Had a pleasant evening and lovely meal served by viki and jazz who were friendly and attentive. Would always want to be served by them.

Came in today with my daughter for the day time menu service from jasmine was excellent made my daughter feel very comfortable and she can’t wait to return. The food was very reasonable and lovely

Great service from Vicki & Jodie this evening, Vicki & Jodie worked really hard to get people’s meals as quickly as they could, they were happy to help.

Been here many times. Food is always hot and tasty. Good value for money. Staff are lovely. They are kept very busy, work extremely hard and always great customer care from Jodie and Vickie.

went to the whitegate beefeater on easter sunday 2024 with my family, has always the food was really lovely, the staff are so nice and friendly, the chefs food is so good, me and my husband go a lot on wednesdays with our friends, never had a bad meal love the place.

Today I was in Beefeater chadderton for my husband's birthday dinner and it was amazing. I don't write reviews easyly just because I am not very easy going customer. First cleaning is very important for me and last 1 year i am going Beefeater for dinner and it is absolutely very clean. Service is all the time nice and foods are tasty. Today we had nice surprise for as a little birthday gift also JODIE was amazing with her great service. I highly recommended.

We were served by Jodie this evening, what a lovely lady she was! Amazing service with extreme professionalism yet very friendly persona. Very impressed. Food was lovely too (fillet steak) thank you.

We eat here quite often. Tonight we were served by Jodie. She was absolutely lovely. We waited and wanted for nothing. Very attentive and proffesional. The service was great. Tiny tiny issue with my gammon being salty but that is out of chefs hands as the cooking of everything was perfect. Lovely meal and staff.

The service here is always excellent which is why we visit regularly. In particular I want to mention Eleisha and Molly who always go that extra step to provide excellent service. I can’t praise them enough.

Family visit Saturday night. Waited at front as the signs said, at least 5 minutes before staff appeared, not a great start. To be fair the service was good apart from that. As for the food……. Calamari starter, not bad taste but tiny portion. Main I had smothered chicken, half chicken breast, half slice bacon, small portion! Taste ok though. Salad a joke, bit of damp lettuce & two quarters of tomato, zero dressing, chips ok. For nearly £15 this was poor. My wife had fish & chips which was overly greasy & lacked taste. Toilets, a light out so really dark as you walked in, no hand soap, dispenser empty & they really need a deep clean / refurbish. All in all, not the best of experiences.

Me and my family always go into the beefeater white gate for years now as the food is okay. Today was the first experience of seeing a little girl ghost in the toilet! Frightening experience for me and my mum!

Okannoying when they dont have stuff on menu went twice recent no sweet potatoe chips.take it off menu .u dont have them .

On my day off I called in for breakfast.-an older lady as rude as can be. Got told I should have booked. It’s half term. It was nearly empty. Made me feel so uncomfortable I walked out. What a way to treat customers. Shocking terrible....

We visited for our grand daughter 6th birthday. Callum made our grand daughters experience extra special by giving her a princess crown and even joined in the birthday song when he brought the cake over. Very good customer service and food was delicious.

Had perfect service from Callum who I can only assume is the bar manager, I came with family for lunch and our car was struggling to start thank you for the rescue!

A very nice meal and looked after very well by Tia. I will definitely come back when I am staying in this area again. I had the Ribeye steak which was good just as I like it.

Booked a table for my daughters 21st birthday on 28/12/2023 a good 3 months In advance and confirmed the booking by telephone on at least 5 occasions leading upto the date and In person the day before as it was a booking for 16 people and I didn’t want any hiccups …. Our party turned up 15 minutes before our booking time and after waiting in a long queue of disgruntled diners for over 45 minutes we were eventually informed that there was no table available as they had double booked No apologies or alternatives were offered it was a case of “what do you want me to do about it” from the “manager” I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t get the chance to order anything 🤪 absolutely disgusting customer service from a pub / restaurant my family and myself have used on many occasions …… never again will I set foot in the place !!

Table for 16 to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday was booked around 3 months in advance to ensure they could cater for such a large party , the booking was confirmed by telephone on 5 occasions and in posh the day before the booking . I go here quite often as it’s local for me, they have great offers & this time it was 33% off food. I went with my friend for a Xmas catch up, the food was very good, our server Callum is a very nice young man & the service was very good.

Breakfast not very good , eggs undercooked , raw tomato, staff seemed rushed not value for money. Would not recommend.

