A very enjoyable meal with great service. The best curry I've tasted, probably because I'm usually in no fit state to appreciate what I'm given. Appeared busy for a Tuesday night. Very friendly management. Excellent value. I will be going back. Thank you.

I had chicken shaslik, nan bread & a side of vegetable curry, couldn't fault it. My friends & family all ate their food, leaving nothing! Service was good & atmosphere okay, so all in all, I recommend you try this restaurant.

Love getting food from this establishment, staff are always very friendly and helpful, never had issues with orders and food is always spot on, recommend if you find yourself in hampton

Nice people but quite poor service. Mains came up with starters. A main dish then came up on its own and we waited 10 minutes for the other dishes so sent it back and asked for it to be re heated and brought out with the rest of the food. When all the main dishes came out mine was just warm. The waitress didn't clear the table before bringing the main dishes out so she had nowhere to put the dishes on the table. Waitress was leaning right across you putting drinks on the table so her armpit was 6" from your face which wasn't very pleasant. The food tasted good but the service in my experience was very poor and needs addressing. There were only three tables occupied in the restaurant so I think they would struggle when busy. I would go back but would definitely ensure the service improved if I did.

Had a chicken dansak,sag prawn,chicken tikka,2 rice and onion bahje delivered, very nicely cooked l ,45 minute delivery to molesey, will be going back ,a recommendation is a definite 👍.

Came here for their Banquet Night, was absolutely unreal! Such a good and wide range for everyone, the staff are amazingly attentive and friendly. One of my favourite places to eat and will definitely be coming back 🤩💖 also amazing kulfi 🥰

The most fun evening. Attended Elvis Curry Night. I expected a singer dressed like Elvis singing his songs. But it was way more than that, Elvis had a great voice, with his comedy antics and captive audience participation he had the entire restaurant laughing and joining in. The food was so tasty and the service smooth and efficient. A night to remember and one I would recommend highly, but don't forget to book in advance with a small deposit.

Have not used this restaurant For sometime as had a couple of meals that weren't up to scratch,decided to try a takeaway the other evening and I must say it was excellent and back to its original standard, the service was quick and the food was hot and tasty and couldn't fault a thing ,brilliant keep it up

Very friendly service, fantastic authentic Indian and Pakistani food. The do dine-in and delivery, both taste great. Some warning, many of the dishes include coriander, so ask ahead before ordering if it bothers you.

Booked through their online system the night before. Received my confirmation email only to be called by Ruchi Restaurant 2 hours before we were due to attend for them to say they were fully booked! Ridiculous booking system.

Had such a lovely dinner - everything looked, smelled and tasted amazing. We happened to go on banquet night as well where you get four courses for £12.95. Portions were very decent and tasty, great value for money.

Been to Ruchi’s twice now and had exceptional food and wonderful service both times. They have a Banquet Tuesday offer which cannot be missed. You can have a starter, main, side with rice or naan for £12.95 per person! Such a great offer and the food is all delicious. If you haven’t been I strongly recommend you try it out. I will definitely be retuning. A well deserved 5 stars *****!

Interior of the restaurant is excellent and tables are neat and well presented. The grilled chicken and burgers are amazing they are very well made and the flavours are something out of this world. A well valued banquet night meal too would strongly recommend people to come in and try out the food you won’t be disappointed :)

Been going here for 3 years now and things seems to constantly improve, staff are very friendly but also respectful and fantastic with children. The food is exceptional and staff are always great with menu suggestions, especially if you want something different than normal - definitely by far the best value for money in all local India restaurants.

We told you the problems you said please don't leave we shall make it better but you didn't.i know it was an offer night which gives you the opportunity to let people who would normally not come to you a chance to make them want to return you failed on every count.cold tasteless poor quality not good enough. Will not be returning.

So lovely to be back with friends on Tuesday last. We've not been since first lockdown. Food was excellent and seemed extra tasty after so long away. Delighted to recommend.

There are many curry restaurants in this area, and I've tried them all at least once, but this has been our go to one for a long time now. I can't think of one dish that has been bad, and no two dishes are the same in flavour. Great place, service and curry. 😋

We had a nice evening at the restaurant. Me ,my cousin brother and 3 of my friends we went to had some great food there . Lamb biriani was really delicious which I have ordered for my myself . Also the staff,especially the owner of this restaurant were very friendly . Service was really great. I would recommend my other friends to go try it out. Also I would definitely visit this restaurant again with my family .

I ordered 2 separate dishes they sound so exotic in the menu sound mouth watering but when i received both the dishes they tasted the same just chicken cut different it was bloody horrible lack in flavor never again will I order and for the price it expensive

Monafs isn't the only decent Indian in Hampton! We were new visitors to Ruchi but were instantly impressed by the variety on the menu as well as all the standard options and the food was awesome when it came up. The team were also very helpful when we had an unusual request for a take away after the meal too.

I had a chicken tikka “mossala” and it wasn’t great. The sauce was sickly sweet and the chicken pieces were smaller than what you’d usually expect. The staff were very pleasant and the service was good, however.

Hands down the worst curry I have ever had in my life! The king prawn curry came in a congealed thick Rose Marie sweet sauce, with a filmy layer over the top, totally inedible, we threw the whole takeaway order in the bin

Awful service, was finishing meal at the end of service and wine was literally poured down my throat by staff as they wanted to go home. Withdrew my £10 tip from the table and will never visit again. Very rude.

Tuesday banquet is good value even though the food wasn't fantastic. I've had loads of chana masala over the years but this was the first one that tasted as though it had strawberry jam in it. Still worth a visit though.

I love the vegetable dishes - especially the dhaal with its burnt garlic, possibly my favourite dhaal anywhere. Their chicken tikka masala is too sugary sweet for me.

What we ordered was very mild, almost sweet. Next time will ask for something spicier.

A prize-winning curry house. I have eaten here a dozen times over the years, and had take away a dozen times more. Only a couple of time has the food been disappointing. The rest of the time it has been very good, occasionally exceptional. There are no artificial colours and the flavours are delicate. However, the tables are packed inside and the atmosphere is nothing special. Nevertheless, I recommend it for the food alone.
