I have tried to contact - I ordered 2 3 meat dinners one with 2 beef one gammon have half a slice of gammon and one slice of beef. Second meal beef Turkey gammon - not even a quarter a slice of Turkey. Both cake orders in correct ahve photos

Never received dessert was told by the diver I’d get a refund still waiting. Also paid extra for pigs in blankets and extra Yorkshire pudding, didn’t get the extra Yorkshire pudding.

Quality is awful, and didn’t receive full order rang the company they refused to do anything stating nothing can be done - told us to request refund from just eat. Just eat then declined our refund request, what a joke

First time ordering from here food was cold so we never enjoyed it left most of it not nice to cold

Meal was stone cold and all squashed together very disappointed. 11 minutes later then requested.

Food really cold and not served in normal plastic boxes. Look like the cake boxes instead. Boiled Potatoes rock hard and roasties all burnt. Very poor quality tonight ! Courier was at the restaurant for around 20mins before he set off so possibly not the couriers fault as he came straight here.

Eat in often but not the best experience as a first takeaway. A lot of burnt roasties parsnips etc the kind people deliberately leave on the carvery as they aren’t the best 😂 suppose it’s a good way to get rid of them! Won’t stop me eating in but wouldn’t order again.

Amazing food from Willow Farm (as usual) First time having it delivered and it was delivered really quickly. Definitely recommend!

We had the scampi which arrived quickly, it was hot and really tasty, the same with the apple pie and apple crumble. Our waitress Sarah was friendly and efficient.

Nicely set out with a big menu and amazing carvery not to mention the sweet selection well worth a visit.

Food had what seems like plastic string in it and I was lucky not to have ate it. The meat portion was extremely small compared to when I ate there. Such a shame as it’s the first time I have ordered a Sunday meal to be delivered. That won’t happen again

James our server was excellent. Family Had a lovely carvery . Was busy on a Sunday as expected. Booked a table . Used the app to order . Joined the carvery queue . Full to brim. Would go again.

Visited today for a carvery with my husband, food was delicious. Served by ryan at the bar, very helpful and the lovely blonde girl at my table. Will be returning.

I went to willow farm with my partner and I ordered the mixed grill, with a Pepper Corn sauce,the meal was very poor,the chicken breast was a frozen present cooked chicken breast which was like rubber and not to mention it was very small too,and the steak, that was very fatty and grisly,the mushrooms they looked like they was cooked in the fryer,the pepper corn sauce wasn't how pepper corn sauce should be,it was very bitter and came in a packet,the only thing cooked right was the chips and the small piece of gammon,and value for money,it definitely wasn't worth the £16.49 I think it was that they was charging,a Pepper Corn sauce is quick and easy to make,and the mushrooms should never be put in the fryer as it burns them and wrinkles them up,the whole meal wasn't prepared right,and it says alot when they use pre cooked frozen chicken breats,that's just wrong,no standards at all there,won't ever be going back unless it changes. And when I complained and told them what was wrong with my meal they did confirm that the sauce was out of a packet and the chicken was frozen pre cooked,very low and poor quality of food and standards.

Love this place, no matter what time you come in it's always a great experience and the food is spot on every time

Came in for the buffet breakfast, all the bacon and sausage looked/tasted uncooked. Eggs were dry . No bread at toast station. No one came to the table to ask if everything was okay. Won’t be returning.

Very over cooked and underwhelming unfortunately

If you are on the motorbike we highly recommend this place. We were on the long journey on the motorbike. Found it on the google maps. Really nice place. Very friendly atmosphere. We experienced very friendly welcome even though we entered in bike helmets with bags. We were approached straight away. We asked how it works here and been given explanation. The carvery was very nice. I had turkey and my husband had gammon. Good selection. We stayed for about an hour to get some rest. We were asked if we needed anything and if everything is good frequently always with a little chat and a smile. Served at the counter by Cameron we got a great service. We sat close to the bar and we have seen Cameron serving every customer with a smile and courtesy.

What’s going on with that stuffing? It tasted like the full side of my dinner was sprayed with old spice febreeze or perfume made anything under/next to the stuffing have a vile taste/aroma

Visited Friday 14th June all 3 of us had the 2 course offer , excellent value for money , carvery was beautiful, beef tender and roast potatoes to die for 😊 service was really good

Service at tills slow, no chef at carvery to carve meat, cauliflower was rock hard, however, rest of the meal was lovely and Karen the waitress was very nice and apologised

Update. Carvery OK, but no pork during the week. Crispy chicken was OK, but salad was just wet lettuce and peppercorn sauce had congealed. No real ale now but some bottled available Fish and CHIPS. Small fish lots of chips. Not cod! Some prices reduced.

I would like to give a massive thank you to Jemma, she went above and beyond to help us and make our dining experience perfect, when I booked up she got us a fantastic table near the soft play for our young family, I had been worried as we are a big family but nothing was a problem, This is our restaurant where we go now thanks to Jemma. Didn't get everything we ordered.