I visited here 3 weeks ago the food was ok it was the two lunches for £12 99. Ok for the price. But the actual place is dirty my friend and I was sat near a wooden shelf it was thick in dust. Not good it needs a good cleaning definitely. Let’s hope they solve it soon

Popped in for dinner whist staying in the Prem next door. The food was quite fine, but I needed to write a review about a young lady who I observed serving young old and all in between. I think the ladies name was Vicki, who was superb, great inter personal skills, I just sat back and noticed how all clients were made to feel important whilst relaxed, a total credit to the establishment, I would employ her in a heartbeat. I never write these things but felt it should be highlighted.

As always we had a great night and the food was spot on. We had a small wait but we really didn't mind as the restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Thursday evening. Vicki who looked after us was amazing. We are here often and every time we see Vicki she is full of smiles, always funny, busy and very very good. We shall be back.....probably next week :)

we have been here before but decided to try it out again, I ordered the "char Grilled half chicken with fries, we didnt have to wait too long, the chicken was not char grilled as stated on the menu, and fairly cold. i ate it as i was starving and had nothing to eat that day! the best thing about this place is the waiting on staff... we were served by a lovely lady called Vicki, friendly and welcoming. all in all it was what we asked for apart from the chicken, if only it had been hotter and char grilled it would have got full marks!

Excellent service, our server Callum M, was professional and knowledgeable about all menu choice. He wasn’t pushy and gave time to select food. Was prompt with drinks service. The venue was clean any tidy and pleasantly warm after a day out and in the wind and rain. A welcome relief. 5 out of 5 from us.

Booked here for my 6 year anniversary, ordered the mixed Grill, the chicken was like rubber could not eat this, I complained and I was just snubbed by the girl managing the shift, I asked for the bill only to see I had been charged for a tiny amount of sauce that they offed me ???? I questioned this and was then shown the menu again, I said I wouldn’t come back because the food wasn’t the usual standard.on walking out I stood waiting for my husband to come out of the toilet and the staff where laughing about me complaining they didn’t realise I was stood to the side of them, I was so annoyed I asked why they where being unprofessional they denied they where saying anything, and the young lad went on to ague with me, I know what I herd so I ended up augeing back, I waked towards the door only to be chased by another member of staff screaming at me, I have been going in there for 20 years but will never step foot back in there, If you value your health you won’t eat in this place,

Couldn’t find fault with the food nor service (we were a table of 11 of non rowdy diners) only glitch was the larger number of rowdy folk on the next table that made our dining experience less enjoyable. Given quality of food and excellent service we will certainly dine here again…and just hope for quieter, nearby diners!

We travel a lot for work and to be honest these places are normally very bland but this one was excellent. We know the beefeater menu off by heart but I was advised by Vicki who made me think about my choices and she wasn’t wrong. Very good meal delivered expertly and jovially and it has to said very quickly by her and the kitchen team. Well done all round, you’ve restored my faith in beefeaters.

Our waitresses Vicki and Jodie were absolutely lovely. They were very attentive and even noticed one of the children had a birthday badge on so gave her a gift and card, which was such a nice touch. Would 100% recommend.

Came here with my husband for food, the food was great. Sirloin steak was cooked to perfection. And I really recommend the beefeater combo the ribs are really soft and not too much bbq sauce on them. We were served by Chloe who was helpful and nothing was too much for her. We could see that she was quite busy but still served us with a smile. The other staff on shift were also really nice when they greeted us were really friendly through our. Thank you again for the great service and food.

Another lovely meal served by two very friendly professional girls Vicky and Rebecca. They remain polite and friendly at all times and make everyone feel very welcome. They make our visits much more enjoyable. Keep up the good work ladies.

Service was diabolical. We had the table booked for 5pm, we finally left at 7.30pm, two young children asking constantly where their food was. Staff extremely rude told me to wait 5 minutes because they were really busy. Another one said everyone is waiting! Understaffed and would not go back mainly due to the rudeness of the staff

Been visiting the Whitegate for about 30 years. Food and service especially always been top draw. The new menu isn’t good, they’ve cut some of the most popular dishes including rump steak (In a steak restaurant) amongst other things. Staff were ok today. The place needs a revamp. Very tired decor in bar and especially the toilets. Whole place needs some investment otherwise people will stop coming.

Expensive. £5.50 for a pint and £3.49 for a portion of chips. Sorry triple cooked chips is that why we were charged that much for about 10 chips. Curry was overpriced and two different menus and you can’t mix and match. Probably explains why it was soo empty. Won’t be going back.

This was truly one of the most disgusting meals we’ve ever had. The restaurant smells of damp dog. The calamari starter was rubbery and tasteless, the pie and mash tasted sour. The fish and chips were cold and soggy..simply awful

I visited the whitegate beefeater on Monday 9/1/23. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious well cooked and hot with good portion sizes. The prices are very reasonable. This is a place I would definitely recommend I will certainly visit again...
