Amazing Ramen joint right in the heart of Richmond. The spicy Miso bowl was just what the doctor ordered on a chilly winter night. Portions are huge and are more than sufficient for someone with a healthy appetite. Unlimited refills of tea are a huge plus. Good value for money overall. The staff (Jason and Chris) were superlative and made the experience worth it! Will highly recommend and would definitely revisit Update 25/03/24: Such a shame that this place shut shop permanently. I need to travel all the way to Kensington to get my Ramen fix now 😢

Back in after a few mediocre experiences. Manager with glasses (today at lunch) was fantastic - great hospitality. Service feels like something above a ramen restaurant.

Unbelievable food and service here! We dined last night and had the buffalo wings, OG Tonkotsu Ramen and spicy Pork Pork Chilli Ramen which were all amazing!

Had a lovely meal here last night. The food was so good and delivered to us with eating tips. Was a little disappointed that we were wedged between to busy tables when the rest of room had tables, but not a big deal. Will defo return!

On entering the restaurant, we were greeted and got seated almost immediately. After being seated, we had to wait a while before anyone came to take our order. The food took a little time to get to the table. I ordered the Tantanmen 2, it wasn’t bad. Besides the service, I’d go back again as I want to try other stuffs from the menu

The staff were lovely and friendly, but the food was a let down. I expect a big hit of flavour when I get ramen, but it was quite bland. I had the mushroom ramen and the aubergine bao bun, and my friend had the T22 and the duck bao bun and both were disappointing.

Had mushroom ramen and dirty taters with friends, quick service, lovely little place, only criticism is that my ramen was a bit too salty otherwise defo recommend

We really enjoyed the food at this Richmond branch. The various Ramen soups we tried were all tasty, full of interesting ingredients and bursting with flavours. We tried the Tonkotsu, the chicken version and the veggie ramen, all were different, interesting, tasty and with some interesting twists. We also tried some side/starter dishes and liked the fried chicken in Japanese curry sauce. The bone daddies IPA was also excellent. It's a fairly large restaurant with seating spaces upstairs and the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

Recommended!!! Nice taste and thick broth soup like original in Japan! Hidden gem ramen in London :) Don’t talk about the staff. They are so lovely, helpful, friendly and expert in explaining food detail. Love it

RATS in the restaurant! Today we saw a chef(a lady) chasing a rat in the kitchen with a broom! We canceled our order as we felt like throwing up! Why is this restaurant still open???? DISGUSTING …

It is with great sadness that I must write that this was the first ramen that I did not eat. not because of the portion size, but the absolute lack of flavor of the broth. The soup was watery and very oily, there were few ingredients inside and it was cold, and the green pesto and a few crumbs of cheese did not fit together at all in this ramen. My partner's ramen (I don't remember which one) was also bland and the ingredients were cold. There were also strange bits of burnt material floating in my "cheese" ramen. We also ordered 3 different baos, unfortunately each of them had an incredibly sweet sugar glaze that took away any other flavor. Only sugar and therefore all the rolls tasted the same. A lot of money was spent, and despite our hunger, we didn't even eat the ramen. The employees didn't care that the ramen was like water and oil, or that it was cold and we ate practically nothing. Big disappointment and waste of money.

The food was delicious! The new bonedaddy beers were very tasty! An ice cold glass would make them even better. Most of all the service by the chris the manager and caitlin was superb. Very friendly, charming and knowledgable.

One of our FAVOURITE ramen spots in London. We go almost every Friday and they’re super accommodating. They also have great vegan options and the Spicy Miso ramen is amazing!! They’re also extremely dog friendly so be sure to take your pup with you and enjoy a lovely dinner.

I'd always been meaning to go to Bone Daddies (highly recommended chain by all my friends), so after a walk in Richmond (more like a trek), me and some buddies got some ramen. I ordered the T22 with extra meat, and it was pretty impressive! The food came quickly, the waitress was lovely and attentive. Not to mention, the atmosphere was lovely and cosy as a shelter from that horrible rain. The broth was sweet and delicious, the crispy toppings coupled with the umami flavour from the shredded chicken and chicken were a great match for the taste buds! The mushrooms and seaweed were rather sparse, but it was compensated by the meatiness of the bowl. I wasn't used to the stringy sparseness of the noodles, but at the end it turned out to be a perfectly balanced portion. Another point I'd love to add is that the complimentary garlic, sesame pot, and chilli sauce were useful self-serve features. Oh, I recommend the green tea (though my buddy tried jasmine and spoke highly of it, too). All in all, good experience, I must try some of the other dishes in the near future.

