Lovely beer garden to watch band

This is a great pub with a fantastic beer garden. We had a really fun time, there was live music which had everyone up dancing and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Well worth a visit!

Good community centered pub offering curry nights, open mike, bands and occasionally art and folk music meet ups. Only pub in the town with a decent size beer garden. Great staff and eclectic clientele. Good pub dogs too!

A good local pub that does what it ought. Provides a place for relaxed socialising. Interesting food and entertainment events Pool table and good beer served by gracious hosts. Nice beer garden at the rear big enough for both adults and children to have space without intruding on each other. outside comfortable smoking area.

Proper old style pub, run by a very friendly couple. Nice beer garden. Live music from time to time. Pool table, Darts, quiz nights, art classes. Curry nights are outstanding, all cooked on the premises.

Very friendly family run pub. Has great music from time to time. They have Curry and Pizza nights and Quiz nights. In the heart of the village opposite the main old village church. Pretty location. Will be going there again. It's my favourite pub in Halesworth.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere! Absolutely love what Danny and Lorraine have done with it, completely turned it round and made it a great family friendly place with plenty of events for all to enjoy. Will definitely be visiting lots more this year as it gets warmer to enjoy the fab beer garden they have created. What was once a car park is now an amazing place to socialise and enjoy the sunshine!

A lovely local pub that makes you feel welcome. It holds quiz evenings, curry nights, art classes on a Thursday night as well as having a dart & pool teams. The landlord & lady make you feel so welcome as do the locals the frequent the pub.

If you are in area and you fancy a hog roast on a Sunday this was one best hog roast I ever had. The land lady and her husband made us feel very welcome, lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend. 😊

Have only been on a Sunday when they have live music in the afternoon. Great atmosphere and have been made to feel very welcome here. The pub just has such a lovely feel to it, chilled yet fun. We are looking forward to trying out a few more different days.

A nice pub with welcoming owners, due to the current covid circumstances they aren't doing food . Theres a good size garden for the Summer months. Had a very nice time.

So good now. Decor is amazing. Drinks are cheaper than most and social distancing is good. Loads of tables in the garden. For us, all good.

Great beer garden......At the Halesworth Annual Licensing Day (September 3rd 1879), all renewed except Mrs Read, at the Swan where the police complained about the characters visiting this house & conduct. Mr Brooke, from the Bench advised Mrs Read to come back next week sober. She had to be removed from the Court.(Superb)

Traditional back street boozer, with friendly and efficient staff plus well-kept real ales. No food though.

Went here recently for a gig. Upstairs bar is awful. Warm drinks, dirty glasses and flat diet coke from a bottle. Bar staff were friendly though.
