Nando's North End Road in Hammersmith and Fulham

I have experience better nandos being completely honest, I don't know if it was just an off day but the chicken was incredibly dry on both our dishes, other then that all was good, the staff are lovely and extremely friendly!

Placed my order on line for takeaway. I was a few minutes early, and they had it ready exactly at the predicted time. So it was nice and hot when I got it home. Staff was nice and made sure I knew how long to wait.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The food came out quickly, well assembled and both plates arrived at the same time. The big drawback is the seating space in this store. Unfortunately there are only 6 seats and it is often quite busy with deliveries coming and going. Overall really nice staff members and high quality food but not the best if you want a quick sit down meal!

Wonderful service. Went to pick up My food and when i got home coleslaw was missing on my order. Called the store and gave me an extra and was looked after by the staff 👏

The staff here is the friendliest ever. The food is always delicious, they have it ready in time (I order from the app). Super convenient, my number one place for a take out!

The food was great, the chicken was lovely and wasn't dry, which can happen.

They forgot my Perinaise dip from an order, when I asked them to replace it after coming back a few months later they asked for proof of purchase which is ridiculous. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Recently me an partner experienced food poisoning from this restaurant so Would recommend Fulham Broadway one. They now also use plant based Mayo So taste it before you put it on your food it’s vile an will ruin your whole meal.

Small Nandos, not lots of seating

To say that we eat a lot of Nandos when we visit the UK would be somewhat of an understatement. Our first stop this time was the Nandos Express on Northend Road in Fulham. Not disappointed, store was very clean, food was excellent and served very quickly. Best of all was the staff they were super helpful and informative, all with a great positive attitude. We will return.

Ordered a nandos earlier a chicken burger with two sides and a halloumi chicken wrap and some sauces we paid for extra they gave us the food but no sauces I didn’t even have hummus for my pita bread never ordering from here again !!

The best branch I’ve been to throughout South and West london. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and food is always hot and fresh!! Defo recommend!!!

Friendly staff and good service

Probably the best Nando’s I’ve visited throughout the entire franchise (and i’ve been to quite a few). It has the usual menu mostly containing flavoured chicken with some sides. Since covid i believe this has been collection only but when i have ordered it has been ready on time, all correct and friendly staff. Always cooked great and can’t think of any faults. Fully recommend if you’re in the area and need a fix!

I recently ordered a takeaway from this Nandos and unfortunately due to an error on my part, the delivery guy wasn't able to reach my location and despite phoning me (and my phone being in the other room), he went back to the Nandos restaurant. I phoned to talk to them about the issue as I'd paid in advance. They were very understanding and offered not only the refund, but a free meal when I'm next in the area. Food was excellent and worth the wait. The earlier experience is why don't give this a full 5 stars but they more than made up for it and in a classy way. Very good service and extremely professional under the unfortunate circumstances. I recommend it. It is takeaway only but that wasn't a problem. Hope to go here again one day

Possibly not the Restaurant's fault but website allowed us to place an order and on arrival at the location the Restaurant has a message on the door stating that they are CLOSED. Contacted customer services who could not locate our order but we have definitely have been charged - have not been able to sort anything with customer services.

Friendly staff and relatively organised store not much chaos. It looked as if the most number of orders were for deliveroo / uber eats pick ups. It takes longer for them to take order from regular customers as staff are fully focused on preparing packing and handing over to motorbike or bike delivery guys. While I was there few customers went to near by McD as the queue were moving slowly. May be the store needs to have two sections. One to serve regular customers and other for uber eats deliveries. And not much tables and chairs either. Not sure if stores primary goal is deliver and serve few customers.

Awful service! Check the order before you pick it up! Got the Allergy order wrong could have ended up really bad! Luckily we realised before hand that they had left the egg in the pitta even after we ordered it without it! Not happy as a family member wasn't able to eat the food!!! Spoilt the whole meal! Rang up to complain and they put the phone down! Would not recommend!!!

Best Nando’s branch I have been to. The staff are really polite and attentive. Food is always perfect and taste great. More of a takeaway branch but has a small seating area for eat in customers.

Why is it not Halal or Kosher?? A lot of of places nearby are Halal and Kosher friendly, 2020!!! Fix up

A little on the small side but was ok. Cousin had to return her mash twice as it was frozen. However, my food was fine.

Takeaway? Eating in? Delivery? Always immaculate.

It's not really a restaurant, more a takeaway. There are only three tables and lots of delivery riders coming and going. The food was good and hot.

No kids meals or kids menu, also since Nandos changed the chicken in pita recipe it's gone backwards, please get rid of the sun dried tomatoes and bring back the old recipe 🙄

Great location for a Nino Nandos, very convenient location and great to serve the local area with deliveroo. The interior looks great and is very efficient, a great addition to Fulham!
