very tasty food, but missing portion of fries

You sent my rider to the wrong address and the food was cold. As I’m anorexic and haven’t eaten for 4 days I was looking forward to my meal

very disappointed i was given food which was rock solid and wasn’t eatable the food didn’t have the exact thing it says on the order i placed. very disappointed once again. wish for this problem to not happen again

The food was cold, burgers pouring out of torn wrappers as these were soft with condensation.

Probably currently the best the UK has from the US. Chic fila should keep them on their toes.

Had a bacon burger with extra patty, fries, and a vanilla frosty. The food was good, but I was concerned about the size of the frosty - I think it's too large and should be available in a smaller size as part of the meal combination.

The food here is really good but this is also because the staff are very very lovely and kind and passed me my lost headphones when I realised I'd lost them there about 10 mins after closing. It's v appreciated thank you so much

By FAR the best fast food / burgers this side of the Atlantic! I honestly can’t believe that people still go to McDonald’s or Burger King with such a huge difference in quality and flavour at the same price. You have to try it!

Ordered chicken nuggets ended up chewing on gristle and should have complained at the time. I Didn't. Wasn't the best meal. Will try again another time.

Wendy's is my favourite burger house, the burger is square so it is larger and has nice salad and sauce! I have known it from America. There are good prices as well.

The food was very good as usual. While we were eating, a staff offered us and other customers free milkshake. The milkshake was delicious. Absolutely loved this!

Every time that I go to this restaurant, everything is always clean and presentable. The food always tastes good and fresh, such as the burgers and fries. I was given a chocolate frosty which further shows how the staff cares for customers.

Definitely a good value! Visited during a quieter time, so plenty of seats were open. Hyattt went above and beyond by bringing us the sauces we forgot, making their service far superior to that of typical fast food joints.

My frosty came with no straw making it highly challenging to drink

Food was excellent. Tasty, fresh you could see from the salad, the avocados, chicken very well prepared. I would buy again and recommend to others. Nicely presented in their little brown boxes that can be recycled with wooden cutlery. I was impressed.

The Cheesy Baconator was just fab!! And the girl who served us (Jeswin’s) friendly service made our visit even better. She took extreme care about my requests. Highly recommend!!!

Good points: easy to use order pad, many choices, place looks clean, staff are very helpful, good size burgers, food quality ingredients Not so good point and need improvement: price is too high and extras are really pricy. 1 burger meal ended up costing £18. The fries portions are small and really pricy when ordered seperate. Bacon was very hard. Frosty junior size is very very small. Baked potatoes are very small and the chilli doesn't taste great. My children loved the baconator and frosty ice cream so definitely will go back but we hope yo see improvements on the points above.

It is not that different to any other fast food place and is quite clean but the food is very slightly overpriced compared to other fast food chains in the area considering the quality of the food is nothing outstanding.

I visited Wendy’s in Uxbridge recently and the food was totally burgerliscious 😋. The burger and chips were so tasty, the exemplary customer service from Georgia absolutely first rate and just an all round great experience. As Arnie said…I’ll be back 😃

Came to the Uxbridge store a couple of weeks ago. Had a baconator meal and a Dave’s triple burger. The food was amazing, really fresh, warm and tasty. The young lady that served us (Georgia) finished off our experience, she was so friendly, a real credit to your team. As a rule I always forget to leave positive reviews but felt Georgia should be acknowledged for her amazing customer service.

Nice food, portions, and sizes. Customer service is good, friendly staff. I'd like to commend 'Praneet' for her good service and friendly nature, she was very helpful, attended to my friends and I nicely, and seemed to always make sure the place was clean.

The food and the portion size was good too. The service was fast aswell and the staff who was serving me “ praneet” was very helpful with answering the questions i had. Overall its good.^_^

The burgers are delicious. The cheesey fries are amazing and the frosty ( like a milkshake but don't you dare call it a milkshake, coz it's not) so tasty. The burgers and fries aren't as big as the other food chains but it tastes lovely and is quite filling if you're ok with small portions 😂

Came to Wendy’s for the first time, and was particularly impressed by the effective communication of Georgia and her enthusiasm, the efficiency with which she carried out my request to use the toilet was amazing!

Decent grub. However, a place is only as good as its employees. Georgia in particular provided a great eating experience with her friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond to help.

I went for the first time the other day and i’m previously from finland. I felt very very welcomed by the young lady who was serving me called Georgia. The food was also very very good i enjoyed lots. i recommend for lunch !

My local wendy’s that always delivers. I’m not much of a fast food fiend but my two sons and I can never resist a burger from here, have to introduce the husband to it next haha. Last time I went I obtained excellent service from a young lady called georgia, she rlly made me smile. Keep up the good service wendys, you make my stomach smile.

Wonderful food a great addition to the lovely London Borough of Hillingdon. The Dave’s burger really hit the spot with, may I add; fantastic service and treatment from staff member Georgia. Will be coming here again, dare I say often!

We went on a Sunday evening and it was very quiet, the first time ever that my kids have had Wendy's and my first since Wendy's reopened in the UK. Thumbs up from all of us, we especially liked their cheesy fries, and it has better burgers than McDonalds or Burger King for a similar price. Just over £12 each for a burger, fries and drink is decent value in today's money.

Food was average, way overpriced for what it was. £3.19 for 4 small nuggets is a rip off

drinks lovely & hot, but sadly food was cold, so needed time in microwave, NOT helped by the delivery person having his delivery bag wide open as it wouldn`t close,

When they opened they were fantastic and it was an easy decision to pick them over KFC, McDonald's and Burger King. That is certainly not the case anymore. Standards have slipped significantly to the stage where I'm unlikely to visit again in the next year.

Missing item in salad despite note requesting it is not missed again

Ordered a single Dave meal along with nuggets. Paid for nuggets but never received the nuggets. As it was take away order, only realised when got home +20 miles drive. Not good service. 😐

Opened today 29.11.2022. A long wait for food and only took card payment. But I very much enjoyed my Dave's triple burger and a bowl of chili. Interestingly the design incorporates several steps to access the collection counter. Ramp access is long and steep. There is an accessability button on the order screen. Pricing for the food is on par with Five Guys but in my opinion, Wendy's is tastier. March 2024 update: I'm a very regular customer and in my opinion, Wendy's burgers are consistently the best high-street burger chain.

Sadly the jacket potato was black inside and the packets of butter had melted everywhere because they were put directly into the tub.

As for customer service its alright as you pretty much do everything yourself besides from making the food, another McDonald's in other words. But the food is just not it. Paid almost £10 for a 3-4 bite burger and bacon cheesy fries. The burger was nice don't get me wrong but for £6 why am i finishing it in 4 bites. What age is the food meant for? the fries were disgusting, cheese sat at the bottom of the box with the fries in the middle under maybe 7 small pieces of "bacon". Definitely would not recommend, just go somewhere where you get your moneys worth or actual sized portions for the price.

Another business that only accepts card,, loves the bank taking a percentage of what is earned,, food is very medioca,, staff look like they haven't had a bath for a week and I do not recommend you use the toilet as sewage water was spilling out of toilet number 2 in the mens

Has a big menu and you can choose how to have your burger exactly made with allsorts of arrangements,how many patties,salad,fries or whatever you want on screen ordering. Nice American style restaurant with associated surroundings and atmosphere. Staff are quite good and friendly.
