my order being late when I called I was told its on its way it will be another 10mis its been about 15mins since and still waiting.

Beef and the duck was tough, but the curry sauce and rice were lovely.

everything came fabulous as per usual. food was delicious and tasty and all hot. only issue i can point is leakage in curry lid and the rice not being hot hot, just warm enough to eat straight. otherwise amazing as per usual

First time trying this Chinese takeaway. And sadly the last time. Singapore style chow mein was bland and flavourless. Crispy shredded beef was all batter and no beef! We always get the same choice of dishes whenever we get a Chinese and so it's easy to compare different restaurants on their quality and this is one of the lowest quality I've had around the Old Kent Rd area unfortunately. Don't get me wrong though it was totally edible, just not nearly good enough to compete with the 100 other Chinese takeaways that deliver nearby. Shame. Disappointing. C-

Crispy beef that's actually crispy 😀 The beef spring rolls were a bit weird as they were battered and quite greasy.

Food is SO GOOD and awesome, all of the chow mein are wonderful, good prices but could make them a bit lower (as the portions don't change) DEFINATELY would recommend this place for take-away. The staff is very nice!

Rice had no taste. Sweet and sour chicken wasn’t nice. The chicken was hard. The portion was also small. If I knew it was going to take over an hour to arrive I would of cancelled. Wouldn’t order again.

At last! Don't hesitate to order from here I had special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken the best I've tasted in a while, looking forward to trying other dishes. I wont even consider ordering from any other Chinese now fingers crossed all the food is on point, fantastic!

The food was delivered very early and well before the time specified. Actually 30 minutes early!! The food was excellent and so tasty. The sweet and sour chicken (Hong Kong style) was delicious. I enjoyed all of it. Well done and I will definitely order again.

Dishes were good but need to enhance the flavour of some of your dishes, Singapore rice noodles were very bland to be honest

We’ve recently moved to the area and needed to find a Chinese takeaway that we would return to that wouldn’t cost the Earth.. and I’m glad to say we’ve finally found it! The food is fantastic, arrived 40mins after placing the order and the portions are more than generous! Our only criticism would be that a free sweet & sour sauce with the appetisers wouldn’t go a miss next time ;-) Overall very happy and highly recommend!

Food tasted old maybe even stale it was not fresh at all and took long to cook I don’t think it was cooked the same time maybe even a day or two old, very unhappy and disappointing

Nice selection of food in the No 2 set meals. This was a nice treat for me because since the prices went up on all Just Eat restaurants I have not been able to order from here as often. I now see that they do economy dishes I can order more frequently again. Nice.

Inedible food, soo bad AVOID at all costs 🤮 The chips are cold and taste like cardboard, the salt and pepper squid looked and tasted like rubber. All was very disappointing.

Amazing food especially their ribs in honey. Great service - beautiful staff and if a driver mishandled your order or any issues ( I've never had issue with the taste of their food) , I learnt today they'll easily replace and you'll never need to request a refund. 5 stars! The boss is so charismatic and had a delightful exchange with him today . SMILES

Sadly the food from here hasn’t been as good lately and it’s giving expensive. Some items have gone up 60p since this time last year
