Didn’t get my full order and no one answers the phone

Avoid avoid! Customer service is so bad there was a girl staff name Emily she is so rude and with me I just asked her can you repeat your answer I couldn’t get you and she got angry and was throwing the bread on the the table and when I said what is this then she told me get out from here I don’t recommend to go there the staff very rude

Just two staff on tonight, they were incredible, still remained friendly and efficient even with a massive queue and online orders streaming through, keep up the great work guys 👍

Wow, just 2 staff on tonight and credit to them they were brilliant. How they manage to stay upbeat and keep up with making amazing foot longs is beyond me. Well done guys thanks for the great service 👍

The two members of staff working at this moment of time was absolutely delightful, very friendly , very cheerful and fast surface and our subs was delicious, will be coming here every time, the best one I have been to and the restaurant was spotless 😁😁😁😁😁

Service was quick and friendly and the subs were of the same standard you would find across the rest of the franchise.

This store used to do a family meal deal and then all of a sudden just stopped and to be honest it was all very sneaky how I was not made aware of this once I was ready to pay and was therefore already committed. I think it's an absolute disgrace, as if you are not making enough millions of pounds of profit already. You have officially lost mine and my families customs!

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! Don't bother ordering for delivery here, we did a pre order. They had about an hour and half to know what they was making. Yet missed a foot long of the order so 1 person had to go without. Shocking service. Needs shutting down. They have no care for customers at all. Make way for something better cause pointless even being there if the staff can't do their job right. Honestly AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! WASTE OF SPACE !!!

Watched as they placed new food on old food. God knows how long that had been there bit don't plan on going back as the food hygiene was abysmal

Had ordered many a time and.alway came on time and orders been correct. Except one today 31st October, but they did say to claim.back of just eat , or pop up to get my sides we didn't receive. Give the female staff they sorted it and even gave us a little extra for our inconvenience. They work really hard here I could see and easily missed a side I think.too much work..but they manage and coped thankyou ladies.

Top valley subway I visit every Saturday and Sunday the staff run like a military operation i Go there because the staff and food are great 😃

Not the best service or sandwich quality this visit. Won't put me off going back but staff need to concentrate on their task at hand and focus on customer service.

Locked the doors five minutes before closing time. If you shut at eight stay open until then, management be prepared to pay staff until they finish, not make them shut up early to get things done.

Staff is so rude as soon as you walk in they tell you they are close the question is why you serving the customer before me?And its 19:57!!

Slow service, took so long the subway was cold by the time it was made. Staff really disorganised

Superb food .staff a d ambience

I've always enjoyed subway but think that the new toasties melt menu is not clear enough if you have a toastie you can't have salad choice on there.

Spme of people who work there are not very educated to say the least. I asked for an order I had a month ago and the lady just saying the equivalent of "computer says no". No real justification or resolution (and there way many ways to offer resolution) I don't like treating people like robots but you will go crazy if you treat some of these people like humans.

The restaurant itself was very empty and a dull atmosphere. Expensive but good food.

Ordered food for my whole family through uber eats. Order summary was clear as day, no sauce mentioned whatsoever, yet they send a footlong sandwich literally covered in sauce. Rang the store and all she could tell me was sorry but you'll just have to claim a refund through uber eats. No offering to make another to be collected, just a 'nothing we can do attitude' . I understand mistakes happen but when you've got it in front of you, clear as day on a ticket, how hard can it be to get it right?

Popped in this morning to have some lunch and recieved amazing customer service from Ania. Ania was very accommodating and friendly and even went to the back to get me a drink that they didn't currently have in the fridges. As we were checking out Ania also helped us get the most for our money by selling us some cookies and drinks to get the family meal which also saved us a couple of quid 😊

absolutely sick of this place now, I literally wont order again, every time I do there items missing, its cold, not toasted or with cheese, so sauce, doesn't matter how any notes I put on the order, people just ignore it. just annoying!

Bang on.. Only had a steak and cheese bite and garlic bread with cheese. Filled a hole for less then £2.50! Very friendly staff..

I only gave 1 star as there is no option for zero stars. Absolutely appalling attitude and staff hygiene. Manageress has the audacity to tell us to get out as they have a 6 guests max policy, fair enough but there was already 12 people in there and after we waited to go in a further 6 people came in behind and she said nothing. er mask was under her chin and when we asked for her to raise it she didn't. Staff in the kitchens didn't have a mask on. Absolutely disgusting

This is THE best Subway I have ever been to. Staff are really friendly, they are so customer focussed, nothing is too much for them. They always make the best sandwiches. They remember their regular customers orders as well. 100% the best in the UK.

Went in ordered veggie delight, saw the new starter put the toppings on, but Once I got home, half of the topping had gone and sauce!! Note to staff, if you put so much lettuce on the subway, toppings on top of it and then sauce, it will result in a mess, unable to cut in half and half of the toppings pushed out of the bread! The driest sub I have ever had!

Nice food (same as most Subways), good service, and conveniently next to Tesco

Tried the veggie meatballs for the first time, however a bit disappointing, but other Subs I have are usually nice, lack of napkins in the restaurant to grab for yourself, customer service is good and friendly and straight to the point

Good fast service by the staff, table's and general area was nice and clean, couldn't fault the food it was delicious, even tried a couple of those new toasted bites, very taisty thank you.

Used to br good now it got worse. When ever I visit this place the tables are still dirty so i can forget about eating inside. Staff is very slow and not very friendly, you can tell by their body language. The fridge where you can see all the vegetables is not always full, you may want to have eggs but they dont have it cuz no one prepared it. There are far more better subways in Nottingham and this specific area to go to rather than this one.

Used to be really good here, however since the staff have changed the service is slow and quite poor.. I ordered a salad bowl and had to tell them several times what I wanted, despite wanting all salad except for olives and spinach.. portions have gotten a lot smaller too. That being said, the quality of the food is just as good as before, which is a plus

The Top Valley branch in Nottingham is the best subway I have visited. The staff are friendly and helpful. They remember their customers and go above and beyond in their service. I regularly get asked how my family are. Well done. 😀

One of the worst I've been to. Dirty, staff ignoring you (Didn't think that was possible) etc dirty bowls used to measure the chicken had to point that out. Truly appalling

Most of the time this Subway is very good however I have visited several Sundays in a row and the staff (similar each week) are so slow it's unreal.

My local Subway, has everything you would expect. Great for a quick bite on the go! This branch is a s good as any other Subway I've been too. Service tends to be decent and food freshness and quality is always very good.

As always an excellent place for a sub sandwhich. The top valley Subway also has the edition of carrot as part of the salad selection! Bonus!

What's not to like about this place, conveniently located beside Tesco meaning you can pop in without having to pay or park a mile away which is the case with most Subways. Food is pretty much the same as any Subway.

Service normally good here.However today there was not 1 clean table in there.I used a voucher where I had to buy a dispensed drink in order to get a sub free.However the dispenser only had iced tea!!Very poor today subway.

One of the better subways, provides your usual subway meals but you won't get any of the national offers (like free 6" sub day) due to it being a franchise. Good friendly staff who are always willing to chat

Always clean, staff well turned out and friendly. 12’ Meatball sub always nice and hot and you can add exactly what you want on it. I wish I could make their ‘hearty Italian” rolls they are so nice!