I had a very positive experience at Bone Daddies. When I entered I was greeted warmly. After that we were served by Sucharav who was pleasant, friendly and attentive. The food was tasty as was the yuzu margarita I had. My friend also enjoyed her food. Overall I was pleased and would recommend.

Sonal was a wonderful waitress and we thoroughly enjoyed are meal with her amazing customer service.

Exceptional food you would normally associate with the heart of Soho. Passionately served by Chris who exudes his love for this place and makes you want to return!

We had an amazing time at Bone Daddies. The Pork Pork Chilli and T22 ramens were superb and the croquettes and fried chicken were a great way to start the meal. We felt really well looked after by the staff and will definitely return soon. There is so much more on the menu that we would like to try.

Great ramen (compares very well with Japan - and we just came back from holiday there). Service from Sonal was alsogreat - a cheerful welcoming presence. Atmosphere maybe a little lacking - but we ate very early evening.

A few days ago I visited bone daddies in Richmond and me and my partner saw a rat inside. This was very disappointing and I’ve heard such great reviews from this place and it really did put me off my food to know there were rats in the restaurant

On Sunday the 810/2023 my husband wanted to try this restaurant so we decided to go . We never tried the food and we basically didn't know where to start . We were served by this amazing knowledgeable girl called Ava in the Richmond branch so she can advise us on what to have . I was amazed or I should say we both were amazed 1) she was well mannered 2) pleasent 3) beautiful tone of voice 4) patient and the most important to us that she new every starter ,every main course to detail .Ava knew every single ingredient and how its cooked starting from the starters to every single dish . We were amazed and I can truly say I have never gone to a restaurant that a waiter can know about every single dish to detail and being passionate about it . Truly wooooow abseloutley brilliant 👏 👊and we choosed our dishes that she suggested abseloutley delicious and compliments to the chefs in Richmond. Thank you Ava ❤ We will definitely be back again

Went to Bone Daddies for the first time yesterday for lunch after being recommended as a fun place to eat. We both had a nice time and enjoyed our food. We ordered the Yuzu Miso Edamame and a couple of bao buns to begin with and the seasoning on the edamame was delicious, would recommend. The fried aubergine bao bun was light and the aubergine had good flavour but could do with more aubergine and a bit more of a pickle hit on the veggies. However, the duck bao bun was gorgeous. The duck was very tender and had really crispy skin! We both ordered non-traditional ramen: the limited edition Cajun Boil (chicken broth, Soulful Seafood sauce, tiger prawns, smoked chicken sausage, potato, roasted corn, half soy egg + noodles) and the Cheese Tonkatsu (fried chashu pork belly, sesame pesto, Grana Padano cheese, chilli oil, beansprouts + Toyko noodles). These were well seasoned came with plenty of toppings for texture. Drinks-wise I tried the Chulo Apple Sour which was delicious (think Appetiser but with more of an apple kick and tang). We also had hot Jasmin tea with free re-fills. The servers were all very friendly and made sure we were well looked after, providing us with additional napkins without having to ask and providing drink recommendations. Overall, I would say this place is a playful take on ramen. I don't think the point is to be 100% authentic ramen so if you go here, lean into playfulness; order something you wouldn't see on another ramen restaurant's menu and enjoy the rock music!

As always food is so full of full flavour, and so filling. The only place to eat in Richmond where you feel full without breaking the bank. Staff are friendly without being over bearing like in some restaurants and the whole atmosphere is chilled and enjoyable. Thank you!

Nice enough ramen. Expensive and there was a strong smell like horse manure at the back coming from the kitchen extractor. I'm assuming this is from pork cooking but it's very strong.

Only place in Richmond you can eat so much for such a reasonable price. Everything is so juicy and flavourful, you can taste individual ingredients while enjoying the food as a whole. Great food is complimented with great service so thank you to Sonal for being an amazing hostess, friendly, chatty and super quick and attentive. Also thank you to the gentleman, assuming manager, who was so accommodating when we arrived. I am sorry we didn’t catch your name.

Good service and ambience. Korean wings are always great. We got the duck and fried chicken baos which were nice but the buns were cold. Tater tots weren’t great.

A decent bowl of noodles, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. A little expensive and not the greatest experience you'll have in life but definitely worth trying. I'll return at some point for sure.

Really tasty but so much MSG. Very soft egg and tender pork. It’s better than some more authentic Japanese ramen shop. Padron peppers comes with lemon which is nice but greasy overall. Don’t be fooled by non-Asia chefs.

