Amazing food, tried and tested many times and have never been disappointed. This shop has really stood the test of time and is my go to for a delicious bag of fish and chips!

Took my money then cancelled my Order and still haven’t put the money back in after telling me it would only take up to an hour for it to be back in

Took food from there and found a strand of hair under all the fries.

Fish cake was burnt and too much salt been put on it. Was also over charged. When I asked the manager he said he charged me £1 for a cheese slice when there was non and even then still been over charged.

You only get what you pay for, the chips were pretty disgusting and the fish was just passable, I shan’t be rushing back there.sorry…

Owner is a lovely guy. Food portions are just right. Fish is delicious. Great value prices. And to top it off they have their own really nice chilli sauce made in house. Highly recommend this place.

Food had been kept warm too long and was stale dried up inedible. I binned most of it. Attempting to complain was useless the member of staff hardly spoke English. No wonder it was dead quiet at lunch time. A place to avoid

A hair was embedded into the chicken Food was cold! Chicken far too spicy for a kebab. Donner was flavourless Would not go here. Person on the phone when called was so rude. Just an awful experience and place. The chicken chunks/ pieces were so dry and just overall dreadful! First and last time eating from here

Had to help the cashier work out my change!! He then proceeded to double check it on a calculator- the amount I owed was £5.50 so I gave him £10.50. The large chips I ordered did not even fill the tray despite me saying that the portion looked small to be a large. No organisation in the shop as people kept just walking in and being served before me despite me waiting in the queue. I ordered 6 scallops to collect and they were all cold, thin, tiny and had minimal batter if any at all. I am a regular there however I will be going elsewhere from now on

Great place food great portions great the only downside is now delivery price has made it too dear for people on their own.

Overcharged my wife , when phoned in the same order was tenner less. Rip off people. Don’t go.

They do not have a large fish. The large fish is no more than 6inchs long and 1.5inches thick, you will be disappointed. Also the owner has very poor hospitality.

Lovely food at a bargain price. Really nice guy manages the shop. Sit in and eat with no extra cost.

Always used to get fish and chip and donner from this place for years. The chips were not cooked properly and donner doesnt taste the same anymore, hardly any taste left! Very disappointed.

Used to be a great chippy. Now it’s desolate and it’s clear to see why; Standards have dropped- Chips were soggy, tasted old and the donner looked miserable. Service was below par, 10 minute wait in an abandoned shop turned to 20 minutes for mediocre food. Very disappointed- it’s clear that west side haven’t bothered to improve.

Would give 0 if I could. Ordered fish and chips got told it will be 15/20 minutes, after half an hour food was still not here but it’s not a big deal everyone gets busy sometimes (bare in mind I only ordered it to Cradley heath) After an hour I rang the shop to find out what’s going on got told driver is a few minutes away. When driver came I checked the food to make sure it’s still fresh as it’s been an hour, the whole box was very soggy after I opened it I found the food to be even more cold and soggy, I wasn’t very happy so i phoned the place and asked if I could get some fresh food delivered, the driver in the meantime slammed the food back in the bag and with a lot of attitude said im not having fresh food and walked out. After speaking to someone over the phone he told me he only works there and that the person who delivered my food was in fact the shop owner. Shop worker said he will speak to the owner when he gets back and call me back. It’s now been another hour I’ve been waiting for someone to call me back and they still haven’t. Im sorry but with this attitude you should think about getting a different business because this will not attract customers.

Got 2 pizza eat inside and tables was still dirty pizza quality was poor not even nice at all

Used to go here many years ago and was passing so dropped in 1.80 for dinner special. Still as I remember lovley and chilli sauce 👌👌 I've been twice in last 2 days

Very nice chips indeed, it may not look much on the outside so I was pleasantly surprised how nice the chips were - they tasted like seaside chips - very nice!!

Awful food. Had food delivered pizza was burnt and dry kebab was like rubber chips were hard and not cooked. All went in the bin. Ordered at 4.00pm seemed like it was food that had been left to go cold and then been warmed up.

Was over half an hour late and they got the drinks wrong, also I asked for a MIXED kebab in nan & only got donner meat & the masala fish looked terrible!! AND you guys didn’t even want to answer the phone!! How rude!! First time I’ve ordered from here and it’ll definitely be the last!!

Decided to pop in here with my Husband and grandaughter for tea after getting shopping lovely friendly service and nice and clean i had a Donner Wrap with Salad and Mayonaise ,hubby had Donner meat all with Chips and drinks and my Grandaughter had a Chicken Popcorn meal all together was 13 pounds ,brilliant 3 meals and 3 drinks big portions lovely and hot will go again .

Food has gone down hill over the years, the chicken can be bang on at times but I’d stay away from the salad on any of the burgers. A family member had a moth, yes a moth on their donner burger, hidden amongst the lettuce. Unsure how that could happen but it did. The owner is rather rude too, but i guess it’s cheap and cheerful.

The pie that we ordered was supposed to be a pukka pie, we opened it and there was only 2 pieces of meat inside it, it didn’t taste anything like pills pie it tasted cheap and nasty... the doner kebab was undercooked and I found a chip inside my wrap which wasn’t supposed to be there!The chips were freezing cold. Food was disgusting, will never EVER order from here again, I’m so disappointed the food was inedible... DONT ORDER FROM THERE

I ordered the Massala Fish and Kebabs. The fish was well prepared and not high in salt. The Mix grill kebab which i had with a naan was excellent

I tried the Gourmet Grill Burger which was really top quality and I also tried the Meat feast , Chicken tandoori and Margherita Pizza. Again the taste was great and I would definitely go again. My only regret is I am too far away.

Bad Service. They were having there own conversations while I was waiting. Also food was undercooked and tasted raw. Bad place to go and eat. I advise never for anyone to go
