Just had a bacon double cheese burger (no cheese) it was amazing, just as I remembered. My partner had double cheese burger again brilliant. SHANNON on the door was polite and very helpful and advised us on what to do. We will absolutely be back and if you have never had a Wendy's, you must go it is so much better than other burger chains and the burgers are square!!!!

Another unwanted American franchise selling horrible overpriced junk food. Service nothing special, disinterested staff who don't really want to be there. Wendy's is certainly no credit to Lincoln.

Wendy's offers a refreshing addition to the high street fast food choice and I love the fresh product plan. Slightly let down by some of the salad still being at proper fridge temperature when I ate it. Hot burger patty nice but cheese refused to melt when placed next to onion/tomato (/lettuce?) so cold. Could be they just got new stuff from the chiller but this was a bit of a fundamental error that lessened three experience that could otherwise have been much better. Will definitely go again and hope for improvement. Quite expensive for the product but this could be acceptable if they get it right.

Oh Wendy where have you been all my life. It was my first time here and I can honestly say"the food was amazing,good flavour and massive servings" I would choose this over McDonald's and all other fast food. I just wish you were near me . Although I would probably put on about 10 stone hahaha.

Came in for a breakfast and a coffee (10am) noticed straight away it was very quiet in there, just one other person. When called(10min)they'd mixed my order up with the other person. Waited another 5 minutes and was given my sausage bun thing. It was tiny and the bread was chilled. The sauce had been missed out, was very dry ! Just walked out and straight into a Mcdonald across the way where it was packed with people. (Speaks volumes) Was my first time and probably last!

Ordered food trough just eat , the delivery driver dropped my order on the floor , the burgers looked and tasted exactly like the cheapest McDonald's burgers ( 1.99£ ) but I spend 12£+ on each burger , the cheesy fries were horrible and cold , never ever coming in or ordering from this place....

Floor slippery, staff stood around when toilets have no toilet roll and soda machine doesn't have syrup. Told staff twice now still not changed the syrup.

Just popped in as only tried in America and wow. Must have only taken 3 minutes for my food to be ready and it was so much tastier than maccies. Very obvious the ingredients are fresh and I think this is what sets them apart. Christy was amazing very professional and friendly.

It's probably one of the best fast food joints I've been to, and I'm a BK fan boy 🤣 the food tasted really good, and for the price, it's great! I like that you have the option to choose the spicy variant of the same burger 😀 The music choice is also pretty good. Be mindful during the afternoon, as it can get really busy.

Came in for lunch with my disabled father (wheelchair bound) and 2 children. One dairy free so she couldn’t have anything however the other one loved his nuggets chips and frosty. Paul however deserves a pay rise! The only one who saved us a low table so my dad didn’t have to feel singled out. Food much better than last time we came

Great burger, tasty, hot great service and beats McDonald's hand down. Will visit again. Only gripe I've got is, I'd rather order with a member of staff and pay at a till instead of using a touchscreen which was a nightmare

Chicken was mid. The burger was okay just tasted like McDonald’s. No ice in machine but that’s no problem. Had Dr Pepper so that earns 10 out of 10. Only issue was they bleached the toilets and I could smell it while I was eating.
