Best Chinese ever food excellent, delivery always on time

Have been ordering from this Chinese Takeaway for an extremely long time and enjoyed it each time but recently the service has become abysmal with items missing in last 3 orders- it is frustrating to see a great takeaway completely forget customer service and the bare minimum

Rude woman who answers the phone, we complained about missing items from our food delivery, they said they would send out the missing items… over 2 hours since original order was placed and still waiting for the missing items!! Also took me over 60 attempts to get through to them on the phone after this rude woman hung up on me!!!

Whitton Chungs my favourite place being buying food from them for many years never had a horrible meal always hot and tastes good. It's a very popular takeaway shop.

We order takeaway from Chungs about once a month. Never had a bad meal yet, the food is hot, good quality & a good size portion. Best Chinese takeaway we've had & highly recommend

Fancied Chinese and none of note in Twickenham so went to Whitton and so glad I did. Hot, delicious meal for one and a steady stream of people placing large orders tells me this place is popular.

Our first time of ordering from here, and we were very impressed. We had the Chicken curry, Sweet and sour chicken hong kong style with rice, chicken and noodle soup and spring rolls. The food was fresh, delicious and piping hot. Compliments to the chefs. We will be back.

Food is always hot and delicious, best Chinese around for miles. Customer service is excellent, and exceptional value for money. Special chow mein, crispy shredded chicken is a must, and king prawn balls and spring rolls are excellent.

The salt and pepper dishes are best and highly recommend

Way too much salt will be returning dish for money back

Vegetarian food is good. Portions on the small side, 1so not particularly good value for money.

Best Chinese restaurant in the area, nowhere else compares.

We have ordered a few times in the past and found it to be good. However, the most recent experiences have been awful. The food quality has really gone downhill. We won’t be ordering again.

What happened to popper food containers, this is the sort of shoddy rubbish, I would expect to receive food in from a nasty, fast food takeaway.. Hence why I never have any food from them....you have just lost a very long term customer

I love this Chinese . Not only is the food good it is much more reasonably priced than anywhere else . They are also really friendly . I always go and pick up rather than get delivery .

Me and my family have been ordering from Whitton Chungs for years now! I can honestly say it is the best Chinese takeaway in the whole of London. We are never ever disappointed with the food that arrives. It always taste beautiful and always comes hot! And the staff are very welcoming and kind. We just had sweet and sour chicken balls with chicken breast with egg fried rice and chicken and pineapple. It was delicious and arrived promptly.

Last night we got a meal from Chungs for mothers day. Previously we had eaten from a very nice Chinese but one which was quite a bit more expensive, the prices at Chungs were so reasonable that it made me question the quality. However we ordered due to the many good reviews and I have to say we won't be going back to the other place. I judge a good takeaway on a few things, quality of the vegetables, how greasy the food is and the overall presentation of the food and all that comes with it. Chungs excels in all areas and we are really happy we found it.

Good food, it is fresh and tasty, the girl at the front desk on the weekend is very kind and polite and provide great customer service. Would order from there again!

Best Chinese I have been to. I order from here everyday due to work. Monday to Friday the delivery is quick usually withing 30-45 mins. On the weekends they take much longer but the food is always hot and fresh! I have no reasons to complain. Thank you chungs!!

Valentines Day. Ordered at 5.43pm. Said it would 1 hour wait. At 7.41pm we cancelled. 2 hour wait for food. They never called to explain or apologise. We called 3 times. Every time they said 20 minutes more. They should call us and explain why so long. They never did. I cancelled the order in the end as I knew it would be cold. So at 8.15pm they turn up and call 4 times. And offer us the food at half price £22. Which we said no. We don't want cold food. So 36 minutes after we cancelled they turned up to offer us this food half price. We ordered from Whitton Tandoori, hot and 1 hour delivery as promised.

Been 2 hours since we ordered and still no delivery! I have called 3 times and they keep saying driver is coming. I have been ordering for years from them but there is something not right ...the service is incredibly slow!!! Still no food as I write this!!!

Food was good last time - though limited veggie options and only mini veggie spring rolls. - But, as I'm typing, we have been waiting almost two and a half hours for our food and it still isn't here. No contact from restaurant, had to chase, and still waiting. I realise some places are busier than usual at the moment, but this is excessive. We have household members who need to eat at certain times for medical reasons and ordered early.

Foods alright... but I waited an hour and 45 minutes for food which is a little annoying.

We have been using Chung for many years now and can honestly say that we have never ever had a bad meal. The staff/owners are always friendly and helpful. Tonight we tried the Turbo chow mein for the 1st time wow it's the best chow mein I've ever had. I love garlic and chilli and have never thought of asking for them to add them to their normal chow mein . But now they have it on the menu .

We always order from chungs, always tastes amazing, the duck is delicious, staff are friendly and they always put extra fortune cookies in for my two little ones, which they love. Can't wait to order again!

Chicken balls are to die for No soggy batter! £9.10 meal deal is fantastic value and is enough for two. Lemon chicken also a family fave along with so many others. Good size portions and good prices and good delivery time as freshly cooked 30-45 mins. Cant fault yet.

Well what can I say I ordered chicken chips and peas and gravy It came on time But it looked like a dead plaice been Cooked and cut threw the middle Topped with a plum sauce Chips were disgusting they had been rewarmec And tastier off dirty water Well the peas were like bullets all dried up and wrinkled I think they were done in the microwave Even my hog didn't eat it The BBQ ribs wet in a plum sauce I asked for BBQ and got these all in a red save A mixture between a sweet and sour sauce The chicken was tasteless no seasoning The veg was raw and cold The rice was horrible and tasteless Please don't waste your money It was a horrible meal And a waste of money

We have been going to Whitton Chungs for many years, starting when we lived only a few doors away, and we now travel a good few miles from where we live now especially to go to there. The food is exceptionally good, always fresh and tasty - without shadow of a doubt, the best Chinese takeaway for miles

This is my local. The new happy meal is brilliant value for £9. To be honest it lasts me 2 meals and their food tastes good. The staff are great its a real family place

I come here every time I crave Chinese it's so delicious and we'll priced! It comes faster than quoted too! Best ever lemon chicken and all the starters are yummy! Only had one thing wrong is that I got a prawn ball in my chicken balls once but once out of 100 times ordering you'd expect something xD

Local Chinese takeaway for years - used to live opposite and would often order takeaway. At the time it was pretty good and great chili sauce which is very important. Now I've moved away so not regularly ordering, in fact first time in ages tonight. Menu totally changed, not sure if new management or not, but our regular dishes were no where to be found. Everything tasted on the sweet and bland side. Not much going on. Vegetables were cut as if I had a giant mouth. It was a 3/4 star, now it's a 2. Disappointed.
