Yum Yums Pizza in Northumberland

I ordered our food at 17.45, was told it would arrive between 18.35 and 18.55 it arrived at 19.45, however, it was cold and one of the milkshakes had been spilled. We rang several time asking where it was and was told it had been sent out at 18.55 meaning it had been in a car for 50 minutes. I rang the shop to explain the food was cold and was told that I was lying. He did offer to send out a replacement and collect the food, however we had been waiting 2 hours already and we were all hungry. I ended up warming the food up. The owner was very rude and wouldn't even refund the milkshake that had spilled. I would not recommend this place.

Still hasn't came well over an hour. Absolute joke. Rang and they're being horrible. Rang 45 mins ago they said it would be 10 minutes I'm still waiting 45 mins later

delivery driver rang twice as was having trouble finding us but kept in communication till found us very happy with service and food was beautiful

These were hands down the best kebabs we've had in Years! Hot, fresh and tasty, the lamb was super tender and the salad was crispy and delicious! We will definitely order from here again 👍😋

We finished the pizzas before the estimated delivery time! I had the pepperonciono pizza as part of a meal deal order and it is without a doubt the best takeaway pizza ever! Didn’t have it on this occasion but the garlic sauce from this shop is also the best garlic sauce. Amazing take away. Thanks again.

usually amazing quality and service, I've ordered pretty much the same order for years but tonight was absolutely appalling. the burger and chips were good but the meaty flame pizza and cheesy chips were appalling. freezing cold, pizza crust like cardboard and binworthy. been up since 5am driving back home looking forward to a meaty flame pizza and it went in the bin because I was too tired to reorder. ended up with cheese, crackers and a bag of quavers. very let down.

Absolutely brilliant! lovely hot food arrived in amazing packaging rather than dumped in 1 box to arrive smushy and unrecognisable like other restaurants do...everything about the meal was gorgeous especially the posh chips and the sauces, the prices are "normal" unlike all of the takeaways in Morpeth where I live who expect you to sell your internal organs on the black market to be able to afford their food! I absolutely recommend this restaurant and will use again*****

Took an hour to come so just in time to the minute. Had to rewarm the food however as was cold and i assume one of the last deliveries.

If you order a pizza, make sure your oven is pre heated. Been ordering from here for a long time but my food hasn't been as cold as it was tonight. Waited an 1 hour and 20 mins for me to have it straight in the oven. Never again will I pay for something worse than mediocre.

Best chicken kebabs in the area. Taste fantastic and packaged separately so you can add as much salad & garlic or chilli sauce as you like. One kebab comes with 2 pitta bread so easily feeds two. Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Also the Biscotti cheesecake is amazing and again is huge so 1 portion comes as two huge slices.

The delivery driver did not call to say food had arrived, we called the shop to query this. The owner was rude and confrontational and refused to resend food. The only option was to resend the order cold, which was unacceptable. We have ordered from Yum Yums for 5 years. The owner told us he was a new owner. Needless to say we will never order again. We didn't recieve any food and we are still awaiting a refund! Do not order from here

realy fast delivery alot faster than my local shops

Received food I ordered chicken burger and received bun with salad no burger but rang shop and it was rectified straight away so no complaints food was good

Kebab meat was very salty not spicy just tasted as if salt had been poured on kebab meat could not eat this

They missed the tango ice blast that I ordered . The delivery driver couldn’t do anything and refunded partial of the missed items

The potato wedges went all over the floor because the box was so wet it ripped... the ones we saved were soggy, got sent the wrong chilli sauce again, but the kebab meat in the wrap with the salad was lovely. Unfortunately the wrap itself was also wet and soggy. Not the best experience tonight sadly :( The delivery was great! Lovely delivery driver and an early delivery.

Chips were stone cold and the Parmesan was squashed up against one side of the box. Looked like it had either just been thrown in the box or the box had been thrown about the car.

Ordered through the app, said would be 50 minutes, arrived after an hour and a half, complete wrong order, called and they couldn’t get through to the driver, eventually received a call back stating he would be 5 mins. Driver arrived with the correct order however food was cold. Called to make a complaint, asked to speak to a manager. The disgusting way he spoke to my partner, calling him arrogant just for asking what can be done about it. We have ordered from here for years, will not go back after this experience

This is the third time ordering here and I definitely recommend them. I tried the cheesecake which was scrumptious. The whole experience is consistently good.

We are not from the area so we took a chance ordering on line.The order came in at £61. But it was great value.We had 3 pizzas garlic bread meat boxes and burgers place was immaculately clean and the chap behind the counter was extremely helpful as they only accept cash directed us to a cash machine. Highly recommended

I’ve cream warmer than the pizza and not even proper chips for £3.50 a box poor like. The delivery time that’s just one of them if they were busy I understand can’t always be helped. Mainly just bothered about paying 3.50 for not even proper chips

Portions good, food hot and good communication

After the initial time suggesting 35 minutes, when confirmed this changed to 1hour 10 minutes to it then actually taking 2 hours and 5 minutes. I have been a customer with yum yums for a good few years now and don’t order from anywhere else.

My calzone was cold, I had to heat it up in the microwave. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream and got a chocolate brownie one. Didn’t want to complain so I opened it anyway and it had ice inside of it. As if it had defrosted and frozen again. I had to throw it in the bin. Waste of my money

staff are ignorant we paid for 5 pizzas and only 4 turned up when I rang the company they just weren't interested and kept telling us we had to pay for another if we wanted the 5th pizza so I would not recommend at all 0stars from me absolutely shocking

I say on time above as it was between the times it predicted. However, we order all the time from here and it’s always early and hot. I was in the garden and kept checking the back door for delivery every couple of minutes. The driver was on her way out of the gate by the time I saw her which could only have been 1min at most…. With my food. Not sure what she would have done with it if I hadn’t of shouted and she came back in. I didn’t even have to give the code! And food was cold.

Donner kebab was great. top quality salad, 2 pittas and sauce, all came seperate and warm. Garlic bread was very tasty. Cant fault anything really.

Not one for leaving reviews but that was horrendous. Turned up 25 minutes late, freezing cold & the soggy wet chips looked like they went for a cold plunge in the north sea. £20 on the worst takeaway I’ve probably ever seen.

This was Yumyums at their best. Driver was polite and cheerful, delivery was a few seconds early but I'd ordered ASAP,so all good there. The pizza was still plenty hot on arrival, tasty and, for all those reasons, I recommend you to give Yumyums a try, if you like good pizza, you'll get it from this place. The takeaway was alright, but they only took cash when I went.

Beef burger was unpleasant to eat, salad on it was mushy cabbage and nothing else. Forgot our sauce that we paid for too. Chicken burger also not good. half of the whole meal in the bin

First time visited, food is absolutely lovely and plenty of it. Had the donna wrap, so full of meat that it can be easily shared by two people.

Can't fault the service with this takeaway, bless the delivery driver driving up and down Cresswell to Druridge Bay trying to find our wild camping spot but She got here with more than enough time to eat our food warm and we are entirely grateful for the frustration.
