I must caveat this review by stating I went to the restaurant at around 22:30. Unfortunately, the pastry shown in the picture seemed somewhat stale. The Moussaka was served cold, which isn't what I'm used to, but the staff happily warmed it for me. That said, the flavour was still a little lacking, I've certainly had better. The Kiwi, honey and lemon juice wasn't pleasant either. The drink certainly wasn't mixed well, evident from the honey coagulating at the bottom of the glass. The Kneffeh, however, was delicious! One of the best I've had in a long while.

This bustling local spot is a vibe! Think Arabic tunes, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere for a group dinner with friends. The starters are the real stars here. Imagine melt-in-your-mouth soujok (£7.75), delicious mutabbal baba ganoush (£6.85), hummus (£6.15), fresh tabbouleh (£6.85), labneh (£4.95) and a soul warming chicken soup (£5.45). We were a bit disappointed with some of the mains - the mixed fish grill (£28.95) platter wasn’t as fresh as we hoped, and the roasted chicken (£19.95) was a tad dry. However the shish taouk (£18.95), mixed grill (£20.95) and Kibbeh Saynieh (£18.5) served with tzaziki was incredible! The tzaziki was bursting with fresh mint - SO good! Overall: Come for the amazing starters and lively atmosphere, but be prepared for a mixed bag when it comes to the mains. Price ££ Halal and vegan options available! There was no heating while outside is near 0C.... Charged £18 for kebab meat and some salad and 1 wrap(mentioned as bread), only because was served on the plate?!?! Wasnt even fresh,wasnt even warm enough... Joke....

We had a fabulous meal here after a visit to the Excel centre nearby. We were speaking to the security guards who recommended the place and we were glad as it lived up to expectations. We found the food very good value, with nice friendly service, very quick for the set meal options which were great.

We arrived with ten people without a reservation. Fortunately there was still room. The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the food and drinks. However, the desserts could certainly be better. The baklava was quite dry and not very tasty, and the other desserts weren't great either. The main course, on the other hand, was excellent. We thought the prices were a bit on the high side, but that may be normal in an area with so many hotels.

Arrived nearly 1 hour 50 minutes late very out of character for the restaurant. Between the 2 party’s they are responsible restaurant allowed Just Eat deliver food that sat on a counter for over a hour. No real way to complain I understood if I cancelled the order I still have to pay the full price.

Food was good but the waitress had to be a little more polite

The waiter did not explain anything and was an absolute knobhead. Tried scamming us by trying to charge us for extra pita bread (we did not order this). Even after we paid the bill, tried to gaslight us saying we didn't pay a portion of it. Bad experience.

Food served looked like left overs from someone else. What a shame to Lebanese. Avoid.

Food's good but the service is ugly. For the prices they are charging, the service could have been better. They need some professional waiters who knows to communicate well with customers.

They serve really nice fresh juice. Great ambience and lovely customer service from Marwa, they made us feel welcome and gave complementary desert at the end too.

We had dinner here few days ago and all was perfect. From service to the food quality. Please, note that their prices are not low. For a casual dinner, it’s going to cost at least £30/40 each.

Ordered on Uber eats was so delicious

Sadly on this occasion the food was terrible and we had to throw most of it out. The chicken liver was bland and did not have the sharp taste of lemons which it is known for. The leg of lamb was oversalted and tasted bad. Will never reordered again.

If you’re a fan of lamb, this Lebanese place is an absolute paradise! I don’t understand why some of the reviews are so negative. We came here three times in one week because we were so impressed! It was always packed with customers so we knew the food must have been good. I’m glad we ignored the bad reviews. Plus, it was conveniently located right next to our hotel. The food here is truly exceptional. Everything was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the roasted lamb, the shawarma hummus, and the lamb shawarma with lamb rice as a side. Every bite was incredible! The dishes are cooked to perfection, with rich spices and tender meat that left us craving more. The service was also outstanding. The staff were fast, attentive, and incredibly kind, always ensuring we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. One unique highlight is that they don’t serve alcohol (We were a bit disappointed at first) but they allow you to bring your own alcohol (We had a bottle of wine, there is a little grocery store next door so we got a bottle for about 8 pounds and they provide glasses. So it’s a win-win. If you’re looking for delicious food, fantastic service, and a relaxed atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

food was mostly very good. one of the best fattoush salads I ever had. Chicken soup is very similar to the one in my culture (Portugal) and I loved it. The garlic sauce is unreal, as expected. the lamb wrap was a bit disappointing due to the quality of the meat and also because it was cold. I'll probably order again at some point and maybe try something different

Had a brilliant meal here. Set menu for 2 came with some great meze dishes: the hummus, tabouleh and sausage were some of the highlights. Followed by the mixed grills - meats were perfectly cooked and juicy, with great condiments and picked vegetables. To top it off, the baklava was the best I've ever tasted - so buttery and moreish. The perfect finish to a great meal, at good value too. I will be back here in a heartbeat.

