Wendy's in Lincoln

Really good! Wendy's never disappoints! I would say it's about 20/30 percent more expensive than McDonald's but it is so much nicer and doesn't make you feel ill afterwards. It's also a lot calmer and cleaner in there.

Extremely tasty and flavourful food. 10/10. Slightly on the pricier side but for the taste, I will be coming back.

I would say this beats maccies, burger king and five guys for value for money. Never had bad tasting food here. Friendly staff, great drink selection and it never breaks the bank and I'm always full.

Got a chicken wrap. It was cold and there was barely any meat in it.

Every time I’ve been in I’ve been seen to by Paul who helped me out with the touch screens as I struggle with dyslexia it’s hard to read the screens. He’s a true asset

RESPONSE TO WENDYS REPLY: I have already filled in the online feedback form which was mentioned in my review and it was ignored so why would you ask me to do the exact same thing again? Unfortunately Wendys have gone way downhill. I have made many visits previously but will no longer return. My last meal there was so so bad. I contacted wendys after through the feedback form and requested to be contacted and have heard nothing. I also made 4 attempts over different days to contact them through the Facebook page and everything has been ignored. This was 3 weeks ago now. I'd have given the benefit of the doubt that it might have just been a one off bad visit had they communicated with me but the customer service has made sure I don't return.

First time ever and I loved it, typical fast food place atmosphere but far more tasty food than other fast food places, they even do a VERY tasty baked potato with cheese 🤤 only problem is there isn't a Wendy's nearer 😂

I didn't receive the all order, and also instead of chips I receive Jake potato, and delivery driver just standing inside his car and sound his horn and after he called me to go at his car to take my food , and food also was cold and take really long time to arrive, very disappointed I will never gonna order again

Very clean and quick service. Food was piping hot. I always love you can get a baked potato and chili as a side.

I would highly recommend Wendy's, it is brilliant quality compared to other more famous fast food chains. I actually feel like I have had a meal and I feel so much more relaxed in this fast food restaurant compared to others.

We are here in a Saturday, having not eaten in Wendy’s before was looking forward to what they had to offer. Very extensive menu plenty to offer. We had the hamburger with bacon, salted onions, Monterey Jack cheese with a side of baked potato and chili. Is slightly expensive coming in at £27 however we had plenty to eat. Recommend a visit completely different experience to McDonald!

This was the first time we had ever gone into a Wendys, and we had our little dog with us. Having scanned the windows outside, there was nothing to indicate dogs weren't allowed. We ordered two meals and drinks from the screen and paid by card. My wife had sat down at a table (our dog on the floor at her side), and I went to join her whilst we waited for the order. Eventually, our number was called, but on collection, the assistant said She was sorry, but No Dogs Allowed ! I explained looking for signs, but she said It's a restaurant Dogs aren't allowed. (Note - some do allow), She offered to put our order in a takeaway bag , but I said I had paid to eat inside. I cancelled the order, had a refund, and left !! Dear owners of Wendys. Please invest a few pence in a sign that says Dogs not allowed. It would save : Loss of an order Wasted Food : Embarrassment for both Customers and Staff !

Fantastic burger, piping hot & tasty. Chips were very good too but the extra order of chicken nuggets was really small but still tasty (only bad thing)

Nice food, very friendly staff and wonderful customer service. We went there with our son and asked politely if they can heat up our food with some hot water and they very kindly obliged. The manager was attentive and also kind to our boy. We have been here a few times and will continue to visit in the future as we enjoy the food, service and it’s nice and central when we go to the shops

Today I ordered the Wendy’s ceaser salad and I always order this and it’s normally so good but OH MY GOD today my box was SOAKED, all my chicken was SOGGY it was was so dry because they didn’t even give me the dressing to go with it!!!! WORST MEAL YET I had to throw it away because I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it it made me gag!!!

Had a chicken burger and fries here today. The food was warm enough but not hot. The experience was ruined by the woman behind the counter screaming each order so loudly that I jumped every time. Surely people can be relied on to watch the screen for their order being ready without the customers being deafened? Will have a takeaway next time.

Ace veggie burger! Tastes much better than it looks. Paul (Lincoln branch) is a superstar, he went above and beyond for us as we weren't sure the order machine was customizing correctly and he couldn't be more helpful and polite, running to kitchen to confirm with chefs. In-between his great customer service he's cleaning and tidying up. Would come back here just for him.

Went in for breakfast. Both the staff members were friendly and smiling. Food came out fast and was nice and hot. Would recommend.

saw wendys at lincoln but never been before so ended up going to maccys but as usual bad service and never anywhere to sit as too busy so went back over to wendys as I had 2 very hungry kids. Only issue was having to wait to get seated but Paul the staff member was great and saved us a table as soon as 1 became free. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy and the food was really nice. Food came out fresh and hot and personally I think the fries are better than macdonalds. The burgers are expensive but I would rather pay more on a quality burger and enjoy my food. The kids meals were just like a happy meal kids loved it. Overall great experience for our first time at wendys so next time I'm in lincoln I will be going again and thanks again Paul for your great customer service.

Possibly the best Wendy's I have had in this country. Really juicy Daves double burger and tasty coffee.

Wasn't too busy when we went on a Friday around 2 pm. The spicy chicken burger was not really spicy and a bit lackluster, but the chicken itself was pretty good. You could tell it was a good quality chicken. Chicken nuggets were really good and a bit spicy. The meal deal £7.99 for fries, burger, nuggets and a drink is a good one. I would definitely recommend it for a quick meal option.

While the taste was there in the burger; the salt was overpowering in the nuggets. And, how can a freshly made burger be of similar temperature to the draught Fanta?

High quality food, great staff, my only advice is please make the ice machine do bigger ice cubes rather than crushed ice, I love the refillable drinks option it's great especially for the hot weather, the chips are high quality but my favourite? The avocado on the burgers. It's so fresh and delicious.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. I am partially sighted, once the staff were told I may need some extra help they couldn’t do enough to help me and my little girl. It can be quite difficult trying to navigate new places with sight problems but the staff (particularly Paul) were more than helpful. Very much appreciated. Shall be returning.

The food was lovely! Let me make that clear, we loved it. But we when we ordered our food and we're waiting, we had our food order get called. So we go to the pickup area. And our food was setup for eat in. Even though we were having takeout. On top of that most of our order was completely wrong. My brother ordered a baconator and received a spicy chicken burger. I ordered a Frappe thing and received a iced coffee... Wendy's... Sort your staff out..
