My husband & I visited today as he is gluten intolerant. We drove 60miles round trip & weren't disappointed! Delicious fish chips & mushy peas with excellent service. Thank you we will be back

Excited to try the new fish and chip shop. Was left underwhelmed by the size and the cost of the fish however would try again in a few weeks to see if they have gotten over the opening problems.

Booked a table for Boxing day 2024. Turned up on time and found people outside as the place was all locked up. No explanation even though we saw the bar staff enter the booking details in the diary a few days earlier. Thank you to the Cross Foxes who found us a table at short notice

We had a lovely experience here. Absolutely stunning staff. Liz the owner was so friendly and kind and helpful. One can definitely consider this pub if your visiting this area.

Popped in last night for some food with my family, I had a small issue with mine which was dealt with quickly and very professionally. The staff are always fantastic and the manager was spot on but I didn't get the chance to relay this to him last night so thankyou. We will be back soon for more great food and a pint of wrexham.
