Best chips in the UK. Always always always soft, tasty and just perfect. Donner = love it, though I think it’s the chips that make the Donner taste nice Cod = nice, nothing special but worth having because of the chips Portions: are HUGE. And prices are very reasonable. This is my favourite fish and chip shop in London.

food came on time and was still lovely and hot and fresh and really enjoyed, chips were the best , cod was really nice , and the family enjoyed their kebabs. Will order again

Ordered a fish burger hoping it would come in the soft buns they use for chip bun, instead for a soggy burger bun with wiltered lettuce and tasteless battered fish that soon gave me a bad stomach. A shame as their cod is usually lovely and chips.

The chips are very fresh, food is not greasy and chilli sauce is super! Their service is top notch too.

The worst! Late! Then the driver dropped the food on the ground outside and still had the cheek to try and deliver it! I refused the order and put in a claim for a full refund which I am waiting for now. Worst never ordering from here again. bad service all round.

Firstly the delivery driver didn’t know where we lived, which is fine but I gave him directions. I had to ring him 3 times to find out where he was & then had to walk to find him. He just had to continue driving straight for 2 mins to find me. The food was cold & was inedible. I am normally a fan but will not be ordering from here again. Will be seeking a refund.

Food tasty but was expecting Lamb Doner to be served without Tomato ketchup as stated this on comments box, to be served separately. Actually tomato ketchups were served separately as well but did not want sauce to be on kebab. All good otherwise.

Food was delicious. Amazing portions. Got free onion rings too. Definitely reccommend to people.

Cod was ok but batter was stuck to the top of the box. Fish cakes were good. Beef burger didn't have much flavour to it.

Good friendly place, been coming to this place for ages and the quality has always been good. Food is decent, average, it's the homemade chilli sauce that elevates it a level. Chips are nice, thick and freshly cut.

When I ate my food I had realised the saveloy was spoilt. When I called to complain they said they hadn’t had any complaints that day about it so I was lying. Staff were very rude and hygiene was not great.

Didn't receive drinks with order. Require a compensation.

Nearly 2 hours I waited for my food. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times no answer. Food was cold when I got it and the quality was poor. Chips were horrible.

Food was not said when outside, apparently the guy was waiting outside for 15 minutes but I didn't know I that I don't have a phone call and there was no knock at the door. Poor service completely

I don't often use this fish and chip shop they always seen to have an attitude with me, or ignore me and always feel they are doing me a favour serving me, still, I bought two chicken and mushroom pies and and a portion and chips, the pies had to be thrown away, probably a couple of days old reheated, pastry was rock hard, wasn't the normal Puka Pie taste I'm used too.

Had skate and small chips the skate covered the whole plate and the small chips would serve at least two people.

Really bad. The food wasn't great but OK, but the service was really shoddy. Order was confirmed quickly and out for delivery 15 minutes before the ETA. According to the app, it was delivered just in time (latest ETA. Got a call 20 minutes later saying something wasn't available and that the order was about to leave. They claimed to have only received the order 30 minutes earlier. In total, 2.5 hours from ordering to delivery. We were advised by the restaurant to order directly from them by phone in future (as if the delay was our fault because we ordered through JustEat).

This is the place where i have been eating from last two years as though am an international student i feel like eating a South Indian homely food ..staff are very friendly over there..they are very kind aswell. Service is very fast.... There is guy who serves very fresh and well cooked food.. & That guy is me😁😁😁 who am referring to...i have worked there before.... But sincerely i can say *WHITE HORSE FISHERIES* Is only king in East London for fresh fish , chips and our wings are juicy🤤🤤🤤 Please visit us and try our food then you will continue buying it every day when you are hungry.... Salad fresh and crisp. I love the flavour of their donor kebab. It’s my favourite. Fat English Chips are great. Highly recommend. Especially since order over £10 is free delivery atm.

The food was oily and greasy. The oil tasted like it needed to be changed. Most of the food was cold. The burger dry. The roll was dry. The fish batter tasted oily. The fish was brown and not white not even the cat would eat it. Big mistake never ever ordering from here again. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered large donor n chips. I love their donor meat flavour. It’s definitely the best in East Ham. Good portion size. I only had half. Fresh crispy salad. Fat yummy chips. I would definitely order from here again. I’ve had fish n chips before. Generous portion, mum split the portion then too.

Food is soo good and cheap, large portions, wings and kebab meat are delicious shame ordering online is expensive through uber just eat etc with £4.50 delivery fee!

Not just cold…. Freezing cold … paid £4.00 for delivery.. said it was here and didn’t get to me until 15 mins after they’d said it had been delivered…

The delivery was due by 5.40 which still gave them nearly a hr from placing order the food showed up at 6.30pm although the restaurant called me at 6pm and said it would be 10mins,, the food was luke warm but the fish was still very tasty the chips were to cold to eat I won't be using this restaurant again oh and just to say it should take about 15mins to get to my house from the restaurant by car

I can understand that snow caused delays, but to be told, sorry the order would get to me in 20 minutes when it came almost 50 minutes instead Food wasn’t even warm had to re warm the food in the microwave which you know makes chips feel and taste funny. Will not be ordering from this establishment again. Don’t understand why it took so long when the chip shop is less than a mile from my home. Was starving by the time the food came didn’t even enjoyed the food even though I warmed up in microwave.

I'm a regular yet the £3.50 delivery charge I'm not happy with so we ay go else where.

Ordered food after reading very good reviews, I ordered at 5:05pm called the place at 6:15 said 20 mins I did not receive the food u till 7:08pm beyond a joke the food was freezing so did not enjoy anything. I do not recommend!! 2 hours for delivery when they are only a 10 min drive away.

Doner meat was tasty and so were the chips. Portion size was good too. Food could've been a bit warmer. Delivery time was pretty quick.

I came in at 11:30pm last night and was greeted by a friendly member of staff. The customer service was first class and the food was also very delicious for a reasonable price. I will definitely return and reccomend.

Chips with kebab meat was awful, chips under kebab meat, drenched in kebab grease and chilli sauce. Chips are supposed to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Cod batter had stuck to box lid and come away from fish, very dis-appointing from a usually good shop. Must do better.
