Great fast-casual place. More expensive than standard ‘fast food’, but the jump in quality is higher than the jump in price. The signature chicken sandwich is always well presented, and clearly made seconds ago. The gravy is better and, amazingly, cheaper than at KFC. Friendly staff, table service after ordering on touch screens, and got my food in four minutes or so. Some places like this see a noticeable drop off in quality/service after a few months but this place is still great. Wish they had straws though, even paper ones!

The food was good, I ordered the spicy chicken burger and was pleased that it had a really nice spicy kick to it. The milkshakes were also lovely. The atmosphere wasn’t bad it was just a bit quiet while I was there

First off, walking into Popeyes Richmond, Muhammad greeted me with great energy, asked me about how my day was, and it was a warm to be welcomed like this. The food was amazing as always, perhaps a bit on the pricey side but it was well worth it. Great place to eat after work, in between work, or when you’re on your lunch break. Get the Spicy Deluxe Chicken burger, you won’t regret it.

Honestly, this Popeyes is better than our local in the USA and we bring all our American visitors to Popeyes in Richmond. They agree! The chicken is better quality and tastes better than that served at American shops. The service is outstanding and the restaurant is very clean. I don’t live in Richmond but will have this particular Popeyes when I’m there. Even though the Popeyes I’ve had in the UK is better than those in America, the Richmond branch has the best taste so far. The food is fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend it.

My daughter work here (Richmond Branch) thats why i know their foods is always fresh. Always come here for cajun fries, so crispy and tasty. I love their burgers too, its massive, its actually enough for two. I will keep coming back.

Popeyes Richmond is pretty disgusting. Everything is over salted. Food smells better than it tastes. NEVER order it on uber eats because it will arive stone cold with the smallest portion of chips even if you order large. Everything is small and the order is always wrong.

The Richmond branch of Popeyes is great and serves halal food. Service is very quick and food is tasty. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich meal with buffalo sauce on the side! Shey was working there when I went and was very welcoming and friendly. Thanks team!

Rubbish! Very dry meat with the chips looking blackish and unattractive you’d get better and cheaper deal with any corner shop, never again!
