DO NOT EAT, the staff were extremely rude to me and the food gave me food poisoning. i ordered here on the 15th of nov.. TERRIBLE i would rate 0 if i could

I was frustrated at the service from here. The staff gave me so much attitude for asking for nachos that I had to leave it. And just bought the burrito which they filled up so much the wrap was broken.

I visited here and was served wet and cold chicken tacos. When I politely asked for it to be remade, I was given two tortillas and told to make it myself and charge me for extra for having to use extra protein. The customer service is horrible here and the staff are rude and incompetent. I would not recommend.

A great fast food restaurant in the O2 arena. This is a great place to get a quick, large and reasonably priced meal before attending a concert.

I recently tried the mexican bowl dish for first time in my life and it was really amazing.The bowl was packed with fresh flavourful ingredients. I truly recommend this restaurant and the staffs was very friendly, Ruban and Shafna they were really friendly and guided me in the mixers and all. Must try !!!!!!!

Really liked the serive and the attitude of the staffs. Especially Shafna and Ruben, they have suggested the bowl, one of the best Mexican dishes I had. I would definitely recommend this if you want to go for Mexican food.

Nuestras bebidas tardaron bastante en llegar para empezar. El principal problema, sin embargo, era lo básico que era la comida. Los entrantes de chile de ternera no eran nada impresionantes. Fuimos a almorzar y esperamos demasiado tiempo para sentarnos, así como para que nos tomaran la orden. Después de comer nuestros entrantes tratamos de pedir los platos principales, pero el camarero (que podría ser el gerente o el dueño del lugar porque estaba tratando de organizar el caos en el restaurante) nos dijo que no podía tomar nuestros pedidos porque la parrilla estaba llena y que deberíamos haber pedido los platos principales junto con los entrantes, lo que implica que éramos los equivocados. Enfatizo que por absurdo que haya sido, nadie en el equipo del restaurante nos dio la orientación para pedir todos los platos a la vez. Para concluir, la camarera que nos trajo nuestras bebidas fue especialmente grosera al contestarme cuando señalé que habíamos pedido tres y no dos cervezas. Me pareció adecuado informar a la camarera ya que no era la misma que tomaba nuestras órdenes pero su respuesta fue: “Solo tengo dos manos” Realmente recomiendo no un lugar donde el empleado no es capaz de gestionar la alta demanda de los clientes, cuando la presión subterránea no son capaces de mantener una actitud educada y, por último, pero no menos importante, no son capaces de tomar en cuenta el interés de los clientes de una manera profesional

The shop is too hot for eating. The portion for food is too little, with everything just one scoop. And no reason for chasing the customers where there is no queue.

American size portion. Reliable flavors. It’s a great place to grab food for a riverside picnic. As with all Chipotles, late diners are left with less options.

I recently visited chipotle north Greenwich with my friend . Me and my friends are very happy with the service and the food quality. Especially the staff name is Liju Varghese I think he is one of the service managers. Me and my friends like his way of service especially his kindness and communication 👍…. Excellent service . My first time trying chipotle (the North Greenwhich branch) and i will definitely be a regular visitor. The burrito bowl was prepared quickly and tasted amazing, highly recommend!! I was served by Suad whose kindness and positivity made the experience much more enjoyable.

It was my first time here at O2 Chipotle, I wasn’t expecting much but as soon as I can in the team was smiling and welcoming me, it looked complicated but a manager called Liju talked me through the options and helped allot. Whenever I want Chipotle I make sure I visit this exact branch as Suad is such an amazing hard worker who has a positive attitude when helping me. The chicken bowl is my go to! 10/10 every time I buy it no matter how busy it may be.

I had an amazing meal experience at Chipotle recently. It was a comfortable setting for a supper because of the welcoming and well-kept decor. This place gets five stars simply because of the service. My server was Tamara and she was absolutely wonderful, she was so attentive and so helpful. There are very good vegetarian options too and she went through them with me which also added to my experience. Will be back and I really do recommend.

Yesterday, I visited Chipotle for the first time and had a great experience. I was a bit confused about the menu, but a friendly staff member named Ritul explained everything to me with such patience. Despite the restaurant being busy, he made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even swapped my warm drink for a cold one. The food was delicious, and Ritul’s excellent service really stood out. I’ll definitely be back

I was at the basketball match yesterday and it was so lovely seeing the team out however i was served by the sweetest muslim lady. I believe her name is Tamara or something like that but her service was exceptional and she helped me so much! Will definitely be visiting the main store soon xx

I came here once to grab a quick bite to eat whilst making my burrito the portions were ridiculously small like half scoops, then I soon found out that they had no guacamole left which should have been mentioned before I started my order because I wouldn’t have ordered knowing this before hand. However I thought I would give it another chance which I did and this time the food made me really unwell… I am a massive fan of chipotle however this branch is extremely below par compared to others in regards to service and portion sizes.. I would not recommend there are a lot better places to eat inside the O2.

The tiniest, and saddest portion of “salad” I had in a while. Got charged for Guac though they didn’t put it on (only realized later). For £12 I’ll go somewhere else for lunch from now on.

Horrible service. The lady preparing my order seemed in a lot of hurry and was skipping all the steps. The taco was sloppy. Didn’t even ask me what I want added. Completely slipped the rice and beans, and put a measely spoon of veggies. Why are you serving if you can’t do the job properly? I generally like chipotle food. But the staff here is ruining it and really needs to be trained how to serve.

