Windsor in Fife

Just walked in ,as you cannot book a table .I was ushered to a table in no time.Sat down and ordered Steak Pie and chips It was amazing,the food was piping hot and there were peas and carrots,nicely cooked .It was the best steak pie ever,tender beef and gravy plus lovely pastry on top .Great service ,great beer, and lovely ambience I shall return

Never fails. Usual excellent grub and absolutely marvellous value. No matter what you choose, it is guaranteed to be excellent

Fabulous food, staff, price and atmosphere. Everything made fresh so don't mind waiting. Plenty butter with the toast. Good tea

What a find. Fabulous home cooking and great prices. Denise at The Windsor is amazing. You will not find better quality and value anywhere.

This was my first visit to the Windsor for a meal but I would definitely recommend for the quality food supplied. We all had the pensioners menu which for £10 for 3 courses and a cup of tea/coffee was excellent.

The best place in town to visit with your hangover,breakfasts are massive and big mugs of tea or coffee ,prices are great,would definitely use again

Been here many times, and never had a bad bite to eat.. Staff friendly, all good homemade food. Fast service.

we actually stayed in the rooms here.they were very clean and basic.the food downstairs was great we had breakfast.the staff in the kitchen and bar could not do enough for us.we had our own keys to get in and out so we didn,t have to go through the pub .everywhere was spotless clean.great place to stay if you dont mind the noise from the pub.

Nach einem ausgiebigen Strandspaziergang sind wir auf unserer Tour durch die Innenstadt spontan in dieses Pub zum Lunch gegangen. Wir mögen die Atmosphäre von traditionellen Pub's und das Windsor hat uns daher von der Einrichtung her gut gefallen. Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität. Mit der Dame, die uns bediente, hatten wir eine herzhafte und anregende Unterhaltung und dies trotz viel Betrieb in dem Lokal. Die überwiegende Anzahl an Gästen waren aber Einheimische und nicht Touristen. Der Essbereich und die Bar sind getrennt voneinander und jeder bietet auf seine Art genügend Raum.

He estado dos veces ahora muy recientemente con mi amigo para almorzar en un día, y mi hija la segunda para comer algo y realmente no puedo dar el personal de crédito suficiente...Realmente va más allá!! Yo estaba impresionado de ver la amabilidad y el tiempo que le dan a las personas vulnerables que las llaman para comer, taxis, poner en chaquetas de la gente, garantizar la correcta tienen la tarifa del taxi y escoltados en el taxi con seguridad.Incluso cuando mi niña ella sirve la cena muy deliciosa; la señora encantadora luego se levantó y cortar todo en trozos pequeños gestos para ella como estos ir fijado y verdaderamente una experiencia agradable!Como para el personal en el bar real - también es realmente bueno! Siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara y dispuesta a gastar bromas con la intenciones. Los precios están genial también! Precioso centro de la ciudad de madrugada :).

This is where I go to before to college on a Wednesday. Great all day breakfast for just over £5.00. There is also a good selection of rolls. Staff are friendly and are very friendly. They even provide a special deasl for pensioners.
