Wendy's in Hillingdon

I was promised 15-30 min delivery, took an hour. Called restaurant and they confirmed delivery driver collected a while ago but this hadn’t updated on my app. Don’t know what’s going on but I’m not happy

I had items missing and no refund

Charged for food not provided. Robbery basically. No reimbursement.

What an exciting day. Had a small get together with my office colleagues, everything was good and the food was hot and the fries were crisis it should be

Over 20 minutes after placing the order the shop called to say one of the ordered items was not available. Having resolved this it then took another 25 minutes before the remainder was delivered. 2 stars earned as food was good although tepid.

My partner had diarrhea/food poisoning after eating the burger (Dave’s meal). He’s now on IV fluids due to dehydration. I reported this on ubereats and ubereats think I’m a fraud because I want a £16 refund??! When it’s clear that you’re asking everyone to report if there’s any safety risk with the food. Mad world! Food mishandling is dangerous. Never again Wendy’s

Wendy's are my favourite burger place - though can't afford them often. Had the French Onion burger. Didn't get any of the crispy onions shown but it was still delicious!

Delicious and good quality food. Like the beef burgers more than chicken. Some choices for baked potatoes are good. Good and quick meal for around £10

I would have given 0 stars for service for possible. If you are visiting this place after 10pm do not expect to use toilets, today my girlfriend needed to use it in order to take her medications, when asked a member of staff to open it she heard it is out of order, obviously there was not out-of-order sign displayed nowhere in the area making TWO toilets out of order accessible one including. When I asked a member of staff again and commented that there is no sign displayed. I heard it’s out of order. Cheesy fries barely warm, french burger too salty and whole atmosphere was making you to be afraid to even eat inside. Due to this i removed myself and ate in cold in front of that restaurant. From the day it opened quality of this place is slowly declining.

They don’t how to read, when a burger is altered to not contain certain items they still add those things making the food not edible.

Have been coming here frequently since it opened and have never had any issues at all, food is always high quality and fast

Delicious Beef burger, we had tried the seasonal French onion burger. Clean and spacious place, good and quick service, clean toilet. Located in the high street, close to all shopping area.

I was curious and I'd heard good things about it, so I walked in last week to try some food. What I saw was pandemonium because there is no queueing system at the self-service and the local kids have a razor-sharp instinct for jumping in on the next available machine. Beneath my dignity to enter the melee, so I walked out. My curiosity was satisfied and I went to Burger King instead.

The so called signature wrap is very very tiny, I don't even think it should be called a wrap. Was served cold too. Not happy.

Ordered a takeaway from here haven’t had Wendy burgers before. Reasonable price. It was tasty they gave lots of fries , burger was a bit filling so couldn’t eat all chips . But it was really tasty.

Had a bacon burger with extra patty, fries, and a vanilla frosty. The food was good, but I was concerned about the size of the frosty - I think it's too large and should be available in a smaller size as part of the meal combination.

The food here is really good but this is also because the staff are very very lovely and kind and passed me my lost headphones when I realised I'd lost them there about 10 mins after closing. It's v appreciated thank you so much

Wendy's is my favourite burger house, the burger is square so it is larger and has nice salad and sauce! I have known it from America. There are good prices as well.

The food was very good as usual. While we were eating, a staff offered us and other customers free milkshake. The milkshake was delicious. Absolutely loved this!

Food was really nice, was presented nicely, the store was exceptionally clean and we were served by lovely young man called Ruben.

Popped in at the weekend. Had lovely food, all served by the lovely ethan. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Well deffo be back.

Every time that I go to this restaurant, everything is always clean and presentable. The food always tastes good and fresh, such as the burgers and fries. I was given a chocolate frosty which further shows how the staff cares for customers.

Definitely a good value! Visited during a quieter time, so plenty of seats were open. Hyattt went above and beyond by bringing us the sauces we forgot, making their service far superior to that of typical fast food joints.

Needs more seating, but the food was good. Will go again.