Gave me a massive stomach ache. Couldn't hear the women serving at all, she ended up giving me the wrong thing and then they charged me extra for guacamole when I originally wanted the vege salad which came with free guac. They didn't even ask me if I wanted a replacement salad they just said sorry and made me to pay for the thing I didn't ask for.

Eten was goed sfeer minder. We kwamen er op een vrijdagavond omdat we geen zin meer hadden het centrum in te gaan. 1 man aan een tafel en nog twee andere stelletjes. We namen een steak en pasta. Prima eten goed op smaak en snel aan tafel gebracht. Prima. Echter tijdens ons hoofdgerecht gingen de andere stellen weg en zag je de verveling bij de rest van het personeel. Uiteindelijk mochten ze gaan opruimen. M.a.w. zaten wij te eten en vond er om ons heen opruim werkzaamheden plaats. Ze keken ook, voor ons gevoel, naar de tafel of we al klaar waren en de heer regelmatig op zijn horloge. Nog even een toetje naar binnengewerkt want inmiddels voelde we echt de ogen naar ons kijken. Van we willen dicht. Jammer hoor. Je hebt al niet veel klanten die dag en die dan komen jaag je eigenlijk weg. Er werd niet eens gevraagd of we koffie wilde…..ik had al gezien dat dat apparaat helemaal uit elkaar was geweest en schoon was, dus ja….vul zelf maar in. 1 keer en nooit weer. En denk niet die komen nooit meer….dit was ons vierde jaar op rij dat we hier verbleven. Maar dit restaurant was echt een teleurstelling. Ik Denk dat ze gemakkelijk omzet maken door het execution center en lui geworden zijn. Het is namelijk 1 van de weinige restaurants in de directe omgeving.

Tacos and meat were cold. Spoke to staff and manager who didn’t offer any solutions and kept saying it’s because of the sauces. Not true I had no cold additions. They are using hot water to heat the food containers and it’s not adequate. Really unpleasant meal.

With plenty of choices within the O2, my friend decided to opt for something quick so headed to Chipotle. Lunch was a chicken burrito. Although the scoop of protein, rice and beans was disappointing, the salad, sour cream, cheese kind of made up for it. At one point, the manager or supervisor was staring at the huge pile of ingredients on the tortilla wrap. The trainee staff was struggling to wrap the burrito up! Despite it being lunch time, it was fairly quiet. There was a good choice of table and chairs, and a clean disabled toilet. Plenty of wooden cutlery and napkins too. Tasty tortilla chips but the burrito tasted very salty.

I took a group of 10 here whilst we were working at an exhibition. The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived so we had no problem getting seated. I ordered the chicken burger which was luke warm and actually quite a small burger. Fries came with it and that was it, no garnish or anything. For £19 I didn’t think it was very good value. Pint of Guinness £8.30. Back at our hotel most thought the food was ok but no more than that. We spent £500 of which £50 was a tip.

The time I've spent at Chipotle has multiplied in a month. The combination of tasty food and great service from a cohesive team, you couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you to all of them, I will definitely keep coming to this specific place in the O2 and bring friends and family with me !

We didn’t queue for long (we were at the O2 for an event and everywhere else was rammed, huge queues and my 4 year old was getting frustrated), food was made quickly and was tasty. Sitting outside meant my daughter could eat her snacks without being bothered and I could chill out. Not fancy but an easy win when things are hectic.

£8.50 for a tiny wrap? Also asked for green chilli salsa, the lady put any barely there, was disappointed considering that this another chain that the Americans hype up!

I paid £13 for the smallest Burrito, I understand that if you wanted extra toppings, certain choices you would have to pay for, but an extra £4 for guacamole I could not justify and that was definitely needed in this dry burrito and they know that without the guacamole it wouldn't taste as nice so that's why they want to charge £4. I ordered 2, one for myself, one for my sister, I only received one. What a joke. And my order wasn't even long. A bowl of salad with 2 burritos, not that hard. Won't be ordering from here again, as I've now experienced, small independent run businesses will serve you better food and not charge you an arm and leg. Thank you Chipotle.

I should of wrote this review months ago, but you know it was a bad experience when I still remember it like yesterday. I went into here with my girlfriend and we were served side by side by having a worker attend to us separately - we went down the row telling them what we wanted, at the end, the results of each of our burritos was substantially different, my girlfriends one was very large compared to mine, mine you could barely call a medium. When I looked up at the worker attending to me, she laughed with the most disgusting smirk on her face almost as if she was about to laugh out loud, she also had strained eyes like as if she's high on something. As a customer paying for a service/food, I would expect fairness in portions, everyone's experience should be the same. I do not know the name of this worker, but she was a young Indian woman, late 20s, average height, slim. I will be visiting again just to find out the name of this worker the next time I am nearby. I would recommend speaking up about unfairness here because if you're a mister nice guy, you will be taken as a fool.

I had a disgusting service not long ago at this chipotle, my boyfriend was served a pathetic amount in his burrito, next time I will make it very clear I don't want to be served by that woman again.

I loved everything about this place. First of all the FOOD!! I had a chicken burrito and it was an explosion of flavour. I added chips and guacamole to the meal and it was the beat guacamole I had in a very long time. Chipotle is always so consistent and the team there was fantastic! Thanks!

The wait totally worth it! I came with my family to the show today, and the queue at chipotle got my attention. This was my first time at Chipotle O2 and I was delighted by the fresh food and those crispy chips, which according to the server are a new recipe. I had to wait a little bit but I would do it again!! The staff was also very friendly and genuine when interacting with myself and son. To be honest a very good choice of healthier food in the Peninsula Square! :)