Great Ramen! So delicious and fresh! Extremely filling too. Also had the Broccoli and Sweet and Spicy Edemame which were so moorish!

Brilliant service, Analisa and Jason are real ones. The food was fabulous and the staff were lovely.

Tonkotsu broth was bland. Literally bland tasting totally unlike the traditional. The chicken broth ramen however was over seasoned and 1 dimensional. Sides of fried chicken was similarly over seasoned.. Really unacceptable for Bone daddies. The bad cooking probably made wagamama taste like a Nakiryu ramen from Japan in this instance.

Best ramen ever - the menu was awesome so many different options, insane flavour, great portion and the extras to add on top were so cool! Even included a little hair tie jar to tie my hair back, plus the iconic bib is a MUST. Highly recommend. Ramen.

Worst ramen I’ve ever had. A centimetre of oil sitting on top of my ramen. Poor quality ingredients overall. Vile. Will not be back.

Unfortunately this place is not what it used to be…the staff didn’t care, the place looks dirty, and the amount of oil floating in that bowl was beyond grease…sadly I wouldn’t go again and don’t recommend it to anyone…

We came here on a Saturday, it was medium full, so you probably don't need to book. The waiters were all very friendly and attentive. Food came incredibly quickly. Everything we ate was delicious - I'd definitely recommend getting sides and bao with your ramen. We will definitely be coming back.

I've dined at Bone Daddies a number of times and it's always a pleasant experience. They provide hair ties & bibs (super useful), food is great & the service is second to none. Our server last night was Jason, amazing bloke! He's attentive & kind. Love this place, check it out if you haven't already :)

Edit - Originally rated this a 3/5. However, we were invited back and it was amazing!!! Staff went above and beyond. The food was to die for and they well and truly apologised for the first mis-hap!! Definitely will be going back when we are back in the area!! Went here for a late lunch/early dinner last week Wednesday. It was only my partner and I and two other tables of 2 in the entire restaurant so you would assume that the service would be top tier. Unfortunately not, on two separate occasions both we and another table had to get up and go find a waiter/waitress to get served. The waitress whispered and barely spoke when seating us, so we ended up being rather confused; we were then given incredibly dirty cups but we decided to stay and give it a chance even though there was no apology or anything, she just looked at us blankly. We then ordered and the food came. The food was unbelievably yummy!!!! Highly recommend the food!! (One thing we would improve is heating the pulled chicken that is on the ramen so it isn’t fridge cold when eating!) We then had to get up and find the waiter and I asked to take the service charge off and he also looked at me blankly with no respond. We normally pay service charges because we’ve both been in the industry and understand the difficulties but the service was next to none which massively lets the place down. We would try another branch again. Maybe go when it’s busier, the service might be better then?

Pretty poor quality. Not authentic. Not at all pleased.

Good food, friendly staff which confirmed what I could eat with an intolerance. No working asahi pump or asahi cans (both on menu) which seemed an oversight. Tried to charge us for a jasmine tea which was never delivered to table, though promptly fixed when error pointed out. Fantastic boa buns and good ramen. Seating areas didn't smell great, might just need to change the choice of cleaning agent.

Food had to much going on, didn’t taste nice at all. The warm water was the best bit. Service was bad on the way in but got slightly better. Atmosphere was ok, rock music was loud and wanted to bang my head on the table, nothing oriental about it.

I adore the ramen. And the fried chicken is amazing as well. Lovely and clean place. Super friendly waitress. Actually, I apologise for the "tummy time in the bath" question. My friend and I were having a debate and you were the closest person to us that might have given us the answer!! We'll come back as soon as possible! (no more weird questions, I promise)

We had a great time here. Chris gave us some great recommendations (Korean wings, T22 and the Hiro) that we were not disappointed with! We’ll be back for sure.

Brilliant ramen. I eat ramen a lot. In the UK, but also in Japan and the US. This is one of the best ramen I had. Tastes authentic, like ramen in Ueno station. Apologies for the picture, it was taken late after I put the extra noodles (the were free!) in. A bargain at the price for the excellent quality. Jason was a lovely server and knows Japan well. Highly recommended.

Food is okay. There are better places for ramen. Cheaper prices, too. Try independent restaurants at Kingston, New Malden. Rice noodles were raw and did not know how to prep it. Redo another still the same. I guess they are more gear up for delivery than eat in. Service charges but no service. Waiters stand around and chats. Friends gatherings and to get something to eat, which is fine. Foodies not so much. MSG broth is salty, not tasty. A good broth shouldn't make people thirsty afterwards. Spicy paste on the table is not fresh. Disappointed.
