Rubbish customer service. Rude lady at the till expecting more money in the tip jar. When the service was average to none existent. Food was nice nothing special. Won’t be going back there again.

Blast from the past. I used to go to Wimpy bars as a child / young adult and seeing as there was one fairly close, I went to check it out. The menu was pretty much as I remembered it as was the taste of the food. A little more expensive that I was expecting but a nice experience, will visit again.

A cut above a Mc Donalds. Nice food , bigger portions, better service and cleaner all round. We'll be going back again

Visiting Wimpy brings back childhood memories and this is no exception. Bit pricier than I remember, isn't everything?, but loved everything about it.

No one delivered anything. on the app it says "delivered" but no one came to my house or left any food outside my door. they have either taken my food or delivered it to someone else.

Good was a bit bland not wimpy I remember

Three of us called in to the Ruislip Wimpy early evening after a drive down from Nottingham. I had read the reviews and it seemed an ideal place to stop and eat before a match at Wealdstone FC. We all enjoyed the experience. Friendly welcome, great customer service, nice food. In addition the seating area was spotlessly clean and the ambience was great for a pleasant chat whilst enjoying the food. Food was nicely cooked and there was plenty of it. Well done to everyone at Ruislip Wimpy.

Delivered wrong order and then when I phoned the restaurant, they said if you want the right order, come and get it. Err isn't that the point of getting a delivery. Idiots!

I love this wimpy. Used to live close by but then moved away so don't go that often now. It's a real treat to visit occasionally now. The place is super clean and the service is superb. Miss the nuts on the brown Derby desert but obviously needed to make the place inclusive for everyone. So many wimpy's have disappeared over the years so it's so nice to know where a perfect one is.

Very good. Service is slow though but the food was simple and 5/5. The only thing is the chips. They dry too quickly. Although the burgers there are nice.

I haven't changed my order since I came here now in years. OG meal for the family before McDonalds, Burger King or KFC arrived in the UK. Nostalgic vibes. Milkshake made with ice-cream and machine always working.

Actually flagged as delivered twice by app. Food surprisingly arrived stone cold soggy and bag was wet with either condensation from hot food in cold box on bike or leakage from rain.

Unfortunately my food went in the bin delivered through Uber and the driver took to many orders mine delivered last. Coke spilt all over my food in his vehicle when he handed me the bag it all the food dropped right through all over my doorstep he blamed wimpy for bad packaging and didn't want me to complain but I'm £20 out of pocket. Maybe the drivers should be more careful and take less orders we where drop off 4 or 5 madness driver clearly out off his depth

pretty pricey for a burger bar but I love a good Wimpy so I don't mind paying the price, every now and then would visit more if it was cheaper 😅 kid friendly and the Staff has always been so lovely

Excellent customer service. We both had the classic cheese burger and chips which was okay, nothing special. Dessert was lovely, hot doughnut and ice cream. The total bill came to roughly £27 for two people.

Food was cold . I miss Eastcote Wimpy. Ruislip is too far for food to arrive hot.

It is the home of the hamburger. Total respect for the courageous work the people that make it look effortless do there. The milkshakes are sublime. Had brain freeze after. Woo.

Driver took two orders and drove 15mins in opposite direction resulting in me getting delivered second and melted ice cream. Restaurant blamed Just Eat driver and driver blamed Just Eat.

How are restaurant can manage to only pack two items rather than three is beyond me. It’s not like it’s a big order! Apparently the chef forgit it??? The amount of hassle I’ve had through this wasted order and having to go hungry because they can’t put it right has been ridiculous. Apparently my friends food was okay. I wouldn’t know I didn’t get any. Being veggie, I couldn’t exactly have some of her meat burger. Not impressed.

Always love a Wimpy. I've been a customer at the Ruislip Wimpy since a cheeseburger cost a couple of shillings. Over 50 years later and I'm still visiting the same Wimpy (different premises) several times a year. It’s the only burger restaurant where you can be civilised and eat with a knife and fork and don’t have to use your fingers like the Americans. Never disappointed. 🍔🍔

£47 for 3 cheeseburger meals, burgers were tasteless, cold and burnt. The delivery packing was a complete shambles drinks leaked everywhere all over the doorstep and hall. £47 wasted, well overpriced, I'll never ordered a wimpy again.

Well-kept, welcoming staff and the food is good. The condition of the store is up to standard, clean with TVs around for both entertainment and music. Yet, the price for this is relatively high - last time I visited it was £3 for some regular fries. I also noticed that although there was around 3-5 staff around, there were barely any customers. This was towards the end of the day and perhaps could become busier during the morning/midday.

We love Wimpy in Ruislip and we will always be returning customers. It is very clean and the staff is so lovely and helpful. They serve the food very quickly and the portions are good and the food is very nice. This is a very child friendly place with staff being very attentive with children and their food requests. There are many veggie options as well. I would highly recommend Wimpy if you fancy some nice fast food.

Air comes through the front door permanently, making a noise like an aircraft taking off. Please get the door fixed. Good food and service. Kind staff.

I have no idea why these restaurants are disappearing. Maybe we are too impatient when it comes to fast food and Wimpy is not fast enough. But I come to wimpy for fresh food, chips that are crispy and HOT, buns that are toasted slightly so it does not go soggy and fall apart. If you have not tried, give them a go, I enjoy wimpy as a nice treat, and will continue to do so.

Food was coked exactly as I had asked. Excellent staff. I am disappointed that nuts are no longer an option as a sprinkle with I've cream. I have many happy childhood memories of the Wimpy chocolate nut sundae! One slight niggle. The was too much conflicting noise. Apart from machinery beeping, there were two different sources of music which jar after a while. But on the whole a.big thumbs up from me for this clean shiny restaurant and.its lovely burgers.

Nice friendly, clean, well run place to sit down and have a quiet, simple meal. All cooked fresh to order. No noise from the high street outside. All round pleasant experience.

These Wimpy restaurants are becoming a dying breed these days. Ruislip is served by Mc Donald’s and Burger King. As well as this Wimpy restaurant. The food at this Wimpy is exceptional / excellent! (See Picture) The staff are warm and friendly and the restaurant is clean and tidy. With a nice music playing in the background. If I were to choose between these three restaurants. I would choose the Wimpy restaurant every time! Will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in Ruislip! Five Stars: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First time I have ever eating in a Wimpy since becoming a adult, over 30 years..... I was not disappointed, wow it was fast table service, there was 6 of us. It came out hot and fresh, burgers and chips were A1 staff ever soo friendly, the place was clean and my bench Mark the toilets, they were spotless and everything was working. Will definitely be going here again.

Forget 5 guys, I'll have a wimpy instead, was a bit irked that they don't call the ½ pounder a ½ pounder anymore, a double quarter pounder still sounds a bit stupid to me, seeing as to quarters make a half, Wimpy should be proud that they called it a ½ pounder. Still great food though & tea in tea pots. My 91 year old mum loves it as well.

Double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon just delivered as a quarter pounder!

Whilst the food was good. The sweet potato fries I ordered didn't arrive, instead we got regular fries.

i tracked the driver and he went in totally the opposite direction to m house. i then unable to track him so he was late and the meal was not very hot.
