Wheelhouse in Nottingham

Stopped here today for lunch,very friendly helpfull staff.food and service was very good and nothing was too much trouble.pub is an absolute credit to greene king and we will return.thanks team wheelhouse for a lovely vist

Came in for some food, had a steak medium and it was amazing, got myself a pint from what I assume was the manager and he was funny and quick to serve me and some friends, great place to have a quick bite to eat and have a few drinks with friends

It’s a typical Green King Hungry Horse pub. There is plenty of parking outside. On a hot day they have a beer garden with a lot of table benches. Inside there is a lot of tables to have food at. There is also a more traditional pub section to have a drink or play a game of pool in. A lot of the seating and tables are starting to look worn out and the venue would benefit from a refreshment.

Only 3 or 4 kids high chairs in the pub, my 19 month old had to eat his dinner sat on my knee as none were available.

Got brought the wrong food out. Had to eat it as my daughter who has Asd was getting irritable and didn't have time to complain when we were in the restaurant.

Always a good atmosphere with friendly staff, cheap and cheerful as a Greene King should be. Pub quizzes and a pool table. Food is good most of the time, sometimes out of stock and sometimes the wrong food lol but they’re quick to sort and portions are good. The only thing that isn’t good but it’s the same for all Greene Kings are the chicken wings.

Kids were running around all over the place but the food was lovely and the staff is brilliant and lovely I loved our visit

Came here for a family meal. Such a well run little place. Amazing service, food was on the table in 10 minutes. Well cooked. Even treated ourselves to the dessert.Thoroughly reccomended.

Fantastic we booked for 28 people for christmas dinner The table setting was great putting us all together The starters all came out fast a d food was great, Dinner came and it was big, every was so happy with their dinner the staff was so tentative always there to help. The sweets all came together, you will not beat the price and value anywhere. A BIG THANKS TO THE MANAGER AND HIS STAFF

The manager Pete is always willing to go above and beyond for customers. The place, is perfect for a quiet drink or a family meal. Definitely worth a visit!

We came here after my 30th celebration the night before, all slightly worse for wear. The staff were lovely, jovial, and kind - The food was just what we needed and hit the spot, and it was a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Some great breakfast deals too that meant it stayed quite cheap - like the orange juice and a coffee combo (great hangover cure!)

This place is shocking! The food was that bad it's indescribable. Couldn't eat the roast beef, it was that sinewy and chewy. Roast potatoes were like bullets. The mashed potatoes tasted like Smash! My grandson ordered medium rare steak...it arrived burnt and like rubber. The person serving was rude, cold and didn't even crack a smile. There's £70 down the drain!

Visited this location on Friday 29th November for an old school class reunion meal. Visited before and not disappointed this time. Food arrived timely, hot, with a smile and directions where to find utensils xmand a full aray of sauces and condiments. In addition, 2 classic meals are set at £12.50, a saving of £6, dependent on meals selected.

pete and , his team are friendly and approachable. The food is great value along with the drinks and the atmosphere is always on point accommodating dogs families and every different age group it’s a first class pub and I’d highly recommend it!

Came for Sunday lunch, the customer service was immaculate and all the staff where super friendly. The food was a 100/10 loved it!

Went with my partner to the Wheelhouse to have Sunday lunch. Both had the topside beef deal with a drink. Very nice food and a timely service too.

Extremely noisy which was mainly young males shouting at the TV. Had an issue with the roast potatoes, very hard and barely warm. Everything else ok.
