Wild Bean Cafe in Breckland

Ate in. Food arrived minus the chips. Had to ask for the chips, which were bought over but were the wrong size. Correct chips eventually found in a bag. First time eat in food has been served in a bag for me. Burgers were lukewarm at best, cokes were almost flat. I’d complain but it won’t make the slightest difference. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than concentrating on the service. Whilst eating, saw another customer go to the counter to say they had received their order without chips. Based on previous experiences I set my expectations very low so was not disappointed when they weren’t met. McDonalds, please do better next time….

Took 45 mins to arrive and the shop is 10 mins away. Pizza cold on arrival. I will not use again and try to understand the guy who barely speaks English on the phone
