Wendy's in Croydon

Don't expect much for your money. Didn't like

Efficient ordering screens, staff swift and helpful. Wrap could have been better wrapped. Kinda fell apart upon opening! Spicy nuggets always a winner and its nice to have low seating options too.

Ridiculously late and cold food

driver went to multiple locations before he arrived. he went passed my location waited 10 minutes then u turned to me. he then stopped a 100 meters down the road and called me to ask where I am.

I don’t disappointed this is the second time I ask you to put two add avocado in two burgers but there was no avocado inside the two burgers. I hope this won’t happen again. I keep adding on the thing I want avocado inside the two single burgers.

Had a great burger, no waiting, quiet surroundings, really good value. We were served by Josh who took care of my onerous dietary requirements. I don't think I will be using the well known competitor if there is a Wendy's nearby.

Super nice staff, good service. Delivered food to the table and cleaned up after us. Got to wash hands, even though the toilet was closed. Top service!

A massive thank you to the stores manager, Fouad, and the team at Wendy’s in East Croydon for providing such a stellar service on behalf of our charity’s football day camp. The food was wonderful, and our order arrived nice and hot for the kids we were serving that day. Will 100% be using Wendy’s again for catering. The attitude of the staff in there is always amazing, and this time was no different; they helped us transport our food safely with trolleys, and did this all with a smile on their faces and love in their hearts. Thank you guys!

We ate at Wendy's for the first time, because it doesn't exist in Poland yet (but we know it will be there). The food is good, the atmosphere is completely different than in Mc and KFC. Mr. Aman who served us is a very nice person!! He talked to us! Best regards 🍔🥤🍦🍦

Absolute rip off, the spicy chicken sandwich was on a promotional price however when I bought the meal with the fries and drink the price amounted to a full combo meal without discounting the burger, so you have to purchase the burger on it own to get the offer.

I was missing five items, none of my dips turned up.

Food was ok, I'll be honest left lots to be desired going by how much people from usa rave on about it. Staff were very helpful but the portions were small. Fries were great though. The spicy chicken burger was a 2/10 for spice.

Tried to order 2 baconator burgers using the Wendy’s app and discovered that I needed to down load a new app. I did this and then during the payment process the app crashed. I then tried to order and pay using the in store kiosks and again was unable to make payment as kiosk was non responsive to my card (s). = No sale. Went to Mc Donald’s nearby instead. Very disappointing as I’ve always enjoyed Wendy’s burgers.

WORST ever my food freezing they packed all the food and canned drinks and frosty's all in bag. Both frosty's spilt and ruined all meals. chips absolutely old and cold. Appalling service from Wendy's. However the delivery came on time

Just ate from Wendy's Croydon and bought the French onion single cheese. Patty was still pink not sure if that's how it's meant to be and not many onions for a onion burger especially considering it's £6 by itself. Wouldn't recommend

I myself am a kitchen manager of a burger restaurant in Manchester. I ordered from Wendy’s and they sent us the complete wrong order. I spent over £30 on this food with 3 burgers and only received one which was the wrong burger. I phoned Wendy’s to ask if they could rectify this issue as I understand that mistakes can be made. The server who responded asked me to come into the shop to show him at 1am. I am a young woman so I don’t want to be walking around in the dark at 1am when I had ordered food to my address. They then hung up on me after saying they couldn’t help me. I am very sympathetic towards service staff as I myself run a kitchen however being hung up on and spoken to pretty badly didn’t sit very well. Please be kinder to your customers.

The restaurant is always forgetting include sauces I pay extra for. It’s ridiculous at this point

Usually the food is really good. However today, the chips were burnt and inedible.

The onion burger was okay but a bit expensive for what it was. Everything in Wendy's is an extra and before you realise you have spent a fortune.

Been here a couple of times before, never had a big problem, today place was quiet with exception of another 2 customers waiting for their order. Ordered on screen & waited behind the other two people for my order. One staff member seemed to be doing everything by way of prep & serving. Waited nigh on 10 minutes & he did apologise & was friendly, potato items are too spicy especially at breakfast time & cappuccino wasn’t that hot. Could do with some improvement.

There always seems to be items missing when you order from just eat. It very frustrating

Order was placed at 19:27pm. Delivery time given was 20 to 30 minutes, yet the order was not delivered until 20:45 and both meals were cold.

the food was cold by the time it got here so had to microwave it

The driver; stopped halfway, I could see on the map he was in one spot for around 20mins, I think he may have been collecting another delivery as it was on a small road with a lot of food places. Coke was missing from order. Food wasn’t that warm.

Food arrived cold. Lettuce as a bun was on the wrong order and the packaging the non bun burger was in caused it to sweat so was nasty to eat
