Food was excellent would recommend high quality food and the service and atmosphere is great staff are friendly,,, easily one of the nicest local takeaways.

Chips were horrible, hard and full of black bits, noticed hygiene isn't great, lots of rubbing faces, hair, not washing hands, etc. Won't be returning unless it improves. Apologies for just writing what I tasted and what I had seen. Shame used to be a good chippy.

What did I ask for ? 2 fish cake chips and gravy , goes back home and only 1 fish cake, maybe pay attention a bit more ,

Bought 2 large cods and a battered sausage with chips this evening. Told the girls to wrap the two cods separately and the younger one said they always do that. When I got home both the cods were actually wrapped together. They were floppy and soggy and yucky. Extremely disappointed with the service and the food!!!

Best kebab in Northampton by a mile. Chips could do with an extra 2 mins in fryer but other than that best by a mile

I had cod and chips and the cod was about 7 hours old …I have never had a older piece of fish in my life it was chewy :(

Last 6 years was the best kebab in the town But last couple months quality and size of portions is really poor 😞 I hope this will be changed soon 😐

Fabulous fish and chips cooked while you wait. The only problem far too many chips may try a small portion of chips next time.

Lovely take away only place fast food was absolutely delicious had fish and ships with my 10 years old son one portion of chips was more than enough for both of us, do recommend and for sure will be eating there again ❤️❤️❤️

Top notch service and apart from pies everything is halal they claim though there’s no certificate(I guess that’s because of Pies). Prices aren’t bad compare to others. The only problem I see is the size of the fish. It wasn’t large, it’s more like medium to small. Food looks and taste amazing will use it again and hope they do proper large fish next time.

Food was very good quality , but 25 mins wait for pie & chips ..They are very busy with phone orders .

Had some good chips here in the past. Went recently and ordered just chips, got home and my chips had bits of fish strewn throughout. I’m vegetarian.

Best chippy in Northampton by a long shot. We have takeaways from Windsor most weekends and they have never ever let us down, the orders have been accurate 100% of the time, the food always turns up hot and fresh, the chicken shish is amazing, nice chargrill taste, the delivery drivers are always friendly and super efficient. After trying 80% of Northamptons takeaways Windsor wins hands down as the only one not to have messed an order up like every other takeaway have at some point. Please, please keep up with your amazing standards and you will be my go to forever. Unbeatable A ++++

Went here yesterday after being recommended by a few people. Was not disappointed in the slightest. Bought a couple of fish and chips and some wings. Fish was very fresh and had the perfect batter. Chips were just like you want them at a chippy. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely be returning again! Good portion size all.

We ordered for delivery. There was 15 of us. The fish was huge, lovely and chunky. Burgers and nuggets really good. Loved the chips. Speedy delivery and all nice and hot on arrival . Wouldn’t order from anywhere else.

By far the best Fish and Chips in Northampton. The quality of the food is absolutely amazing and fresh. And the service is the best you will get in a chippy! Everytime the guys and girls are extremely friendly, they all remember my name and really make you feel welcomed. Lovely chat with the guys everytime I go. I have been to many chippys but honestly this is the best one in town.

Great fish and chip shop. Ordered a few times from here now and it's always fresh and hot. We've had both delivery and take-out and no problems with either. Fish is brilliant and I'm informed the kebabs are equally as good.

phoned for a delivery , they wanted £4.00 0n top of my order, I said I will collect would be ready at 6-15pm , Arrived at 6.30 order still not ready asked for my money back and they got shirty.Got my money back after a heated debate .will not be using them again poor service

Food was lovely, ordered here a few times last week, tried the chicken burger, mixed kebab and all came lovely made and wonderfully cooked.

This used to be the best chip shop in the area but seems like there are new owners and over the last couple of weeks it has gone very down hill. We had the worst kebab we’ve ever had tonight so we will definitely not be going back again.

Waited 25 minutes for fish cake and chips. Bloke doing the frying was out of his depth. Women had too rescue fish frying, when came out it was well over cooked.Whilst he was out the back. When got my order women said really busy. But 5 customers got served after me, they had about 15 sausages cooked. Sorry it does t take 25 minutes to cook fish cakes and the bloke frying is well out of his depth. Not a patch on Duston fish and chip shop

Very long wait,just for chips .not good

I always get their kebabs and they are the best, lamb doner or chicken. Only thing I would suggest is that they give less chicken other than that high recommend, portion sizes are so big you get a lot for your money.
