So hotel website says it opens at 9. So me and my family turned up at 9, to be told it doesn’t open until 9.30. Went back at 9.30 to be told they were busy, so wouldn’t open until 10 by the same individual. Pathetic - won’t be going back and I would recommend if you want service you go to the cafe at the bottom of the road by the beach which is what we did.

Had dinner here and Darcy our waiter was friendly and quick with service. The food was delicious and the views of Mawgan porth beach were beautiful

Sadly bang average. Trekked over from Watergate Bay on recommendation from a friend. Staff were kind enough to accommodate us without a booking and allowed us to move tables for a better view once a table became available. Sadly though that was about it from our main server, who whilst wasn't rude, lets say wasn't the host with the most and when a 10% service charge is on your bill I would hope for more. 2 course Sunday lunch £30 pp. Food was reasonable for the money, but nothing to shout about and if I was likely in that area again I would probably have the roast at the Merrymoor Inn. Decor and atmosphere was pleasant and the view out to sea was a bonus. Can't say I wouldn't eat here again but it wouldn't be first on the list. To end on a positive, the extra pint I had to consume in the bar area (which was lovely and relaxed) whilst waiting for the rain clouds to pass was just the ticket.

With amazing views all around the wild cafe at breakfast lunch and dinner to catch the sunset, this cafe/restaurant serves excellent fresh food made with love. Hearty portions, great service, making the stay even more memorable. We had dinner twice during our stay, after tea lunch ( a must) and breakfast every morning, which besides all the range of pastries and fruit, the sour dough fresh bread made on site with fresh avocado with a hint of chilli was scrumptious. Afternoon tea consisting of a banquet for two(!) always outstanding. Fish was cooked and served to perfection and the portions were generous. Loved every bit we ordered . Scrumptious.

it says you are open 24H I rang you at 1.20am the Saturday 20th of April 2024 and you didn't even answer, you made me wait like 15 minutes wasting my time and hang up on the waiting, is this a bad joke? change your hours for the actual hours you are open please, you are going to get a lot of customers upset at you.

Lovely view, location and staff. Reception hard to find if you don't read the signs, which I didn't. Bar and restaurant have great sea views. Bar staff friendly. Car park a bit small and the overflow car park steep (main bug bear is the parking signs tell you to record your registration plate on a machine, which is at reception). Overall a fantastic place. I would definitely go again.

Beautiful food, not too rich. Fantastic view and service.

Not as good as the herring immediately downstairs but not bad. Service was very slow, lots of waiting around to be seated and between courses. The room felt cold which added to the waiting irritation. I personally am not a fan of dogs in restaurants. I don't mind them in pubs or in other parts of the hotel but I think eating areas is a step too far.

Excellent service, they work very hard there and food is excellent.

Took the grandchildren to the Santa experience, the children loved it.Then we had dinner which was superb.

Had a great meal here. Very speedy service. Best meal we've had around this area on holiday.

Pros - beautiful views of beach, good food, children welcome. Cons - clearly understaffed. Very slow service. Starters were forgotten, no apologies when we pointed out mains had arrived before the starters. No air conditioning or ceiling fans and the restaurant has floor to ceiling windows so was uncomfortably hot. Service was adequate but not particularly friendly. No allergen menu/ details of allergens in dishes was available. No colouring or other activities provided for children. Children’s food is expensive - £8 for a kids burger with no sides (£11 with chips).

We had a lovely time here, overlooking the sea - grateful to see the sunset too. Food was tasty and the littleun enjoyed the experience - and staff were friendly, professional & helpful. Would recommend a visit :)

Clean, bright with excellent views over the bay. Food very good and at staff really friendly.

The evening meal was very nice but not a lot of choice on the menu.

Fantastic service from a greatly reduced staff due to lack of rental properties for them to stay in the food is great just bare in mind it is a bit slower then usual ,

We stayed here in the Bedruthan Hotel for two nights. On the first night eating in the hotel was the most convenient thing to do and fortunately we weren't disappointed. The food was really delicious especially the squid starter. I also chose the burger which had a very nice flavour and toasted bun. Enjoyed. It was a bit on the pricey side but to be honest the prices were expected. The staff were very friendly. If staying in the hotel id recommend giving it a go.

Food okay not great, waitress...the most unpleasant and rude one that we could get. Didn't smile at all,didn't comeback to check on us to ask if everything was alright,basically kick us out bringing the bill without the kids finish their food. 2 stars for the location and view to the sea.

Amazing views. V child friendly but they also have adult only spaces. Kids loved the pizza (and it looked like proper home made pizza). Burgers were delicious! 😋
