Wigan Pizza in Wigan

Have been ordering off these guys for some time now and have never been disappointed. Dont know if there have been any changes recently but this evening ordered 2 x Chicken & Donna Kebabs and it was extra special - the chicken was REALLY tasty and there was PLENTY of donna! So much so that thought it was well time we left them a decent review. We ordered from their own website as we always do, and it took 45 mins to arrive - which aint bad for a Friday evening in my opinion. A nice touch is that they always throw in a cheesy garlic bread for free. Have tried 1 other similar place in Wigan via just eat but their kebabs simply didnt compare - cant recall where it was, but the donna just wasnt the same quality (tiny portion too). Only ever use for Kebabs so cant comment on other food, but it deffo gets the big thumbs up from us!

We ordered through their website because we have ordered a few times via JustEat and I know if we go direct to the take away, they aren't charged. Bad move. We ordered at 6 pm and still nothing came at 9 pm. We tried to ring multiple times but it was constantly engaged, I think they took the phone off the hook as it was impossible to be constantly engaged. Avoid going. Its fine to be late, but make sure you inform the customer and make sure you can be contacted. The food never came. Wont go back.

Had a delivery of pizza yesterday evening (ordered online via their website). It arrived when they said it would, and was piping hot with lots of juicy, flavoursome toppings. Our favourites are the Wigan Special pizza, Boston pizza and Flavour Flip. :-)

We have now truly had enough. Food was so bad no one managed half of their meal, it was dumped in the bin. The chilli chicken wings were bland breaded wings, dog was well happy with them. Normally I get them, what arrived wasn't what I ordered. Tried one but had to spit it out. That's us done & dusted with Wigan Pizza!

The food from here is fab. It always arrives hot and fresh. My favourite has to be a sky scraper meal its the best I've had by far.

Very rude and customer service is shocking rang up to complain to be told they would no longer deliver here as they didn’t like customer complaints but the right thing will be delivered to get sent once again the wrong thing. So rude and very unprofessional. Scared to answer who the manger is and will make any excuse they can but when you confront them be rude and nasty while on the phone to them complaining. the woman with pink hair when asking what the man is called who she can hear says she isn’t getting involved to run to the car and drive off. If they had nothing to hide they would come out with the right information and not say the owner is not in. ( coincidence) will never order from here again and will advise no one else to

Absolutely shocking takeaway, they either can't read or can't understand English, everything wrong and no apology, always late and rude, only 1 star hygiene rating, ordered twice from here first time was bad totally wrong order sent, but we give them benefit of doubt and tried again. Same result food wrong, 40 mins late and no apology avoid at all cost.
