Every time I've used them for delivery, they've sent me something different from.what I'd ordered, without calling me first to see if I agreed. Not a good service.

Great food, great quality, great delivery

spring rolls were dry and way to spicy. pie crust too hard, mushy peas were ok once stirred. onion rings were ok. chips weren't the best

I ordered the Fish Bites for one of us. As these are more "finer food" I'd have expected them to have NO Bones and No Skin. They had skin on which made them quite unpleasant to eat. If you don't like skin I'd steer clear of the fish bites.

Thought I would order a chippy for my family, wish I could get my money back. I ordered 2 portions of chips and some chicken nuggets. The staff were absolutely horrendous towards my family, some of the staff were mingers looked like they bathed in the oil when the shop was closed. The chips were as oily as oily can get, you could see the oil seeping through the paper. The chicken nuggets looked like they were from farmfoods and they were still pink on the inside. Good thing I checked before letting my son eat them. Would not recommend, worst chip shop ever. 🤮🤮

driver never turned up to the food place multiple phone calls was made delivery time kept changing restaurants was brilliant though but Shane on you just eat two hours from ordering to getting the food

Haven’t eaten here for a while but it always used to be good. Can say that these were the best chips we’ve had for while, food was hot and came slightly early, would recommend to anyone looking to try somewhere new as have tried most chippys in Lowestoft in recent times but this place is up the top with one possibly two others.

I'm so very disappointed in this meal for one, costing £13:80p. I ordered Medium Cod and large chips, The order was delivered on time. On eating the cod, that I discovered was not Cod according to the taste, and skin was, I think Basa (Pangasius). That is a mekong cheap fish. The chips were plentiful but tasted awful ,I think that they were cooked in cheap reconditioned fat. I will not order again.

First time used since was closed in the summer. Wasnt impressed, peas bland and watery. Fish not as thick as normal or particularly fresh either. Pity used to be excellent lets hope it was a one off

First time I have ordered. After reading reviews thought I would give it a try (good decision). Excellent fish NOT greasy and considering the distance it had to come it was still hot and also 5 minutes early. Will definitely order again.

Lovely thin batter on the fish. Frying area/servery was clean and tidy and we witnessed regular hand washing by food handlers. Thanks for a nice meal.

Awesome got to say had an issuer but was resolved in seconds !!!! Amazing service !!!! Food piping hot and unable to eat where it was so hot (this is a good thing ) which makes a change for Lowestoft 10/10

Lovely food cooked at a very good quality. The fish was cooked perfectly and the chips, although I personally don't tend to like chip shop chips, these were outstanding. I cannot fault the food at all. My only criticism would be that they could be a bit more 'hot' on their hygiene standards. Otherwise, no issues.

Excellent quality, prompt delivery

Called in on the off chance, it's now my go to chippy, so far we have had cod and haddock both well cooked with a tasty batter coating, chips too many and prices reasonable.

I havnt had a Pablos since my college years and at that time they were the best in Lowestoft...they still are! Food arrived on time and was hot. The fish was fresh and beautifully cooked,with a crispy batter that wasn't soggy and soaked in grease. The chips were a generous portion,proper spud sized and not those tiny chips that you find in alot of chippys..again not greasy and were lovely and crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle...mushy peas were nice and saucy and not dry. It was yum! Will definitely order again...still the best in town!

always really hot food when arrives

Asked for black fillet and got one, delicious and super fresh, my new regular.

Our go to fish and chip shop. They havent been on Just Eat for a couple of months. Certainly missed them. The others have not been as good. Again, always pipping hot and on time.

Pablo's is not my nearest fish and chip shop but a good one is worth the trip. The staff are friendly and the food is very nicely cooked.
