This shop made me depressed I paid like a tenner for a tiny little pathetic pasty, the crust was chewy and the filling tasted like dirt instead of steak. After I ate my pathetic pasty I felt like jumping into the tracks at reading station my stomach had seen better days and so had my bank account do not buy there pasty’s as it is an abomination and hate culture towards the Cornish.

This is a pasty takeaway in Reading station. It's fine. Its not a restaurant. Pasties are fine. Exactly what you might expect from buying a pasty

First time in this Reading station branch ( though I’m daily at the station). In 2006 ,I tried the Charing Cross branch, Today it is equally extremely boiling hot. May be it is either meant that you visit your dentist afterwards, or leave it in the open air for some time to cool down. Saying all that it tastes Ok Staff are fine.

The team work well together and are very focused. A huge Sausage bap with a hash brown and a coffee for £5.50

Easy to get a pasty of many types if waiting for a train. Pleasant service. Tables to sit down and while away the time

There's little wrong with WC Pasty Company's pasties, and I'll often pick one up for lunch when I'm in the train station. For whatever reason, they don't do them early in the morning, and seemed positively confused when I asked for one. Apparently nobody has pasties for breakfast. Nonsense. What really knocks this branch of WC back is the competition. Just a few minutes walk away in the same train station is a branch of Land's End Pasty Company, whose pasties are just hands-down significantly better, as well as offering more choice, offering pasties for breakfast, and running a side business in absolutely smashing meat sandwiches. Go there instead.

Went to buy train ticket. Had a walk about & saw my favourite pie place. Had the minty lamb party. Was yummy, hot & fresh just what I wanted.

One of my favourite pasty suppliers. Thankfully they are still in Reading but have moved to Unit 10 in the Railway station, if you stand outside facing the staion they are in the right hand building. Midday Saturday they had a very good choice, I had a traditional steak "beast" and a cup of coffee. It was quite a blow out and tasted really nice. The coffee was also very good. There were plenty of seats outside the shop and the station was surprisingly quiet. Will definitely go back again

Poor quality and service, £3.70 for a SMALL black Americano (ie no milk or skill required) should be amazing but far from it. Just a plain old Starbucks coffee. Served with monosyllabic generally grumpy lady who sadly doesn’t enjoy her job - my advice, go to Costa!
