Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen in Hammersmith and Fulham

Had some time to kill after shopping in Westfield. Popped in and asked a very friendly girl behind the bar for a large NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Didn’t really catch how much she said and just tapped my card, no receipt but then I didn’t ask for one. On checking today I have been charged £16.10 for this glass of wine. Now I am all for anyone making a profit and yes this is London but would have expected not have paid anymore than £12 tops. On checking their website I can see I have been charged about double for this. So really annoyed and upset I didn’t pay more attention but you know what lesson learned. Avoid at all cost unless you really want to be ripped off

Lovely spot to watch the football, always well looked after by Mads, who is really attentive and efficient, serves with a lovely smile, and the rest of the team are great too!

My husband and young daughter are lovers of football and as there aren’t many places to watch the football for families they went to Westwood sports pub and kitchen. The customer where lively and happy to watch the match, unfortunately there where staff that were unfriendly and rude. My husband didn’t book a both or table so him and my daughter were standing while watching the match. He ordered drinks but had to stand and some unprofessional staff where getting annoyed with my young daughter as she had nowhere to stand with her Large drink without getting in there way. Today my husband tried to book a both after last week. When the call was answered my husband asked to book a both. He was asked how many guest and he informed there maybe two. The lady on the phone said you can’t book only two in a both, so my husband as me if my and our son would join him and my daughter to which I said yes. He told the lady on the phone there would be four and she rudely said look you said there would be two and if you turn up with two people they won’t let you have to both. My husband tried to explain that there would be 4 but she replied saying look you will just have to book online anyway because I can’t book you over the phone and she then put the phone down. I check online and we can not book a both online only tables are available to book. I am shock and disappointment with the lack of basic customer services. I feel the team need further training how to speak with customers.

Having confirmed earlier in the day that they were going to show a particular game I arrived at the venue only to be told they don’t have the channel! This is meant to be a Sports Bar!? What a waste of time, the staff clearly don’t care. I would avoid unless you want to waste your time.

We sat in an unreserved table and enjoying fries and drinks.. (Drinks took ages,.. ordered via app) Anyway, a lady approached and stuck a sign on our table, basically reserving for someone 10 minutes later... No acknowledgement of us ,.nothing said.. effectively giving us ten minutes' leave! I found this behaviour rude and cowardly.. Will not return.

So, I was in Westfield dropping a child off for a birthday party and decided to go into this pub because of the outdoor space. Can I just say the fellow at the door was a nice sort, very helpful and affable , toilets, restaurant and outside tables were clean, but......buuuuttttt....what a flamin rip off. The most recent review they had in July said 'false advertising' and what else would you call the fact that they advertise 'Burger and Brew' (£17) without the bloomin BREW.....there is no drink included in this, not a cold one, not even a hot one. Now, had I not asked I would definitely had assumed that a drink was free, how many people might have been fooled by this? I decided against having a burger and ordered some nachos, which cost £8.50 plus an additional table fee of £1.42. When they nachos came out I couldn't believe they had the audacity to charge over £8 for what was essentially a little side dish. I was expecting a plate, I got a tiny basket that wouldn't have satisfied a ten year old. They tasted fine but certainly not worth the money and with the drink I brought there also, I felt a tiny bit poorer but very dissatisfied. Advertised that they would be showing the Ashes but turned every single TV to Formula 1 when that started, without any warning, even though we had been there multiple hours watching and they have around 15+ TV's... When we asked what had happened and why it was turned off the staff response was very unsympathetic and they made no attempt to fix the situation or apologise. Completely unreasonable. Wouldn't come back.

Visited Westwood bar at Westfield London a few time. The last two times I have had the same barman making my pornstar Martni , on both occasions he has under filled the glass which is pretty small compared to other bars I go to. At £12.50 for a cocktail that isn’t even full is a complete joke! I will definitely not be having a cocktail at this bar again especially if the same barman is behind the bar!