Carvery was delicious. Can’t fault. Desserts. Marz cake was unbelievable but the cookies and cream cheesecake left a lot to be desired it was huge but was literally just a biscuit base topped with cream and broken biscuits. Had no flavour at all. Very disappointed will not order cheesecake again

Nice carvery. Huge slice of cake, def no complaints about portion sizes. You just need to monitor your disabled parking, only 4 spaces available, one had a white van parked and another a taxi. 😒

An update please replace your toasters, standing for 20 mins with toasters on max having to pop through several times is a bit of a pain. Very good breakfast, buffet breakfast at weekend and bank holiday 3.99up

All you can eat breakfast was great with a good choice even black pudding we had lovely relaxed breakfast will go there again

I work in care and take one of my ladies there. Today I was in and we get fish chips and mushy peas. When my order was brought out to me Lucy realised peas where put on but she realised and put our mushy peas on. Lucy is a fantastic member of the team. WELL DONE LUCY

We arrived at 3 pm ,lots of tables available, we were able to sit anywhere we preferred, service was quick and polite ,I had gammon chips and veg and my partner had scampi ,food was hot fresh and tasted nice though mine was a little small for a grown man ,we have had the carvery before and it was value for money

Staff very helpful with my elderly parents. Made a very enjoyable meal out. Cake and carvery for £10, can't go wrong. (special offer). Thank you. Could do with more disabled spaces though, they're always full.

They are listed to open at 8am. Sadly at 8:45 there still closed not sure if they do breakfast anymore.

Came here today only ever been once but thought we’d try it today and definitely was not disappointed! Lush food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. We choose the carvery and would highly recommend. Shame there wasn’t any more choice of veg ie: pea’s, turnip but other than that, was lovely. Will definitely be back

Services for non-cavery slow. Took 40 minutes to get meals off menu. Carvery luke warm. Groups after us were being told how long food was taking when being shown to take table. Party having carvery finished 30 minutes before other food arrived.

We ordered 3 meats each and I got just 2 slices and my partner got 1 and a half. One of us got veggies the other didn’t. Food is always cooked well from here but whoever dished it up was disappointing

The breakfast's are good with an all you can eat buffet. It's not classy but very tasty.

We came for tea unplanned one evening… service was fab. Abby F our server was lovely, polite and helpful. The chef serving the carvery was really friendly and a huge thank you to the server who helped with allergy advice. We all had carvery… it was hot, lots of choice and the meat was lovely. Dessert beat all of us but Abby kindly boxed this for us to take home. Our 5 year old has informed us we will be back. …

Visited for the first time today after a recommendation from our neighbour. We weren't disappointed. Got the standard carvery & have to say i wouldn't like to see the size of the large carvery! The standard was huge & very well cooked. Great place with great staff. Couldn't fault it at all apart from 1 annoying kid running around! Fantastic food & great price. Will definitely be returning to Willow Farm again especially as the wife is quite fussy about places & she was impressed. Thank you to all who work there

Had the carvery eating as a family of 4 really nice, big let down was told cakes on display there were not any cheese cakes to take away, shame was really looking forward to the cookie and cream cheesecake. This was around 4pm. Why not put a sign on cakes if unavailable at the time.

The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is good parking. The disabiled parking was excellent and the toilets were well maintained and good. Have been many times and will be back again. Fair price for good food.

Have attended many greene kings but this was my first for willow farm. I had a warm welcome by a bald male waiter. I ordered the all day english breakfast and I was quite dissapointed. The toast was rock solid, bacon burnt and hash browns seemed mushy inside. My mams fish and chips were nice. Might of just been the breakfast that wasn't nice.

Tasty Sunday lunch with fresh veg and gorgeous Yorkshire pudding! Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The cake selection is amazing.......we took ours home, along g with fresh cream to enjoy at home. Great place.

Been for both breakfast and dinner, our most recent vist we came for my dad's birthday and the staff were amazing. The food was brilliant and everything was correct, then they brought out a cake and sang happy birthday with us and then finished the night off with a gorgeous desert.

Been trying to book for a while now for a party but no one answers the phone went in and staff members openly ignoring the phone while there was no one at bar and place was super quiet

My wife went with our daughter and grandmother. She had our 11 month old in her arms and as she went up to order they have her 3 drinks, shoved a tray next to them and didn’t bother to help her put them on. Then she struggled to carry the tray and after passing 3 members of staff not including who was on the bar, not one asked her if she needed a hand or offered to carry the tray. Very poor customer service.

The food isnt that bad but there is room for improvement and had to wait 10 minutes for a chef to serve us on the carvery

Just had my Sunday carvery delivered, arrived on time but cold had to heat it up. No mushy peas everything was cold even the gravy. Would not recommend. Its a dam disgrace spending £43 on rubbish like that never again.

We came for the carvery, the queues were not too bad with a little wait. The food other than the meat was beautiful (the meat I had beef was full of fat and half of it served was not ate due to the fat!) Service was efficient and fast. It was around 2.30 but still very busy.
