The food was absolutely disgusting, all the meals tasted the same -like Gravy and the delivery driver was delivering with a lovely cigarette in his mouth.

Awful,fatty meat very salty and terrible quality,won’t be going back,the hot and sour soup had so much white pepper it was inedible

I've been coming here for years and the food is top-tier cuisine. Cooked quickly, always tasty consistent quality and delicious. Unfortunately, as of this review, the person on the front desk has zero customer service skills and here's why: Twice now I've arrived to collect our order and while he's been serving a customer, who was looking for the right money to pay, he hasn't greeted me or said hello and just announced, over her head, how much I need to pay. While still serving the other customer. TWICE now I've had to ask politely for them to finish serving the customer in front of me. It's a poor reflection on the takeaway, it makes me not want to collect my food and I highly recommend the takeaway taking this feedback onboard because it's a slow and silent killer of reputation. Food is amazing, customer service is rock bottom.

You can only pay with cash Food is average and about 10 quid a head OK if you're stuck and need a quick eat

Food is always still hot when you get it home.. food is cooked fresh and is very tasty. Shop is very clean . Best Chinese around Barrowford/Nelson area

frequently miss items off our orders, gravy, sweet/sour sauce etc. even after the person on the phone repeats the order back to us over the phone! otherwise food is good, they need to work on getting the orders correct.

Had fresh fried rice with a prawn curry Seems like this is the only takeaway that makes fresh fried rice as orded not precooked waiting in a food warmer that has no taste it was very good KEEP IT FRESH THANKYOU

I’m sure this Chinese must have changed owners, because the originals would never have served up what I got this evening, if I said the presentation was poor that would have been an understatement, if I hadn’t have been so hungry it would have gone back, it tasted alright, I’ve actually had worse from another local Chinese, Thai food is much better wish there were more Thai takeaways in the area, looks like these are getting deleted off speed dial ..

I ordered chow mein and literally just got noodles poor service absolute rip-off don’t get any chicken or any meat whatsoever just noodles

Best Chinese in burnley nelson colne barlick won’t go anywhere else unless it’s Monday when wing fa is closed and I’m desperate. Always so polite when I call or go to collect my food, never waited more than 45mins for an order, portion sizes always decent, reasonable prices and the salt and pepper chicken is the best I’ve ever had beats anywhere else. Even everyone who’s had wing fa with/because of me says it’s now their favourite

Ordered a takeaway recently was hoping for a nice meal how wrong we were. Starter soup was like dish washer both the hot and sour and the chicken and sweetcorn. Salt & Pepper Ribs were ok. Salt and Pepper chicken fillet was tough could not bite through it! A beef dish sure the beef was on the verge of going off! Not impressed at all with food will not use again.

Best oriental food place in and around town, top quality food, slightly more expensive but definitely worth it

Tried a few dishes from here and mostly they have been very good indeed. The salt & pepper chicken fillets & king doo spare ribs are excellent. Crispy chicken with noodles in chili & garlic & also the sweet & sour chicken are very good too. Service is most efficient.

Chips warm up s cold and black and tasted burnt complained got told it was a new supplier. I asked for fresh chips for my kids they said I can have free next time. Never again will I get from them again. Awful food and service very disappointed. Avoid every body.

Ordered food on line at 18:30. Got phone call 2 minutes later from the internet order company saying they were too busy to fulfil the order. Got a refund but this is terrible service. The food is good from here but this is the second time they’ve done this.

My brother who has only just moved to the area in the last few days fancied a take away for himself and his daughter. Not knowing the area at all he ordered a Cantonese through "Just Eat" for his evening meal. It was delivered within twenty minutes and was piping hot. That evening I met up with him in a local pub, for a welcome to the area drink, chat and an odd game of pool. Soon the conversation came around to this take away meal that he and his daughter had had that evening. He couldn't say enough positive things about the food he had eaten a few hours earlier. Today I told my wife about it, so we took the plunge and ordered some food. She had "Special Fried Rice" and I had sweet and sour chicken balls, with fried rice. Unfortunately we just live outside the range for delivery. However you could make a telephone order to cut down on waiting time. My wife went and picked the food up, and what can I say the meal was excellent. The chicken balls were succulent with crispy light batter almost like tempura batter. The portion of fried rice came in a carton twice the size of what we are used to getting and will easily provide a good size portion at a future date. In another review I mention that my wife's favourite fried rice is from another local take away called "Rau Sehn". The special fried rice from the Wing FA was just as good, with very generous portion size. So this was our first try at this take away, it will not be our last.