Me and my friend were invited to the ant and Dec show and came to this bar for lunch Minimal menu so I went for a chicken burger. When it arrived it looked awful but the taste of the burger was disgusting and the coleslaw had a disgusting smell which really turned me. I didn’t eat my food had a few chips and left the rest, when the waitress came over she could see I hadn’t eaten any of it and asked if everything was ok I said not really the burger was inedible she said ok I’ll sort something out 20 minutes went by and we had to leave but she never sorted anything it and I didn’t see her to ask what she was doing about it, I very expensive £17 waste of money

I attended this bar to watch the boxing match on 26/02/23 but encountered a very rude manager who made quite alot of assumptions. She very arrogant and clearly made a judgement based on my appearance. I felt judged and victismed.

I wanted to book a table for that day for a family of 5. The restaurant was quiet and I asked the waiters at the bar who informed that I had to speak to the manager who was sitting at one of the booths on his phone. I asked again “I need to speak to him for a booking” and the bar tender said he was the one I had to speak to. So I went over to him waited until he noticed me, who then said “do you mind giving me a few minutes” I said of course and waited. At no time did he say sorry for this I need to take this call, not once did he acknowledge we were there and we waited 15 mins and he stayed on the phone and left us waiting! I thought it was so rude! If it was an important conversation he could have asked one of the bar tenders to assist us or if he was a polite human being, he would have said I’ll call you back and speak to us. I went up to him and said “ excuse we we are leaving because you have being extremely rude” he didn’t stop talking one and continued his conversation, he just lost a good table of 5 people who would have paid good money to this restaurant as I had this place recommended by a few people - note to self - don’t be a douche of a manager, as your staff even apologised on your behalf!

Went here one Saturday afternoon. Great bar for watching sport. Plenty of screens. The manager kindly put the Saracens rugby game on for us so we could watch it. The service was really good, the staff were great at checking if we needed anything and drinks and food was with us quick. When in the area will 100% be going back here!

We went to the pub after the NFL game at Tottenham. We were able to make reservations ahead of time and ensure we had a table with a view of NFL games. They have a great selection of drinks and food. The Macaroni n cheese croquets were great. Atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend and will return next time we are in London.

Just love the Vibes in this Sports Bar and the huge screens which makes watching any matches a huge delight and to top it all, I was attended to by a very lovely and welcoming waitress “Erika” who just has a sweet smile and the most welcoming spirit that makes u feel right at home 👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻

I came in for food and drink on a Saturday after a long week and Erika was the most friendly of all the staff. Very helpful and attentive. The rest of the staff were also helpful.

We had a great pizza for lunch and then spent the day at the shops and exploring the area. When we came back at 9pm for another drink. I asked for a cup of tea, to be told they couldn’t boil any water. They had obviously cleaned and closed the coffee machine (2 hrs before closing time), so I could understand not getting a cappuccino, but surely they had a way to boil water! So one great visit and one which wasn’t so great.

Service and food were not the best. Saving grace was that pub was spacious and they had TVs everywhere, so we were able to watch the F1 race comfortably. No cocktails for F1 Sunday- in a pub...??? Disappointing!

Loved how quickly i got served. Great location, overlooking the green outdoor area of Westfields. Nice seating area outfront, and nice to see some fab shuffle board tables.

I helped organise a birthday get together for a group of about 15 people, after a QPR home match. Jessica the event’s executive was absolutely brilliant in helping me to book an area and make the arrangements that go with organising a party. Once at the venue the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Special praise has to go to Leva at the bar for dealing quickly with lengthy bar orders and the lovely service we had from Raluca, Luna and Rosalyn especially when dealing with the serving, cutting and repackaging the birthday cake. We have already discussed with Jessica about organising a larger get together later in the year. Would highly recommend Westwood’s and look forward to going back

Me and my friends got treated by all the staff especially well but even more so by Eva. She was really friendly and always had a smile on her face whilst being really helpful. The food and drinks were all reasonably priced and very enjoyable....

It's exactly what you need after a day at work. Good game and beer. A good place to stop by anytime. Staff is incredibly friendly and pro. Looking forward to coming back