Worst service ever!! Really grumpy couple running the show!! From the moment we walked in, to paying, the lady was incredibly rude and totally grumpy!!

The wraps were soggy and tasteless, rice was great the chips were put in airtight container and were cold and wet had to reheat them and add salt this is the first time standards dropped

Great relaxed atmosphere. We had calamari and prawn starter. For mains we had shawarma lamb and chicken and some Lebanese rice. All of the food was fantastic and very tasty. Pricing was reasonable for London. Highly recommend this restaurant.

No sauces were sent with the order which is not right

Came here when working at the ExCeL. Ordered the set menu for 2 which was absolutely delicious, with perfect portion sizes and lots of variety. The only negative was that because a different member of staff cleared our mains they obviously then forgot us, as took another 40mins for waitress to come back to us, and then was because she thought we were waiving for bill rather than to ask for dessert (which was very sweet but delicious)

The Sea food mix grill of salmon and prawns with rice was absolutely delicious and I would recommend that to anyone! The price is worth it for one person!

If possible, try and avoid this place. The food is grossly overpriced for what it’s worth and the service isn’t really great either. If you’re gonna pay 18-22£ for a main then you’d expect the food to taste good but it really honestly doesn’t. I don’t like hating on restaurants, as you can see in my other reviews, because a lot of hard work goes into maintaining these places but the food here just was not good at all. The ambience is nice but if I wanted a nice ambience I’d have gone to a museum.

The shawarma I ordered turned out to be a very solid dish, full of flavor and the aroma of bold spices. The experience is enhanced by the sides, like pickled turnip and peppers, as well as a fantastic yogurt-garlic sauce. The service seemed a bit in their own world, but there was no sense of a negative attitude.

Great location. Went in spontaneously and was expecting an enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, this was not the case as I developed some tummy troubles after the meal. Music is much too loud. So very disappointed 😞

Having never dined at a Lebanese restaurant before, I was excited to try this place, and it definitely did not disappoint. I started with the sausage appetiser, which was amazing—a symphony of rich tomato flavor unlike anything I’ve tasted before. The main course was also delicious, with the unique seasoning truly standing out. The staff were welcoming, polite, and provided excellent service, making the overall experience even better. Would definitely eat here again even though it’s a little pricey.

I am back at this wonderful place, I was greeted by Marwa excellent service and chef Youssef did his magic with the unbeatable menu, Kastaleta Lamb, sides of kibbeh shimeyah and falafel and to finish, a delicious mixed wrap. Will continue to visit this great place 5/5!

We went to dine in but had to pop out as they don't serve shawarma wraps after 4 which is quite weird.. it's only available for takeaway..

Take care: The menu at the door is outdated (by accident of course 😜) Prices inside are higher plus an obligatory 12% service fee. That summed up to 25% more for me. Food tasted well.

Disappointed as ate in the restaurant but was served the food wrapped as though for a takeaway and overcharged for it as well.

We cannot say enough about this lovely place. Ahmed was very attentive really looked after us..incredibly delicious food in generous portions gives excellent value. The mixed juices were so refreshing on a hot evening. We left feeling very happy. I would to recommend to our friends and anyone.

I really wanted to love this place, the atmosphere and the staff are lovely, but the food just wasn't great. I had the lamb shank which was cooked nicely but was so bland all you could taste was the super thick gravy it was smothered in. The pilaf it was served with had meat mixed with it which just wasn't to my liking. My husband ordered the mix fish grill which he didn't like much, apart from every mouthful having lots of bones, it was again under seasoned and slightly overcooked. It was also overpriced given the quality of the meal. The chicken wing starters were nice, the prawns were one of the better things we had.

The food is very little and very expensive, and the drinks are very small and expensive
