Very friendly staff food was fantastic we both had a pie chips and mushy peas gravy Gorgenor was the perfect host well done,would definitely return to the swan, also had 2 coal fire's lovely and warm on a winter's evening,👍😀

Went for Sunday lunch it was amazing gorgeous food all hot and presented lovely. Staff so helpful too. Great price for 2 or 3 courses. Would recommend

Had a fantastic birthday meal out for 10 people. The staff were very accommodating and fantastically helpful. The food was excellent, great beers on tap and other drink selections. Lots of parking if required. Would DEFINITELY recommend and will certainly be visiting again.

We had lunch in the pub b on Sunday and were impressed such that we booked again for new years day evening. The decision was not a good one. We encountered a number of problems ranging from hair in a starter to cold main meals. Why did the Owner(?) tell us on Sunday that he was the manager when we were well aware that the manager was a lady. Surely demeaning of the lady concerned. The chef on Sunday was excellent. Cannot say the same for the Wednesday one. Having said all the above we will return if we are still welcome. We have been on a number of occasions and this is the worst so far. The front of house staff were excellent.

Went for lunch, not been before. Easy to find. Great services from friendly staff. Food was delicious, we all had homemade dishes. Will definitely go back.

Had a buffet at hunmanby Community centre done by the white swan at hunmanby bloody fantastic good food plenty of it well presented recommended them to my daughter who has booked a buffet in January. Unfortunately my partner and I got mixed up and left a one star review which was wrong and we are so sorry for it.If you you want good food the white swan hunmanby brill

Just correcting an earlier review I messed up on, unintentionally leaving 1 star and no comment. I couldn't get the system to work properly and abandoned it, not knowing anything had been submitted. Mortified. Have deleted that now. The White Swan provided a fantastic buffet for us for Hunmanby Square Dance Group's Christmas Party at the Community Centre. Great selection of finger food, all beautifully presented. Can highly recommend them. Many thanks Darral and Lauren.

Always a great pub to visit when the trains home are cancelled

Ordered a meal through just eat. food was absolutely stunning, I had the lamb rogan josh and the Mrs had the beef yorkshire pudding wrap, both were insanely good and we shared a brownie for dessert and it was flawless. best meal I've had in a long time and very reasonably priced for the size and quality. 10/10 will order again.

GLUTEN FREE .. I am celiac and we have just visited the white Swan, the food was really good, the staff are really lovely. The chef Lisa is a gorgeous cook. We are back to filey for Christmas so we will definitely be back for food.5* hopefully they will have GF crumble or cake for dessert... I had the ice cream Sunday that was really nice. If your in the area we'll worth a visit you won't be disappointed 😉

I would echo the other 5 star reviews, staff friendly and engaging, and the chef got my mixed grill spot on. Great presentation, piping hot, runny egg and a perfect medium rare ribeye. Oh, my wife's lamb tagine was nice too. Great value, recommend.

We stayed here for 1 night but it was really nice the room was lovely and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The owner was great and lovely to talk to. The food was very nice and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely visit again. Oh and dog friendly allowed in bar as well while we ate.

Wonderful food cooked to order. Chef is very good indeed. Menu varied and tasty. Staff amazingly friendly. Lovely village. Parking at rear and excellent outside space. The merlot is excellent as well. Rooms available

Fantastic, friendly, engaging service from Jade and fabulous, delicious food, really looked after well, booked table all ready for us and a heater on to keep us warm, even our dog was fussed over and offered a biscuit. It's every bit as good as it ever was but better with the refurbishment. We will be back again next time we are staying in the area. Highly recommend .

Waited a while to be told out stater was sold out. Re ordered. Husband was served his starter and had almost finished before I got mine. Such a shame as the food was good quality. Poor service let the evening be spoiled

Had a lovely Sunday dinner, plenty of meat and vegetables. £13.95 for one course or 2 courses for £16.95. Unfortunately I was too full for a pud 😆

Great food, headed there for lunch today, had a fantastic steak. Guy behind the bar was very happy to make sure everything was 100%. Well worth heading to Hummanby from Reighton Sands just for this place.

Stopped off at this little gem of a pub while camping 🏕️ in Filey, was just going to have a drink, but upon seeing the food that was coming out of the kitchen decided to eat as well, so glad we did, the food was lovely, all fresh and very tasty, Will definitely be returning on our next visit to Filey, just what the area needs, a great pub doing fantastic food 👌👌👌

We had a lovely meal at the White Swan. It was recommended in the guest book where we were staying and it did not disappoint at all! We all had a warm welcome, including our dog. The service was friendly, suitably paced and not overbearing but very friendly! The pub is so light and open inside but still feels cosy and welcoming. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the food. My daughter (normally a bit of a picky eater) ordered the 10oz gammon and absolutely demolished it, and there was nothing left on either of the other plates. The food is served piping hot and is extremely tasty. We left with full tummies, big smiles and a booking to return in a couple of days! We would definitely recommend

Didn't stay at the hotel, only went for Sunday lunch but it was very tasty and lots of variety on all menus. Service was decent and there was a very good atmosphere.

We stumbled across this place in search for some food, we were very pleasantly surprised with what we found. Jade and Emily were really friendly, professional and polite, the food was delicious, there were 7 of us so we had ordered quite a few of the options on the menu. My husband is a chef by trade and not easily impressed but he was happy, we could tell the food was all homemade. Would definitely return if we were in the area again. Food was beautiful and hot. Service was good. We had the mixed grill and the scampi. Then had two sticky toffee puddings. We will be back soon. 😁

Stopped off as passing, food signs outside. Sitting area at the front looking at the village church or extra new seating area to the back with fontoon lights. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. Husbands mixed grill- said it was the best he’d had and cooked to perfection, I had the steak ale pie- best Iv had also. Didn’t have room for dessert. Lots of choice on the menu.

Looked online to see a nice pub with a good menu so took my family for a meal. We turned up to be told they are not serving food anymore. Very disappointed and they need to update the website so no one has a wasted trip.

Popped in for lunch whilst on our way to Filey. This is a real gem. Really friendly staff and locals. Our dog made himself at home. We had steak in ale pie. It was a good sized portion really good quality. For a non-local, we loved it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Would recommend.
